Really nice place. Clear, good location, wonderful sea, service and etc. especially we was impressed with service and people work there. We are not interested only in hotel vacation therefore we search a good places, possibilities to book a car and other local specific question. Great support was provided by Irfan (operation manager) and his whole team. We were provided with assistance in any question. If you are looking for a good place for vacation in Kushadasi we highly recommend Infinity hotel.

Me and my housband (27-30 years old)had a great week in infinity hotel last mounth we need a relaxing and enjoyable vacation and infinity did it best for us.it was my birthday and they surprised me in the room it was very nice of them😍our room was so clean with nice smell.the cleaning service was adequete and available. everything was in order the food and deserts were great the pool and snacks too. the sand beach was small and not so clean.night shows often was exceting. Sea food resturant had wonderful view and turkish resturant was very delicious and in order. I definitly recommend you both of them. The bad point goes to music and entertainments.the variety of them was not so good. At the end I recommend this hotel to those who most want to relax and eat as well😋

Super hotel, large, nice. Spread over several buildings. Great location on a rock by the sea. At the beginning you may have problems with understanding what is where. Not far from the hotel there is Ladie Beach. There are many restaurants and souvenir stalls near it. Internet in the entire hotel works very well. The hotel is beautifully located with wonderful views. Rooms rather clean, although I found one with dirty walls. Generally enough to sleep. A large wardrobe, fridge and TV inside. Beds were large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The bathroom is small but large enough. The view from the balcony to the pool or the sea is beautiful. You can sit day and night and admire. The downside is the cleaning crew, which was a little disappointing. Apart from changing towels, I think they cleaned when they wanted to. One day they came to clean, another day they didn't. Hair left in the shower on the first day would have stayed like that until the last day had we not cleaned it ourselves. The main pool was large enough. It was never crowded. The depth is 140cm. Sun loungers with parasols all around. You have to get up early in the morning to get a sunbed by the pool! People occupy and can only come at the end of the day. Aquapark large, very nice. Slides for children as well as adults. The beach is small, sandy. There are a few deckchairs on it. The sea is beautiful, blue. The entrance to the sea is gentle. There are many water attractions on the beach such as jet skis, banana, parasailing and many others. Everything is available for an additional charge. There is a very large jetty at the sea. You can also sunbathe on it and there is a bar. The main restaurant is very large. The food is rather cold and repetitive. As for me it is not excellent. Lots of eggs in various forms for breakfast. Later on pastries, cakes etc. There is a bar connected to the reception in the hotel. The rooftop bar is closed, it looks as if it has been abandoned. There is a choice of a'la carte restaurants. There is also a bar by the beach. The hotel also has a spa, hairdresser, doctor, indoor pool, games room. Animations for children on stage in the evenings. Children's club open in the morning as well as in the afternoon. Children can go there, play, draw. They can make a drawing that they later pick up on stage. Unfortunately there is a charge for this. After animation for children different shows for older people, live music. During a day by a pool competitions, games, sometimes Foam Party on a platform. Service of hotel in good order. A minus is that only sporadically can poruzumiuæ in English. Sometimes it was necessary to wait very long until a waiter approached to a table. Very nice animators, friendly. They lead various games, competitions, aerobics in water, discos. With disadvantages it still: - as I mentioned before, food rather cold, every day the same - There are places on a territory of hotel dirty, mouldy. Supposedly the hotel renovated in 2019. It spoils the image very much.

The food: meat was not juicy, no lamb meat, some of the appetizers were about to go bad. Overall 3 stars. The room: it was ok,weird thing; the rooms are cleaned by young men(they may touch ladys private stuffs in the room). Family room was little small but clean. The sea: mornings are calm, afternoons little crazy.

We chose Infinity on the recommendation of a travel agent who works for the same company that recently acquired the hotel. We stayed here between August 30th and September 3rd, 2021. Check in is at exactly 2pm so be prepared for that. Rooms were not spacious but not cramped either (we stayed in Block 6 facing the beach in a family room.) Bathroom looked tiny but we used it quite comfortably so our concerns were needless. The hotel is designed delightfully, with several options of access to pool/beach/main hotel/lobby etc. No place is too far. The aqua park was delightful and clean. The life guards were attentive and friendly. The lobby terrace is perhaps the best feature of the hotel. The beach was clean and had plenty of sunbeds. The same goes for the pier. Plenty of showers at every 50 or so meters that had giant shower heads...the best quality I have seen at all beach facilities. The restaurant had the best dessert menu I have ever seen....not one mundane panna cotta in sight! I was thrilled! Now for the cons, which aren't too many: Beginning with the restaurant, while the dessert selection was delightful, the cold appetizers were a huge disappointment. Despite there being a large selection, you would be hard pressed to find one that wasn't already sour or if not, on the edge of going sour. The meats dishes were dry and boring. The chef would bristle with indignation anytime we dared to comment. As for about the facilities: the swimming pool is small and not adequate to handle the hotel if at capacity. While I am all about gender nondiscrimination at jobs, personally I felt very uncomfortable by the male housekeeping staff. It might be just me, I suppose. The entertainment team is wonderful but one event put me off considerably. They did a Bingo night like many hotel resorts do, but they charged 20TL per Bingo card. I have never had to pay for entertainment before. In spite of the few short comings, we enjoyed the stay immensely and were sad to leave. Hopefully, this review will not end up in us getting black listed by the hotel because we absolutely do want to visit again in future.
