Sun loungers well you have to be up around 6am to get one of those so you need a holiday when you get back after doing that every morning , there should be enough loungers for everyone.
Can’t fault the cleaning staff the place is spotless and the garden / pool maintenance is great too.
It’s a shame the Dublin bar was never open when we went.
I think there should have been entertainment on at the same time so you didn’t get everyone in the same place, 9:30 at the amphitheatre then 10:30 at the wunderbar so it made it packed there as everyone at the amphitheatre would descend I’ve been to hotels were they had entertainment in a couple of places at the same time so you could choose.
The adult bar would have been better if some staff didn’t let kids in it and it had toilets near it.
The TUI rep Hadi was really helpful
Nice holiday but putting it against other hotels I have been to especially in Turkey I would put it at a 4star not 5
Great food, great entertainment, beautiful hotel & grounds
Brilliant animators especially Hakan, Marcelo & Hisham...made our holiday!!!
Staff at all bars ,restaurants were brilliant & worked so hard to please. The gardens, pool areas & outside spaces were spotless , as was the whole hotel
Safety is their main concern & made sure we used hand gel & gave us new masks before entering any inside restaurant etc
Our room was stunning & cleaned thoroughly every day & had Fresh towels & bedding
Only stayed for a week but wish it was longer. Cant wait to return ASAP
Room was spotless clean bedding daily, hoovered and mopped our pjs where even folded nicely, fresh towels also daily and bottles of water.
Food Lots of selection for breakfast, lunch and diner, food was delicious my daughter is very fussy she loved the cheese toasties, hot choclate and fresh melon for breakfast, lunch time she loved the breaded chicken stuffed with cheese, chips and burgers, dinner she discided to try the different cuisine, she loved italian pizza and pasta dishes (theses where available very time)
Pool was immaculate, pool bar staff was a pleasure once i had been up a few times to order drinks they knew what i wanted they was so kind, the magic patotoe man was funny they are all happy and polite to be honest.
Entertainment was every day and night was incredible.
One member of staff called "Recep Yogurtcuoglu" was remarkable we enjoyed speaking to him daily such a professional, carming, young friend if we needed anything he was always happy to help, our kids adored him.
My oldest loved football even some of the staff even took time to play a bit of football with her.
Wasn't ready to leave.
Will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.
Perfect place for everyone to enjoy all hobbies, beach time and la carte food.
Only down point in October the pool was extremely cold and our view could of been a little bit better as we facing a road.
Summing up, we would without exception recommend Tui Magic Life for the concept and great value. We would not holiday anywhere else,
Chris & Jenny Whiting
The guys on reception at check in were fantastic, gave us a beautiful room for our special holiday and made us feel very welcome.
Hotel is beautiful, fantastic pools, great facilities and as always in Turkey the service from the hard working staff is amazing, the guys all work so hard to make sure everything is spotless and your stay is the best it can be. I have to give a big shout to Burugh, who is one of the guys on skates the serves the drinks, such a lovely hard working young man who always made sure we had a drink to hand, the guys behind the bar, the staff in the restaurants, the cleaning staff you are all amazing. Bar the very odd person that let the service down, 90% of the hotel staff really are fantastic and made our holiday and the reason we came back to to Turkey.
I don’t really have any negatives but just a few things to bear in mind when choosing the jacaranda
The food is ok but not 5*, very very repetitive and mass processed, Luke warm and after 4 days we ate out, we are not fussy eaters!
You will struggle to get into the other restaurants and there is a charge for some of them
All inclusive drinks are not great and watered down.
The hotel is hugely catered for German and Russian and be warned they don’t understand manners or Waiting their turn! Especially the Russians, unbelievably rude and arrogant!!
Entertainment in the evening as 2/10 at best and really let’s the hotel down, in the day there is plenty on offer but again repetitive
But overall it’s an 8/10, the staff and hotel make the holiday and its perfect for any families, Great pools, Great beach and not far from the old town
Thank you jacaranda we’ve had a fantastic time with you, please improve the entertainment and food 😊
First impression were great, as soon as we arrived we was welcomed and then given a golf buggy ride to our room.
