This place is like paradise on earth! The friendliest staff, fantastic breakfast and super comfortable beds. We came in really late and they were super flexibel and told us to take care of the check in process the fallowing day. Food is amazing and the owner really takes his time making everything perfect. We had both lunch and dinner there and it was superb! Homemade food and locally produced ingredients. I can’t wait to come back!

Beachway hotel has very nice style, everything is new. The room is very clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a TV. The bathroom is also new and clean. Lighting in the room gives special charm which complements the room. Every morning breakfast is served on the terace with a view on the Mediterranean sea. The hotel is 10 minutes of walking to the Old Town Side by the sea. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Food in the restaurant is very tasty and the personell is especially nice. We stayed here for 2 weeks in August. The whole place is spotless, which is very important for us when staying abroad. The rooms are of good size, and has a nice balcony. There is a lovely terrace upstairs where you can eat and have a lovely sea view. Very good location to the beach (1 minute) and close to the ancient ruins. Hotel Owner Yennev could not have done any more for us to make us feel welcome, and his assistant also. We spent many nights drinking and eating with the owner, the food is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning again very soon.

I enjoy staying in this hotel time and time again, the owner, Mr. Yenner and his assistent Ms. Lale make the stay very safe and friendly. The rooms are modern and always clean, which is very important to me. The food is delicious, featuring local specialties and domestic ingredients. An added bonus is the large terrace, which infuses dinners with a romantic flare and makes for unforgettable breakfast experiences with a cup of çaj or kahva with the obligatory turkish delight.
All in all, the experience is dignified and very positive. I have a feeling I'll be thinking back on the pictoresque view of the sea on the terrace with a warm cup of kahva in my hands where the troubles just seem to melt away.

A brilliant place to stay. Location is excellent and the owner cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. Clean modern rooms are superb. Aircon, mini fridge and balcony to relax on with a cold beer at the end of a hard day sun worshipping 😎 A big thank you to our host and his non-stop hard working assistant who ensured this was one of, if not the best holiday we have had in Turkey. We shall definitely be making another booking to visit this hotel.

This is a superb hotel in which I enjoyed staying for a week. The personnel is very kind and helpful in providing service above and beyond, with a complimentary and obligatory smile. The location is very favorable, near the beach and in the proximity of many quality restaurants and shops. Rooms are always clean. Overall, everything is perfect.

Everything about the hotel was nice. To begin with, and regarding location, it is in a very convenient spot and within walkable distance from both beaches and old city, but with the plus of the more quiet surroundings; bus stops are just opposite, and many shops just outside of the building. The owner and his personnel make you feel like you have come for a visit to friends!! Breakfast, which is served on the terrace with the view of the sea and archaeological monuments, is rich, delicious, home-made, consisted of fresh products and with a different small twist every day!! We had also dinner couple of times as well, which was more than satisfying. Rooms were cozy and quiet clean; free toiletries and sleepers were provided too. WiFi was fast with routers in every floor. Definitely we would go back if we ever visit Side again!! Yener bey, keep up the good job and your enthusiasm!!

Antalya is definitely the closest, just book a shuttle bus from there to Side, about1.30- 2 hours depending on the number of drop offs. From the uk, might need to go to Istanbul first. Worth the trip, lovely seaside place mins from this lovely hotel, Beachway, and a walk to the old town which is like Kaleici in Antalya.
The y say the back of the hotel probably because the front is on the street leading to the beach. The back overlooks the garden. We found it quiet and had no problem. One of the friendliest hotels we've stayed in and will go back.
