This friendly hotels offers the most amazing value for money, so would thoroughly recommend. The location, with an array of shops nearby and a remarkable beach area just a few minutes walk, helped make our stay extremely pleasant. The sumptuous lobby is a wonderful start with such a grand entrance, although the hotel lacks more space to chill out apart from the lobby. However, there is a fabulous balcony area overlooking the remarkable pool, which catches the sunshine and is so relaxing. The lifts and bedrooms are fitted with all mod cons, and the hotel took some time to get used to navigating our way around. Staff were excellent in each department, from the friendly welcome at reception, to the restaurant (very attentive waiters to ensure we were comfortable and had a drink), the bar staff and cleaners. Couldn't fault the staff, they were a real asset to the establishment. Food was mixed, but that was due to the COVID-19 regulations, although the freshly cooked array of bread, the fantastic choice of delicious salads and an excellent pick of puddings/fruit meant would never starve. The dining area, with marble floors and beautiful decorations, was let down by the dreary and dated furniture. Choice of drinks at the hotel was rather limited, no rum nor tequila etc, was disappointing, If this hotel upped their quality of cooked food, increased their choice of drinks and had more sumptuous furniture in the dining area then this would be perfect and guests would be happy to pay at least twice the price they are forking out. Would I return? Yes, without a doubt this is brilliantly run hotel and created a wonderful experience. Would I recommend it? Depends on what people are seeking, Beach was incredible, soft waves and a beautiful stretch of beach, plus a bar down there too. Overall was pretty good and next year a revisit is on the cards, thanks to all the excellent staff at Oz Hotels Side Premium for being so professional and welcoming.

I have stayed a week at Side Premium în August 2021.The hotel is very nice and very well located. The private beach is amazing. I have no complaint about the food, there was a wide range within the all inclusive restaurant, from which everybody could choose. The staff is really working very hard every where within the hotel. The entertainment team was working very hard also. At nights there are some many possibilities for you to do around the area, for example you can just take long walks along the sea shore on the promenade or you can go shopping at the multiple bazars near the hotel. The only thing that I was not very satisfied is with the cleaning of the rooms. Our room only got cleaned upon pressing the "please make up the room" button.So only at request otherwise the room has not been cleaned. I have tried one of the days and by not pressing the button the room has remained uncleaned. Otherwise it has been a very beautiful first experience in Turkey for me and i will definitely come back to Side Premium in the fluture.

Had an excellent stay here. On arrival you feel like you're arriving in a 5* hotel. Friendly staff (tipping goes a long way). Azad was a very helpful barman. Lots of Germans and Russians but English spoken well enough. Cleaning of rooms was not what you would expect from a 5* (beds were made, towels tidied, your 1 loo roll replenished, ashtray and bins emptied and fridge restocked with water but no sweeping or mopping or wiping sides down). Bit of mould on pipework in the bathroom and water from the shower went all over the floor, room was nice overall and bed was very comfortable but could do with a lick of paint. Avoid 5101 (an upgrade from our economy room!) as overhead was staff room and luggage storage and to the side was a storage/work room. Also (as you'd expect) there was a mosque nearby so woken by the early call to prayer. Disco bar was what you'd expect (excellent manager and barman). Food was similar fayre to what I've had at 3/4* all inclusives, except Friday night. Good variety but only a few mains varied each day. Milkshakes/ice creams available at extra cost and food only available when the restaurants/snack bar are open (except after evening meal). Bar service was generally slow but even if there were 5 on only one appeared to be serving (although I think the rest were doing table service/clearing empties. Having said all this it was off season and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend to anyone but have realistic expectations.