We had a swim up room which access to the pool which could be securely locked in case our youngest wanted to make a quick dash for it.
The room itself was spacious and cleaned on a daily basis with the cleaners putting some nice touches with presentation to the towels each day.
Spent most mornings around the toddler pool and never once struggled to get beds and we wasn't up at the crack of dawn either.
The first evening we went for food it was a bit crazy as we turned up at peak times however we noticed there was a handy little sign saying when peak times were and we just eat around them on other evenings. Struggled with the app for booking the themed restaurants. Went to see the gentleman in gest services who couldn't have been more helpful and we eat at the downtown restaurant and Fish and Grill another night.
Marcello and the entertainment team put on great shows each night and and there was plenty of activities and games to do during the day around the pool. (The Cappadocia evening was brilliant)
Our eldest (8) enjoyed the kids club with Alleez. Tina and Gulsun were absolutely brilliant with our youngest who had just turned (3) a few days before we travelled and had never been left in a environment like that after a little protest on the first day by the end of the week she couldn't wait to run in .
Only regret is not booking longer and only stopping a week. already looking at booking for next year.
Thanks from
Rob, Sara, Ellie & Sophie..
When we first moved in, we were pretty happy with our room. It was a big double room with sea view and large balcony located in a main building. It was clean and comfortable. The next day we came to reception informing our family was about to arrive in the afternoon and has 2 rooms booked and we would like to stay close to each other. They informed us the rest of the family has their rooms in bungalows and that we can move there too if we pay an extra 60 euros. I asked if rooms were of the same size and they confirmed. So we paid and packed our baggages to move. What a bad surprise when we discovered a half sized, darker room, with a leaking shower and missing baby bed and blankets. We waited for family to arrive and went all together to reception. I explained the situation and asked to move back to the room we were given at arrival as it was much bigger et comfy with our baby. My family also asked for this kind of rooms. The manager accepted and said we would move the next morning with an upgrade for us as we paid an extra.
The next day, the room that was given to us was exactly the same we had, not so far from the other family members, what a relief as we liked it and knew the whole family would enjoy the rest of the stay. However, no upgrade as promised so I asked if I could have the extra money I paid for bungalow back but Aylin, the staff member laughed at my face like « no way ». She told me that the first time we moved in it was already an upgrade that was given to us (not sure still as I paid an extra at booking for sea view double room) and that I should consider now that I paid part of this upgrade, which makes no sens! Whether you give it or you make me pay for it!!! And I would never ask to move to bungalow if I knew that I was paying for a much smaller room.
Then Aylin got super mad with us and told us she is cancelling everything and that we would stay the whole week in bungalow. She wasn’t wearing her badge, I didn’t knew if she was a manager at this time and even thought I was super offended by the way she was talking to us I decided to calm things down so the rest of the family wouldn’t suffer from it and renounce my money.
Later, I learned this woman was just a front desk assistant. I didn’t claim anything as I felt like staff members felt comfortable with offending the guests and that it would only take my energy and nerves off.
It’s a pity as the hotel itself is very nice, garden is beautiful and other staff members were super nice and attentive.
But this woman downgraded our experience with her disrespectful mocking behavior.
With regards to entertainment and activities there was so much going on, all to a very high standard. The staff worked very hard putting on different events every day and they didn’t disappoint. There are so many things to mention but the pool party, bohemian party and beach party were highlights. There was also a mini festival and neon party which my husband and son loved (I had a early night those nights so missed out). The shows in the amphitheater were also very good and they had a live reggae band one night which we really liked.
There are sports and activities all day every day and the water sports are very good. The spa was lovely too and we’ll worth a visit.
As far as reserving a sun bed goes, this isn’t really the hotels fault but the guests who get up early to reserve, forcing other people to do the same. This is common in all the hotels I’ve stayed at so don’t blame the hotel.
Staff were friendly and attentive and it was immaculate. I particularly liked the drinks waiter on rollerblades by the pool, lovely touch. Overall, a very very enjoyable holiday and something for everyone (my children are 21 and 9 and there was something for us all)
I would definitely return and I have already recommended to others!! Well done Jacranda
