Good food and excellent variety. Some of the best I had and I have stayed in Antalya 8 times. I like that beach and pool bar have a la carte style service. Menu changed daily which was good, translation wasn’t always correct but still good. Menu was in 4 languages which is great.
Beach was one of my favourites, nice and shallow at the beginning and then deeper. Beach beds are comfy. Good amount of umbrellas.
Room was decent with 2 balconies. Water given daily.
I liked that there was fridges everywhere with water and ayran.
Fruit basket and wine gifted in the room was really nice touch. Was nice to be invited to have a chat with the sales manager.
Beach bar was great. Good food and service was excellent, I wish I remembered the name of the man who served us. Always made an effort with us.
Negatives/improvements
Service wasn’t great at the beginning but after a conversation with the sales manager this was resolved instantly. I really appreciate that as this changed our stay.
Would be nice to sit at the beach a bit later until 8pm, but they collect the blue cushions and you feel like you need to leave.
I think mini bar could include beer and juice would be nice.
Wi-Fi was good, shame you have to pay and keep signing back in. As we had a bad experience as a gesture of goodwill the fee was waived. I was very grateful.
Hotel room could have a few more plugs for electricity, I had to leave my phone on charge in a different room.
I was put in a disabled room at the beginning with my mum, the room wasn’t as good, after talking to reception they upgraded us to a better one.
Thank you for a good stay, with a few improvements I would definitely come back for another great stay. Thank you to the manager who spoke to us who changed our experience :)
The staff were all polite and very friendly and helpful. I think we only saw 2 other British families but this did not bother us in anyway because a holiday for us was spending time together. All of the staff made such an effort to make us feel welcome throughout the day and use the British language.
The food was delicious and plenty of choice at every meal. It was lovely to see fridges around the hotel with bottles of water that we could help ourself to.
The hotel was very clean with cleaners continually cleaning inside and outside the hotel. There really is nothing I can complain about, I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.
The food also is not very nice. I had a terrible pizza at the snack bar. it actually was no pizza at all, not even close to a real pizza.
Like another person before me has said, the hotel is quite dated and in some areas not well maintained.
I have to say though that not everything is terrible here. The rooms are good and spacious and clean and the views towards the sea and the old town are beautiful. The reception guy and the bell boy who met us when we arrived were very nice, polite and willing to help. Some of the stuff in other areas of the hotel are also very nice but as a whole the level of the service is much lower than what we have experienced in other Turkish hotels.
+ The waiters are very friendly. They were all people who did their jobs well.
+ The food was very delicious and satisfying in terms of options. I just wish the snack bars had things like watermelon and melon and a few dessert options as well.
- The quality of their alcohol was low (for example, there was a Hamwick brand for whiskey). Alcohols such as tequila and rum were chargeable. The beach bar only had wine and beer options. If you want to buy other alcohol, you have to go to the pool bar. This was a big disappointment for us. We were not very satisfied with the hotel in terms of alcohol. (I added the alcohol menu as a photo)
+ The rooms were clean and hygienic.
+ The animation team was very good. When we came before, Mr. Hüseyin was in charge and he is still there. There were very enjoyable shows and there were plenty of activities during the day. One night there was a pool party and a foam party, we loved it.
+ The pool is nice and clean. We did not experience any shortage of sunbeds.
+ The sea is also very beautiful, the sand does not get deep quickly.
- The shower area in the sea is insufficient, there are 2 showers and 1 foot washing area. It can be improved. Also, the shower water is extremely cold. It would be nice if a solution to this is found.
+ There are also things like pancakes, ice cream, and boiled corn during the day. The pancakes were delicious. The ice creams were of poor quality.
Myself, my wife and two daughters aged 21 and 16.
We stayed in room number 2101 just off the main lobby and lobby bar.
The room was clean but lacked storage space for 4 adults.
We had a pool view however as we were on the 1st floor and had a tree just outside our balcony our view was restricted.
Another point worth making is the door at the bar area located outside this room was always left open which took away our privacy as we were right next to folk sitting in the bar area.
Maybe put a spring on this door would be an idea.
From we arrived until we left we were the only British folk in the hotel which we found very unusual.
The hotel caters for Turkish,German and Russian guests.
I have to say I have never came across such rude people as the Russians in this hotel. They were very arrogant and rude.
The food just wasn’t to our liking!!
We didn’t enjoy it at all from Breakfast, lunch or dinners.
The snacks were on a few occasions not too bad but we did enjoy the ice lollies and the desserts were also very nice.
It was my 50th birthday whilst we were there and the hotel presented me with a lovely big cake in the restaurant and everyone sang happy birthday which was a really nice touch. Thank you for this.
The hotel is spotless and the pool area was very nice. The inside was really cold and perfect for cooling down in the summer heat.
Onto the staff now.
We found most of the staff to be very nice and pleasant.
A special shout out to Tarik on the entertainment team. He went really out his way to make our stay very enjoyable and is a great asset to the hotel.
Overall we had a great holiday and Side town is a stunning place.
I just feel the hotel isn’t really catered for British people and because and the food I don’t think we will return here.
Best wishes for the future.
The Robertson family aka Pops family lol.
Food wasn't very good
Yousuf and Sibel from the animation team were very sweet and friendly.
The hotel's waiters, chefs and cleaning staff were very friendly and did their jobs extremely well.
Now the main disadvantage is not the hotel, but the individuals hanging around in it. All the Russians are approached by a certain Roman or his assistant, who sits on the ground floor and begins to describe the delights of the store, where you can get there completely free of charge. There is everything your heart desires at very good prices. We decided to go, nothing special, but I decided to buy my mother a backpack, she was already elderly and asked for a good backpack. I bought a leather one for 40 euros. Today my mother called and said that the backpack was already torn. In general, if I saw this Roman again, I would tell him what I think about him.
The hotel itself is wonderful, the food is excellent, the beach is close, the staff is friendly. You are a fool for believing this Roman.