Hotel is very clean and in great condition, beds are comfy, rooms have good a/c, walk in showers, free safes, beach towels provided, kettle in room and stocked mini fridge (soft drinks only), hair drier, daily room service. Staff are helpful and friendly working very hard. Three bars, lobby bar serves in glass, pool bar serves in paper cups which are awful, I suggest take a set of plastic picnic glasses and decant! Beach bar on beach. Due to Covid, only the buffet restaurant open which was busy, with a poor table drinks service, staff try hard but there are not enough of them, this is not helped by the fact you cannot self serve drinks. Hotel really need to change the system in the restaurant, staff serve each person from behind a screen making it slow, with big queues for the more popular things such as chips holding up the q for other items. Food was ok! Not great but what is expected for a buffet with the usual fried food, chicken dishes, salads, breads, cold meats and cheeses etc.Qs are long at peak times, so try to go early or late. There is also food served by the pool and beach but this is just chips, burgers etc on paper plates. The pool is great, it is clean and safe with inflatables allowed. At 140cm Too deep for little children but there is a smaller kids pool. Entertainment is lacking, the only activities is the water or morning gym ran by the excellent ‘Rama’. If it was not for him this would be a boring place! Pool has small slides for kids but no water polo, quizzes, games etc which is a bit sad. Other hotel I have been to offer poolside activities and games. The evening entertainment starts at 21:30 and is actually very good with outside dance acts coming in. Some Very impressive! But more interaction needed with nightly quiz or bingo etc, before the main show starts. Beach a short walk. Shops etc nearby so not isolated. Ice cream and Turkish pancakes each day plus tea and cakes in the patisserie. Conclusion: A good family hotel but couples or singles looking for more may get bored. Take your own entertainment if needed, but overall a safe clean and comfy hotel which is very relaxing and quality.

Positives: Beautiful lobby All staff were phenomenal and worked incredibly hard in every department, especially Tom in entertainment and Mustafa in the lobby bar. A tip would go a long way! Clean, well equipped bedroom. We had a pool view and it was fabulous. Excellent food, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely short walk to the beach. The beach is super, with shaded beds and a super snack bar. Clean fresh towels as often as you wanted them Amazing coffee from the coffee bar and cakes to die for in the patisserie Great location to get around with a dolmas station around the corner Varied day/ night entertainment programme Slides that kept the children busy all day long. The list is endless…
To think about: The pool area is large and entertainment starts around 10am. It is incredibly loud with speakers all around the pool. You cannot switch off or have quiet time around it. Perhaps having the speakers for half of the pool area would be better than all. Alcoholic drinks in room fridges and robes would make it feel more special and the 5 star treatment!

After spending 2 weeks in the hotel I got mixed feelings. Generally everything was ok but there are few points which make that place not deserving 5 *. Not even 4 when you take into consideration european standards.
Positives: Room is spacious and generally clean. Pool areas are very nice and no issue with finding beds any time of the day. 90% of bartenders and waiting staff are extremely helpful especially when tipped. They do care you are having all what you need and are very kind. Reception staff is helpful and kind.
What was not ok : Well first of all you barely can communicate in english. And I am not expecting everyone to be fluent but at least basics that are rekated to your area should be a standard in current times. Reception, few waiters and bartenders can speak with you but when it comes to housekeeping that is a disaster. And that is main point of my unhappiness. During our two weeks we asked literally 5 times for fridge topup, towels or beds to be done before 12.00 as we got small children having afternoon nap. We never been provided what we asked for. Housekeepers were magically avoiding our room despite the fact that we asked reception to help or even we tried to communicate via google translator to explain what and why we need. I suppose that 5* hotel is maintaining thebl rooms daily as a standard. Sadly we had to pile up garbage on balconies and sometimes we just did take towels or drinks by ourselves from trolleys standing on the floor.
Food is another disappointment. We still managed to find some stuff that was ok for us but menu was the same every day. Breakfast was worst when it comes to choice and quality. Butter which was off, cereals which tasted like paper and scambled eggs inedible at all. Not to mention coffee which tasted very bad. The biggest surprise was ala carte Ottoman restaurant. Dishes were exactly the same but just presented and served different way. And you need to book with relatiinship manager who never was there apart from a short moment few times during wholenl week and to be honest she is not a kind person at all. She acted as if she was making me ma favor at all that she spent 3 minutes with me.

I enjoyed my stay here and after much research found this hotel to represent the best value for money off all the Side/Evrenseki hotels but if you are British this might not be the one for you as the clientele is mainly Russian/Polish and I felt the food was geared more towards their taste and was not what I would call great - though there was plenty of it and their freshly baked Turkish pizza and chips were delicious! The staff were all really pleasant especially the extremely efficient and pleasant Cholpan and her colleague on receptions whose name I have forgotten. The lobby decor is attractive and the lounge seating comfortable. The rooms are really spacious and well appointed and some have partial views of the sea though this is not beach front hotel (only a short walk to the private beach though). Downside might be that there is not much else in walking distance from the hotel apart from the beach and some shops/markets and it might be worth hiring a car which is fairly cheap to hire.

