Booked this hotel with Jet2. They advertised it as 2 star but I can assure you it's at least a 3 possibly 4. We arrived late at night and at reception we asked about paying for air con and safe. Both these items were free of charge. We were shown to our room no 315 and on entering pleasantly surprised. There was shower gel, soap, and shampoo all supplied. There were cotton buds in the bathroom even a small sewing kit in the drawer. Towels were supplied for the sun beds round the pool. There was even 2 pairs of slippers for when you came out the shower. There was a fridge with a mini bar if wanted as well as 2 bottles of water supplied free for making tea and coffee. If you ran out of water you only had to ask for it or the cleaner would replenish it when cleaning your room. Bed linen and towels were changed every day. The balcony although small was adequate and we were lucky enough to have sun during the day and shade in the early evening. The hotel is not far from the main shops where there are plenty of restaurants to eat in. The pool area was kept spotlessly clean with plenty of sun beds. We found it unnecessary to put towels on beds to reserve them although some people decided to. There is a small bar in the pool area serving basic snacks and drinks. Maybe they could consider serving something a bit more substantial. Breakfast was the usual Turkish fair with plenty of items to choose from. One thing I would say about breakfast is the staff were very quick to remove your plates from the table if it looked like you were finished. There is a shuttle bus to Coppa beach which although very nice we found it quite expensive. We preferred the walk to the local which took about 15 minutes but food and drinks There were half the price. Most people there were English and there was also the added bonus while we were there of no children. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay for what was a very enjoyable holiday

All I can say is just wow , the first holiday in 30 years and my daughters first ever time abroad . I can’t fault A hotel. We arrived early hours in the morning the reception carried both our cases wouldn’t let us help we were offered sandwiches and our fridge in the room had water soft drinks and beer as well as coffee and tea . When we entered the room we were just amazed we went on the Balcony and saw the pool the room was immaculate my daughter looked at me and said mum you done good as I had booked the holiday . The great guy at reception told us all we needed to know about breakfast times and the bus to the beach. The next morning we went to reception my daughter wanted to have a Turkish bath they rang someone and was booked in minutes with pick up drop off service. We went for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious cheese meats pancakes fruit yoghurt cereal even nuggets and chips and onion rings for kids and fussy ones like my daughter and I choice of hot drinks as well as nice cold juices. There are enough sun beds around the pool for all guests and it’s so chilled out. The pool bar has drinks which are very reasonably priced and also a menu of basic but cheap food like burgers chips ect that were always well cooked and tasted lovely also cocktails that were lovely. All the staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you and seem very proud of the hotel as are always out at 7am making sure the pool area is spotless. Even had them doing google translate to make sure you understood them. We have been back for not even a week and already booked same hotel for April love the fact it’s quiet chilled but the town is a five minute walk and if you want noice and madness it’s there, also have to say umut pide we ate at every night never more than 25 pound for us both and 5 mins walk from hotel and our best day was the jeep safari with the place next to umut it was amazing can’t wait to come back. Thank you A Hotel side and your DJ who we loved xxx see you soon

Let me start by saying we were not booked into a hotel originally jet 2 had to change our hotel 2 weeks before we arrived.ll we can say is what a great stay we had we arrived late was met by the night manager who was very polite and gave us a free sandwich before showing us our room.on entry you could tell room was very clean plenty of room and a nice balcony and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was usual for a foreign holiday but we both enjoyed the voices on offer and there was fresh fruit every day.All staff were very helpful rooms cleaned daily and to a very good standard .Bar staff were really friendly and a good laugh Ashla I think was the lady behind the bar was brilliant and would use her phone to translate if she was explaining something to you. The only thing we found that was a bit off putting was the bar prices but it's only a short walk to main strip where prices were better having said this we and some other quests were spoken to by manager and suggested he had a happy hour. Which he did on night when there was entertainment on in bar .Would we return yes definitely if you looking for a friendly hotel in a quieter part of side just a short walk to shops bars and restaurants this is the one for you. Thanks again to all staff see you again next time we come to side x

