Had a great time there. Staff were all friendly and mainly could spesk at least a small bit of English which always helps. I usually try to speak in Turkish to the staff, that usually has them either 🤔 or smiling. Rooms are fine, pretty much the norm really, couple of very small issues eg not many plug sockets, but things like that i find too insignificant to mention (even though I just did) Location Spot on. Myself and my husband have just spent 9 nights at this hotel.
It is well situated for the Old Town, beach and harbour. With a sea front promenade with stunning views that goes on for miles.
Breakfast is very good with lots of options and fresh fruit.
The rooms are on the small side and the toilet door is smoked glass but there is a large gap from the floor to the bottom of the door and again from the top of the door frame to the top of the glass door. This basically means there's a lot of noise coming from the toilet and not so much privacy, also the shower room had no light.
We really enjoyed our stay as the location was superb,my reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the big gaps in the bathroom door.
Also as we were leaving before breakfast time this morning the manager at reception told us to go in early and help ourselves, as breakfast was all set up. One of the waiters, who usually was very pleasant, was very annoyed at us...all we took was a glass of juice and a banana, but we were seriously told off by him, several times!!, even though we explained. One of the other waiters must have informed him we were told to get breakfast before departure as he came over and said to help ourselves, by which time we had to get our luggage to leave. This is minor but I would imagine other guests leave early so all waiters should be aware sometimes early breakfasts are necessary.
As a last impression it wasn't great if I'm honest.

The hotel has a great location near the beach and is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and everything else one could need. Friendly staff and a variety of options for breakfast. Drinks that you buy from the hotel on the beach are very expensive.

If you have been to plenty of all inclusive hotels, you have seen them all. But this hotel (if you was from Norway or Sweden), the rules of the hotel didn't count, you could swim at silly o'clock, you could choose your sun lounger and reserve it for the whole of the holiday (even if you don't intend to us it) but all other guests, you had to wait until 9am, wasn't allowed to put towels on sun lounger... Some of the staff where rude (especially in the restaurant) (not buffet section), all inclusive guest had been given discount and it wasn't stated what wasn't included, so we ordered, but got verbally abused when querying the bill..... Been / Seen hotel, will go back to Side, but to a different hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. Just amazing. The location is one of the best in Side, beachfront, close to Side town, 5 mins walk to the ruins, and restaurants/bars and shops on you doorstep. The rooms are excellent for the price, spotlessly clean with lovely added touches like robes and slippers. Every single member of staff is helpful and happy. The restaurant is great….great food, amazing service, by the sea and reasonably priced for beachfront. The pool is fab, very clean and loungers provided there and on the beach. Great hotel, staff excellent, food fantastic, bed very comfortable, pool good, outside area good, room adequate, air con brilliant, location is the best 12 paces to the steps down to the beach, hotel sun beds, on the beach, get your drink and food brought to your sun bed by beach waiters, sea is like a warm bath and can walk about 150 metres and still stand up, no under currants. The promenade is huge, must be 2 miles long, a great walk. Some fantastic restaurants in Side. And a few good beach bar's over all a great place, this is our 2nd time at sunprime dogan beach hotel, last year it was very quiet, but this year was loud music until gone 2am some nights so didn't sleep as well as last year but still good. Last thing, just a special mention for our brilliant waiters in the outside bar and restaurant especially to Salih, thank you for looking after us and will see you next year, Dave and Susie, From England.

An absolutely lovely place to stay with even better hospitality. Sunprime Dogan really provides the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. Adult only, very peaceful but also has its fun ‘side’ with pool side bar, water aerobics and private beach, where you can buy lilos (inflatables) and have food and drinks served to you. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town and there are plentiful bars/restaurants located right on the doorstep.
The rooms are very well kept and provide everything you need - soap, shampoo and hairdryer too! We were very fortunate that we had a beach side balcony view… incredible and amazing sunsets.
We only had the breakfast included which was really good, such a variety to choose from and the fruit was always fresh. You can get fresh pancakes and omelettes on demand.
Only negative I could think of is that there is music playing in bars quite late, but this wasn’t loud enough to disturb us sleeping and we had a room right next to these bars.
If you are a couple, group of friends or adult family, then I couldn’t recommend Sunprime Dogan enough!

Amazing food & service. I visited here for a meal while staying nearby.
The food was absolutely amazing, 1st class service & we would highly recommend visiting here and giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful hotel, great location, breakfast is amazing. The hotel staff cannot be more helpful, they are amazing, we arrived really late into Sunday morning, and the staff were so helpful getting us settled into our room. Pool area and gardens are fantastic .

This review is exclusively about the restaurant, which has become our favourite on the beach promenade so far! Our waiter Emrah was very nice and attentive without being too present, and made the experience very pleasant. You could really enjoy the good food and the view without being interrupted all the time. We had seafood starters, Turkish dinners, a bottle of wine and drinks afterwards. Everything was very good and fresh. While having drinks we played cards, and got a lovely fruit platter on the house. The View of the ocean is also wonderful. We saw the whole sunset from here.