Another great stay We have previously stayed in Oz Side Premium Hotel in November Last year, for whole 3 weeks. Everything was so great that we did not hesitate coming again with our Friends in such short period. The hotel’s standard did not change and everything was as great as we remembered. An amazing GM, Selim Aydin, takes care about All and everybody. The service is top notch as well as the cleanliness and food. Great job again, we will return.

We arrived on the 15th of July the very first day hotel opened. First impressions were excellent, large room overlooking pool (I changed room the minute we arrived-no problem at all), with comfy beds,safe,a/c, tea and coffee,kettle...That all changed when we had our first meal. How disappointed and very much surprised I was. I thought with time food will get better but it did not. I stayed for two weeks The food was absolutely awful, the same menu from day to day. French fries was served for breakfast,lunch and dinner and on the pool and beach bar. My older son kept going to the reception day after day to complain about food, but to no avail. After a week staff told him that the food is good, before they use to say IT WILL GET BETTER. Staff in general do not speak English and is very hard to communicate. Hotel mainly caters for Ukrainians and I do believe that food for them is quite nice but for us and for some other people I have spoken was not. I am glad to say that they started to serve butter for lunch and dinner after a guest complained!!! Compared to last year (also in Turkey - Side) this is a far from five star hotel. To make it worse we went to Ultra All INCL. and bars closed at midnight. In my experience at least one bar should be open 24/7. Irish pub, a la carte rest. were all closed sue to Covid situation which is ridiculous when I thing of long queues in the main restaurant To cut long story short, pool is very clean, rooms also, animation team is made up of one men called Rama (there are more in animation but only this guy stands out and is always present day and night). Evening entertainment is good and we watch some lovely shows. I must say in overall this hotel is a three star. This was my third trip to Turkey and I have to say the worst experience so far. If I came for the first time, this would also be my last time.

After the craziness of this year, my friend and I were looking for a few days R&R in the sun. With a wealth of hotels available, we settled on the Oz Premium as the pool looked great and reviews were mainly good aside from some comments on food.
Overall, this is a great hotel and we’ve had a brilliant time. Our room is huge and super clean. The pool IS fabulous and the staff are very friendly. We never had an issue finding sunbeds. The beach is a three minute walk away and the entertainment team do a fab job keeping people entertained with water aerobics during the day and live music or DJs in the evening.
COVID has had an impact of course with the a la carte restaurants all closed bar one. We’re eating there tomorrow. The only issue I had with the food is that I am vegetarian so it’s not clear what does and doesn’t contain meat apart from the bowls of vegetables and fruit and just eating that can get a little repetitive but I accept that that vegetarianism is a strange concept in Turkey. If the little labels had on V on them to denote meat free it would have been easier for me as the waiters don’t have the best grasp of English. Google translate became my friend with the lunch team at the pool bar and they cooked me a special pizza every time they saw me coming.

Cannot believe the reviews which I foolishly believed before I got here. The truth: Looks good from entrance, arrived 24 hours late due to delay in BHX. Was informed that it was a no show so they had re-let the room. Eventually checked in. Missed evening meal had to wait 2 hrs for soup kitchen which was abysmal Was woken up at 5am with the loudest “call to prayer” ever, it sounded like the loud speaker was outside the hotel door. Couldn’t then sleep due to pigeons cooing inside the hotel (due to broken glass in the roof). Breakfast was awful, poor choice cheap ingredients. Lunch was no better again very cheap ingredients just grilled chicken or Turkey. Evening meal again was poor, the main queue was for chips as many of the Brits couldn’t find anything else to have. Fruit just apples or oranges. No continental meats just cheese and olives. Pool area ok water very cold but sufficient sun beds. Not enough staff no one cleaning around pool. Cleaners arrived at 4.30pm in the afternoon. After complaining about pigeons we were moved. Only to find out we had been put above the disco/nightclub which started at midnight and went on until 3am. At 1.30am we moved rooms again which was quieter until our neighbors both sides came back screaming and shouting at 2am. Food remained the same across the entire week. I felt sorry for the children as they were even more limited to poor quality cereals for breakfast and the same crap for evening meal. Sprouts were served all week for breakfast. The bar staff work extremely hard and were the best part of this holiday. The spa was good can recommend the Turkish bath. Rooms acceptable, very hard lumpy pillows in all 3 rooms we slept in. (Not much sleep was had due to constant noise). Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. To be avoided, wouldn’t return for free.