Arrived about 1am.and given rooms on the same floor as the reception area which were surprisingly quiet considering their location rooms, shower & beds done each day very comfortable, all tea & coffee facilities & a fridge with nicely stocked minibar(extra) aircon was free & very welcoming as it was around 30/35°c most days & 25°c at night. Two complimentary bottles of water were donated free each day and shampoos shower gels were restocked as required, the safe was a small extra charge.Breakfast was a great mix of cereals, eggs boiled fried or scrambled, salads, meats and Turkish speciality food, fruit juices, tea and coffee plenty of selections. The pool is welcoming and cleaned daily and plenty of sun beds and a nice bar & snack area to relax although it seemed to be closed early at night. The shuttle bus to Coppa beach is a great bonus as are the facilities there. The location of the A Hotel is a bit off the beaten track but if you do a bit of research and like strolling and exploring, the old town etc. is very close as is the other beach area and a lovely walk on the beach. The shops and restaurants are reasonably priced and good value. We found a bar/restaurant on the street near China Corner called Kayis and found the food fabulous and the staff very accommodating especially Akhan great prices also. They even reservered a large table so we could watch the football ball a few times we were also give free lifts back to the hotel a few times. The onlythings I have a small moan about was the bar shutting early and no English Channels on the T. V. to keep up with the news, but thinking about it might have been a blessing😁. The staff and cleaners went above and beyond to make our holiday and stay brilliant it truly was value for money and wouldn't hesitate to book with you again. Sincere thanks Graham, Sandra, Sylvia & Paul (rooms 211&212)1/10/2024-14/10/2024. A Hotel Side'.

Very nice, clean hotel. Room is big enough, quiet, clean, every day they are cleaning the rooms, changing towels, putting 0,5l bottles of water per person free. Minibar (Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Sprinkle water, Ice tea…) extra charge. In the room you will find soft blankets but even “winter” one in case you need to use AC and same time you are frozen as me :) Bed is comfortable, same as pillows and covers. There are room towels and beach/pool towels in there room, shower gel, shampoo, set for tea and coffee with kettle and slippers. Breakfast is tasty, there is enough variety of food, I believe everyone will choose, you can find fruits, vegetables, pastries, various types of cornflakes, oatmeal, jams, honey, date honey, cheeses, salami, eggs, olives, omelette on request, juices, water, excellent tea. The coffee could be a little better, but again, choose black coffee, latte, cappuccino from the coffee machine. Staff is kind. Swimming pool is clean, always we found the place to relax there. Hotel has great beach service for free, at 10 and 11 am there is shuttle bus to the Coppa beach (you need just to pickup ticket on the reception before you leave) and 16:00 plus 17:00 there is shuttle bus going back to the hotel. Bus driver is very kind man. On the beach you can use free beach chaise lounges and umbrellas. Just if you want to buy some food and drinks is extra charge. Beach is nice for all ages. Sandy, clean, with clean toilets and showers.
From hotel you can walk around max 5 min to the main road, where are shoos and restaurants, easy you can stop “dolmus” and go to historical part of Side or near to LC Waikiki where you will find lots of shops and restaurants with good food and prices. Or you can go visit Manavgat city as well. This hotel I can recommend :)

We have not long returned for our stay here. I have to stay we had such a lovely time here, met some lovely people too. The rooms are amazing, one of the best we have stayed In Turkey. The hotel offers bed and breakfast, the selection may not suit everyone as no full English available but the selection was great and we enjoyed it. The staff were lovely 😊 the rooms are cleaned to an amazing standard, the bed is comfy the shower was great. The pool area was also fab, loads of sunbeds and the pool is big. The only downside was that the drinks at the bar were quite expensive so not many drank there so when you got back from and evening out there was nobody sat around also could do with a shower room when going home. However, these are minor things, all in all we had a great time

I was very cautious of booking this place due to the two star rating, it was the excellent reviews that persuaded me to take the gamble and I am pleased I did.
Struggling to see why it is only a 2 star, rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels every second day, poolside towels provided, aircon worked as it should, kettle provided with coffee and tea, mini bar stocked with soft drinks and beer, with room in the fridge for your own food/drink.

