This has taken me waaaaay too long to write up, In face, i'm embarrassed how long this has taken me to write this up.
This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. From the quality of the accommodation, to the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food on offer you would be hard pressed to find anything better in this or any other area.
Our room was very nice, okay it overlooked the front reception area but that was fine, they turned the aircon on when we requested it as morning prayers were waking us up at dawn from the nearby Mosque but all was good after we asked them and they sorted it. Sleep restored.
The beds were relatively easy to secure using the old tactic of placing a towel or whatever on them early doors and they were there when we arrived after breakfast or even lunch. Probably a time of year thing.
I was the only daftie swimming in the sea (temp of about 16 degrees which was fine as I'm from Scotland and i'm more used to 6-10 degrees at home.) but it was great exercise and fun.
The area was nice, plenty of local shops etc to explore and no really hard sell on show. It's Turkey so plenty of copied goods on show.
So, onto the good stuff for us, the food. I am Coeliac so I need gluten free food. I sometimes have a bit of a bumpy ride to start when I arrive in places and this was no different but after finding Unal (Culinary Director) and Dogan (chef) and having used my translated restaurant card to explain my needs there was always a number of options for me every day at every meal. From crepes and pancakes at breakfast made GF to GF pizzas at lunch the evening meals were great and even had a fresh grill on the patio. The food was superb.
Whilst the folk I mentioned already were very helpful, my main man Arif Iskin the executive pastry chef was absolutely superb, he greeted us every day and ensured we had everything we needed and offered (and made) anything we wanted gluten free. Thank you Arif!
Yes, each dish had an information card displayed but we gave feedback daily on errors we spotted so they are working on that but generally very good indeed, just be sure to query ingredients if not satisfied. (and if you don't get Arif or Dogan, they are clued up).
In the bars, Hakan was a lovely waiter, really pleasant and helpful guy and "Bambi" (Ceylan) was so lovely and helpful as well, she worked mainly in the Patisserie near the restaurant where you can get cakes, bakes and ice cream all day included in the all inclusive.
Also worthy of note was Tuncay, another helpful and friendly waiter.
My wife (uncharacteristically) subjected herself to a programme of health promoting medical massages with Leo which really sorted out pain she had been having and was well worth the money. She was worried and shy but I attended the treatments which reassured her.
This hotel seems to compete with the Acanthus Cennet along the coast towards Side old town to be the best in the area.
I would 100% recommend going to stay there, we absolutely loved it along with the staff mentioned above. Thanks to all there and specila mention again to Arif Iskin! Top guy!

The 5 days long stay we had at Miramare Beach Hotel was the first holiday we had after the pandemic. Therefore when we first arrived we felt a bit awkward and hesitant about safety but with our first encounter with the staff and the environment, we immediately started to feel very relaxed: all measures were in place, hygiene was obviously a priority, social distancing was well preserved and we really felt very very safe.
We stayed in room number 1004, with a private small patio. The room was spacious, very well equipped with all amenities you can imagine (up to an espresso machine). The decoration was very impressive: chic yet minimalist and everything in the room was very high quality.
The hotel covers a very large area. Gardens with gorgeous trees and flowers are heavenly. The semi-olympic swimming pool was our favorite spot early in the morning for swimming exercise. The beach area is quite unique with full sand covered coast and sunset walks on the sand beach are highly recommended.
There are many restaurants and cafés and seating areas in the hotel along with shops, hair dresser, spa etc. Food and beverages are all inclusive, again with very high quality in every sense: ambiance, brands, taste, hygiene, all is superb.
What also impressed me at the hotel was the environmental awareness: the rare and endangered sand lilies on the beach are protected, wastes are sorted according to their type (a quite rare practice in Turkey, especially at the hotels as it creates additional cost for garbage collection), there are cat houses to feed and accommodate street cats
Last but not least, the service: it was flawless and that was very impressive for such a large facility.
To be honest, Miramare Beach Hotel changed my bias for all inclusive holidays: I had the prejudice that such hotels could not offer a special and personalized experience but I could not have been more wrong. This hotel provided us with the quintessential experience we were looking for and I highly recommend this hotel in case you look for a high quality yet relaxed holiday.

