There is a lot of confusion about paying beforehand or at the hotel. Using another prepaid site, I checked in. All was fine. I drank tea with the staff upon checkout. Suddenly 2 weeks later I get threatened by the hotel staff that if I don't send my credit card information, they will complain to the passport office and confiscate my passport. Further threats included shooting me and suing me. Having been coming to Turkey for 31 years, I am shocked at this behavior. If fact if the payment wasn't received, it was paid 3 months ahead, send me proof and I will wire the money. Threats are inappropriate and highly unprofessional.

Smiling faces of personnel with clean, comfortable rooms made my stay excellent. I can strongly recommend Concept Suites for Aydin region. Food, breakfast and dining options are satisfactory. Bathrooms and showers are relaxing. I am glad to know this place and will be a loyal customer for sure.
