Detailed Reviews
I stayed at at Side Apart Hotel for six weeks. My room is immaculate, the food comparable to the best restaurants I've patronized in Europe, Asia, and The Americas, and staff is attentive and friendly. Owners Ibrahim and Selma Sagir are gracious and generous hosts, committed to the highest standards of guest services and hospitality. Covid19 safety measures are practiced, and all kitchen equipment & rooms are cleaned & sanitized following usage. Side Apart truly stands apart from the others. Classy place, highly recommended.

From the minute we arrived to the day we left Ibrahim and his family made us feel so welcome. It is a family run business which is lovely. Ibrahim, Onor, Mehmet, Selma are so wonderful and welcoming. We've had a lovely 5 days here and would definitely come back. Double rooms are nice and modern, air con in the room too. Property is very clean inside and out. Lovely little pool area with sun loungers. Thank you Side Apart Hotel for a wonderful stay xx

I stayed at Sideapart hotel for 16 nights. It was clean and well equipped. Selma changed the towels and bedding regularly . The food was fresh and homemade and very tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for Selma and Ibo who looked after me very well, to the point that I felt part of the family....I spent time with them and they really made my holiday a truly happy and enjoyable experience. I would definately recommend this hotel whether you are a solo traveller , a couple or a family. Everyone's needs are catered for. It is ideally situated near to the beach, shops, ATM, restaurant and only 45 minutes from Antalya airport. I would definately stay here again..thank you Selma and Ibo for a wonderful holiday...see you soon Steph from Lincoln England

We stayed at Side Apart Hotel this summer for 20 days and we greatly enjoyed our new home. The hotel is family-run, hosts -Selma and her husband -Ibo are amazing, always ready to help and very kind and welcoming. You really feel like a part of their family (Selma cooked for us homemade delicious dinner, helped me to find private transfer to Land of Legends (great experience) and took me on several occasions in her car grocery shopping; Ibo offered to partake in family BBQ and kids activities in the evenings). Rooms are small but cute and you have everything you need for simple cooking (electric or gas stove, simple utensils, pots, pans, etc). The living room has 2 foldable couches and bedroom has queen size bed. The hotel provides linens (changed every 3 days), towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap. The rest of the toiletries you need to get yourself. It is quiet and peaceful and great for families who want peaceful vacation away from crowds, loud music and noisy entertainment. Wi-fi works great most of the time. Hotel is located on a quiet street, 5 min walking from the main road with lots of shops, dolmus stops and restaurants (our favorite was Umut Pide, we ate there at least 15 times during our stay, delicious food and great prices, see my review under Umut pide for further info). 10 min walking to the beach. The beach is nicer on the left side (sandy and shallow), on the right the bottom of the sea is covered with sharp boulders, so really not suitable for little kids and even adults should exert caution entering the sea. The beach area belongs to different huge hotels, so you can't use their umbrellas or sunbeds, but you can place your towels/beach bags, etc right on the sand and no one will bother you. The beach is very crowded in the morning and afternoons but is very pleasant in the evenings (after 6 -6:30 pm) when hotel crowds go back for their dinner. Overall a great experience, lovely quiet hotel with amazing personnel. Thank you Selma, Ibo, Ali and Hamza for making our stay such a great experience!!! We are looking forward to coming back and recommend this hotel for our friends!

I have never stayed in a hotel with more charm. The owner personally greeted me upon my arrival, and informed me about the hotel before showing me my room to make sure everything was in order. Breakfast is served on a personal basis, you either inform Ibrahim the evening before, or leave him a call 30 min before you want to have breakfast. I received fresh bread with condiments, tee and a freshly fried egg. Best hotel breakfast arrangement I have ever had. The rooms are simple but with everything you need, and the room was very clean. For the low cost of staying at this hotel it is a true bargain. The hotel accepts both credit card and cash. I give this hotel my warmest recommendation.

Spam good reviews on this wreck. F a ke prices.
We made a booking on 1 week for 70 euros. When we arrived to this wreck-house - the owner Ibrahim - demanded additianl money from us: linen change + 10 euro; - towels +10 euro per each; electricity- 45 euro; WiFi-internet - 20 euro; breakfast - 45 euro; Totally we had to pay 145euro (!!!)more.
Can you imagine that?
On Expedia - Booking the price 10 euro per room includes Nothing - You will receive a Ghetto - NO linen - No electricity, No towels, No TV-set - No conditoiner - No hot water - a room will be dirty uncleaned
You must pay extra for Eveything. This hotel is a criminal F r a u d maker. It should be destroyed from here.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs, staff are a joke, stayed here with my brother for a week and cleaner's came once the whole week, the young guy on reception seems to spend his day partying with his friends by the pool playing his music way to loud from early morning to late at night.

This is the worst place we have stayed in Turkey. This is more like a very budget hostel. We would not recommend it to anyone and regretted staying there. We don't understand where so many positive reviews about this place come from.

I spent three very pleasant days at Side Apart Hotel. Upon my arrival, Ibrahim provided me with every sort of help and advice ranging from how to get a dolmus to the local bus station to where the best food could be found. He also changed some of my euros into Liras at a hard-to-beat rate. Then he handed me the keys of a small 2nd floor apartment consisting of a cooking/living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. From the living area a door lead to a balcony which I found perfect for any after dinner phone–related activities (calling, chatting, playing games …)
Side Apart Hotel is very nicely located in a backstreet very near to the big Celal Bayar four lane boulevard where all buses shutte back and forth, still very quiet thanks to the shelter provided by the huge Defne Defnem building located in between. The walk to Ancient Side is longish (about 2.5 km) but feasible and on a late October evening it provides a great picture of modern side and its life.
If you are looking for a cheap, no-frills accommodation that is convenient and quiet, this may well be your ideal hotel in Side.