We stayed at the Miramar Beach for 10 nights in a family room (two connecting rooms, one with a double, the other with twin beds). Without a doubt, one of the best all inclusive holidays we’ve had by a mile. Rooms were very clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Credit to the cleaning staff who serviced the room every day, quickly but thoroughly. Food wise, there is a huge choice and all seems to be thoughtfully and hygienically prepared (no one was ill at any point). There are a lot of staff on hand who we found to be really friendly and helpful and this goes not just for the restaurant but everywhere we went. The choice of inclusive drinks seemed pretty unlimited ( am sure it is at some point but we ordered G&Ts, Prosecco and bottled beers without any issue). There were plenty of sun loungers and it was nice to have beach towels put in our room - saved that ‘first morning scramble to the pool bar’ to pick some up.
The Miramare Beach isn’t one of the sprawling, big resorts you find on the med but it’s modern, stylish and comfortable. The spa was lovely and there was quality entertainment every night. Overall we would have to be very picky to find fault with anything about the hotel. This is a hotel that deserves it’s 5 stars (unlike many) and we would thoroughly recommend

We booked a suite on a very good direct deal during late April, which I guess is off season, but the weather was perfect in high 20's everyday (though pool was a little chilly).
We arrived late at night (via private taxi provided by hotel free as part of suite VIP package). The whole area had a strong smell of sewage and the hotel was dimly lit. Bell boy hung around wanting a tip for too long. Not a great start.
However, the room was amazing and from when we woke up in the morning there was no more bad smells throughout the holiday.
I believe that the hotel is quite old, but it recently had an extensive refurbishment to the highest standard, so it feels like you're in a brand new 5 star hotel. The food and the restaurants are great, the beach is beautiful and the pool area is very nice with sun loungers always available (same at the beach).
The staff are very friendly and give a good service (apart from one staff member of at the bar near the pool, who I notice other people have mentioned in the comments). The hotel is very clean and a cleaner visited our room everyday and left it spotless (she got the biggest tip because she didn't ask!)
Entertainment is a bit hit or miss. One night had a massive show with full band, but they were not good and not popular. Most guests, including me, seemed to enjoy the guy with an acoustic guitar far more and it probably cost a fraction of the cost of the big show! A good proportion of guests were German, but entertainment is enough to keep anyone happy.
Any of the negatives above are very minor points. In fact it's so great that it makes the minor points stand out. This is a fantastic hotel and we had a great relaxing holiday, so we would definitely consider returning.

Where to begin.... my husband and I stayed for 10 nights at the miramare and loved it from start to finish. After reading previous reviews we were a little worried regarding staff being able to understand/speak English but it wasn't an issue at all. We had a room on the fourth floor, was spotless, stylish and spacious with everything you need. Pool towels are provided in your room then you put them in one of the big bins around the pool and beach at the end of the day and you have fresh towels waiting when you go back to the room 😀. The cleaning staff are amazing and work so hard, we would return to our room after our evening and the bed would be turned down with a chocolate left for you. I don't know where to start with the choice of food, the buffet restaurant was amazing, always something different, lovely salmon from the outside grill, themed nights, we particularly loved the Asian and Italian nights. Have to give a special mention to Hakan the food and beverage manager, he's there morning, noon and night making sure everything runs smoothly and making sure you have what you need, whichever restaurant we went to you would see him there checking all was ok. Also want to mention our favourite waiters in the restaurants Ali, Adil and Sulemann, friendly, professional and lovely. For lunch we would either go to café del Mar or Kumm beach bar, both were amazing, aswell as the menu at the beach bar you could also have freshly baked jacket potato (my favourite), kebabs and churros (husbands favourite). There is also live music at the beach bar some days. The choice of drinks was something else, at least 5 different types of beer and all the spirits are branded with a choice. If it's not on the menu then they'll make it for you, big shout out to Zinar for making us cocktails, shots and one of the best nights. Entertainment was pretty good, something on every night, band on our last night were amazing. You have to prepared for some songs to be in German as there is a mixed clientele but you'll be singing along by the end if your holiday! Hakan always looked after us in the evenings, our next drinks would arrive before we finished the first one! We only made it to the discotheque twice, was good but not very busy. We didn't have much interaction with the entertainment team but they work so hard, always trying to get guests involved and up dancing. Pool was lovely, think it could be a bit crowded at height of summer but was fine for us, the beach and sea were also great, probably the nicest beach in Turkey we've been on and the sea was lush. I could rave about this holiday all day but in short would highly recommend and can't wait to return.

If i could give this 100/100 i would!!! we came here on honeymoon and stayed in the the platinum package with the room with a private balcony, sofa & jacuzzi it was amazing!!! the views are just incredible! the all inclusive food is great and caters for all with allergies or intolerances which is brilliant! Also my husband is very fussy and he loved the selections that were on offer , which was great because this is the first hotel we have ever stayed at and ate & drank in the hotel all week! The decor is stunning very classy, modern and clean. The grounds surrounding the hotel are bliss lots of areas to chill which are shaded to grab a drink (which is real alcohol btw from Smirnoff to corona beer etc). There is also lots of sunbeds in the grounds and at the private beach so no need to worry about getting one. I love that this is an eco friendly environment and as an animal lover it was beautiful to see that theres lots of spots for animals to relax and be safe with food and water. The entertainment was great families all joining in was great to see. There are waterslides for all to use but be careful they are fast. The Staff went above and beyond on our stay and always made sure we were ok. Everyone was very friendly, great staff team who work effortlessly to get the hotel to a very high standard!! we didn’t want to come home! We will definitely be back and made amazing memories on our honeymoon