I would compare the quality of the room to that of a premier inn, or even slightly better, you know what you are getting, the pictures on their site are as accurate as you will get.
Staff all extremely friendly and helpful.
The only complaint I would have is the breakfast feels a bit mixed up, chicken nuggets, chips, onion rings seem wrong to me, don’t get me wrong there was plenty there to eat and over 30 items so if you could not find something to eat you are being over picky.
All in all an absolute bargain at 2 star prices and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Last point, the walk is not ann issue, 15 mins to the old town, you can do the beach in 10 and there are plenty shops, restaurants all within 10 mins walking time.

Overall a pleasant simple hotel with modern clean rooms complete with free air con and safe.

Nice pool area which is kept immaculately clean and has a bar with a limited daytime snack menu.

There's not much of a Turkish feel and anything extra is very expensive. We were quoted 45 euros a day for car hire against 30 euros locally, and 40 euros for a 4:30pm check out. Inflated euro pricing is the norm in Side which is dominated by all inclusive hotels and could be anywhere in Europe. The enthusiastic DJ's output is similarly ubiquitous.

Location wise it is on the outskirts of the resort. There's a strip of restaurants and shops within 5 mins which you'll need because the hotel doesn't do food in the evening.

There's a "free bus to the beach" which dumps you in an expensive beach bar about 2km further west of Side.

This hotel is a gem. The reception is 24 hrs and the rooms have shower, toilet, wardrobes, safe box, balcony and comfy mattresses and pillows. They are spotlessly cleaned daily and the mini bar replenished (water us free). The breakfast offers loads of choice with hot and cold items as well as the occasional chef cooking. The pool area is spotless and there are always sun loungers available. All the staff are friendly and helpful and offer information on trave tips and the like. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to Coppa Beach Club where loungers and parasols are free and you can relax and dine if you wish. Side old town is about a 40 mins pleasant stroll along a long promenade where there are numerous eating places and the ruins are a must visit. Also visit Manavgat by getting the local bus from outside rhe Horus Paradise hotel on the main road and then take a sail up the river to he waterfall. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of holidaying in Side. It far surpassed my expectation.

I have just returned from 10 days solo trip to A Hotel , I would love to thank the maid and the reception team for making me feel so welcome
The Hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from the attractions which can be a dark walk in the evenings
The number one bus you catch from the main road takes you to old side which is worth a visit , stay on the number one bus it takes you to mangevet where as you can hop on another bus to the waterfalls all this you can do for a couple of pounds , AVOID. Taxi drivers in side they will not put there meter on and over charge you compared with other parts of Turkeye
The maids in this Hotel are excellent they clean the room to a high standard and leave you two bottles of water every day
My room was lovely I felt safe and got a decent nights sleep the room also has a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities , the bathroom has shampoo shower gel.
Break fast is Turkish the only complaint I have is the eggs pancakes came out cold this is my only improvement I would make to the hotel one day I asked for eggs as they had run out and they came out like they had been taken out of the fridge , fried. Eggs you don’t eat that cold .
The Hotel has a bar area which served food I had a burger which was expensive but nice .the Beers in the hotel was abit more expensive but ok .
Every day the beach bus comes at 10 and 11.00 the driver takes you to the coppa beach which is totally beautiful free sun beds the sea was so warm it was like swimming in the bath .the beach bus returns to you hotel 4 or 5.00 o clock this bus is free .
All in all I would recommend this Hotel it’s worth the walk to stay in a nice friendly hotel .but if you have mobility issues be aware of the The Rip off taxi drivers
This I feel is a honest review and I would love to return
