My girlfriend and I discovered Anzac Golden Bed by accident. It proved to be our favorite place to stay during our trip to Turkey. The owner, Sandra, was a great host and helped us immensely with any questions we had. Our favorite part was the rooftop area overlooking the city. It was beautiful and great at night for having drinks....

Felt it was seriously overpriced for what it was. 50 Euros for a room with a tiny, water all over the place bathroom is expensive. We had a rental car, so finding the place, parking and even finding it again the second day were a serious mission. Though it is probably easy to find walking from the centre of town....

We are from Hong Kong, China. Cool that here is owned by Lovely Australia, Sandra. It was nice to be able to communicate and little chat with Sandra in English. We only stayed two nites here with a Wonderful Landscape of Kusadasi and Aegean sea in our room. As Golden Bed located up the hill, an excellent central location, just...

When making the run up the Turkish Riviera, it's nice to find a place that knows the meaning of service, the definition of which is "meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations." The one place I ran into service in my travels from Bodrum to Byzantium was in Kusadasi, at an adorable little pension called the Goldenbed (or is it the...

I have visited the Golden Bed twice in Fall '08 and '09. I will likely return again this year. A very clean house with a private feel. My room was average size, nicely decorated with wide bed and a balcony. The terrace just one floor up is wonderful. Enjoy a great view over Kusadasi when morning sun comes over mountains....

The proprietor Sandra has those little homely touches, like a share hot water jug and a share refrigerator for travellers. She offers washing services and is very resourceful with "what to see and do" advice and information. She is friendly and helpful.