Fantastic experience pretty much from start to finish. Despite paying for a balcony room we were given a gorgeous room without a balcony but a quick trip too reception meant a quick swap and a sea view thrown in for no price increase. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower was amazing and the view lovely, the only negative being that the mattresses were simply too hard for what we like.
The hotel facilities are endless and there is lots too do so getting bored shouldn’t be a problem! Some activities were extra like tennis and pool but mostly everything was included in the price.
There was an incredible variety of food available and everything was so tasty it was hard to choose which was a great problem too have!
The staff are the real winners here though and are a credit to the hotel despite some of the workers having a poor knowledge of English. Most of the guests seem to be German. A special mention to Gabriel in the main restaurant downstairs who was so attentive, friendly and Efficient and the two lads upstairs in the sunset bar who names I cannot recall. Despite me never tending to go back too the same hotel twice these people may well persuade me too break my rule, the place is paradise.
Just to end on a slight negative note, the tour rep who came too the hotel on our first morning was awful and conned us out of some money, so despite arriving late at around 2.30 am n getting too bed for 3.30 am we received a call at approx 8am (which I wasn’t too impressed with) to meet our rep at 11am, I wasn’t keen but went anyway and we were sold what we believe was a day out at the land of legends..( was ok but incredibly over priced) the dolphin show which we was told was extra but later found out at the park was free and we was promised to swim with dolphins which was extra but our rep denied this later on, avoid using Kubra from libro. The trips were massively over priced and you don’t get what you payed for, use the local operators at the bottom of the hill to the hotel, the hotel said that they could not help with this issue as the tour rep was independent of them but as I pointed out they are letting these people into there hotel and they are disappointing there customers.
Don’t let this out you off though, just go and enjoy a Fantastic holiday at a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff 🙂

To solve this situation you need to come or call the reception or guest relations. As for the tour guide, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do about it, it is out of our control, it is up to your travel agent. Just because you had a bad experience with the tour guide doesn't mean that all guests with the same travel agency should be. As already discussed on site, the hotel have no influence on the tour offers of the organizer, these are made by the agencies and you are free to book this tour or not. I won’t bore you with repeating all other reviews, ie how absolutely fabulous this hotel is. Staff, food, cleanliness etc…… so I’ll give you what I wanted to know prior to arrival… The hotel is about an hour transfer from airport, we paid about £60 return on line before hand. The rooms are beautifully done, modern and immaculate. Loads of fresh towels ever day. There’s really decent products in the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, in dispensers, I’m quite fussy about hair stuff but used this and it was lovely, so no need to bring any. We had a garden view room, but had I known there wasn’t a balcony I’d paid more for a room with one, as there’s not really anywhere to dry your beachwear, it’s a Juliet balcony. There’s 2 a la carte restaurants, one fish one Italian, both look amazing menus but your only allowed one per stay, bit mean if your here 2 weeks. Don’t bring beach towels they’re put in your room daily, then you leave them in a bin at pool when done.
My reason for only giving 4* is the crazy crazy ignorant people who get up at stupid o’clock to put towels on sun beds, then disappear back to bed, so we’re early risers and at 7:30 am ALL beds round pool were reserved! And….the management, although say it is not permitted to do this….done nothing to stop it! Lots of beds reserved but not occupied till afternoon. It’s pure ignorance. I thought this was 5* not 2* Benidorm, not the hotels fault that guest are greedy and rude, but definitely their place to stop it. So for that reason alone I doubt I’d return….until a bed warden is installed…
There’s tonnes of shops literally on the doorstep of hotel, so no need to travel into Side to shop ( which is more expensive but beautiful to see)
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend….if you can put up with the sun bed bandits, which I can’t!

2 weeks spent here as a family, we had 2 rooms, one for me and my husband and one for our 2 adult children. The rooms were well equipped and clean with a sea view. The hotel is beautiful and clean as are the grounds, gardens and beach area. The food is of a very good quality and variety and the staff work very hard. The pool is lovely but the beds get reserved early. The sun loungers by the pool are not as comfortable as the ones near the beach. I think they should provide the mattresses on all loungers but just beach loungers have them.
The hotel allows glass at the pool side and people were in the pool drinking from glasses. We saw a couple of incidents where glass was broken near the pool which is a big safety hazard especially with children running around.
So children is my next comment, I accept this is not an adult only hotel and perhaps that’s what I should have chosen. We travelled out of school holiday time but there were so many children running around. I found the noise screaming and splashing in the pool a bit annoying at times but the worst bit for me was kids in the buffet putting their hands all over the food 🤢. We enjoyed our holiday and the hotel is beautiful but I think the restaurant feels chaotic with a canteen atmosphere which is a shame because the food is excellent. The air conditioning went off due to power cuts 4 or 5 times during our 2 weeks and the hotel seemed to lack any contingency.
