Good hotel in an ok location, not much to see outside the hotel - shops with the same stuff in them and a few bars and places to eat. 10 minutes away from Side town city and 15 minutes to Manavgat town by bus. We stayed in a standard room for the 2 adults and 1 child, it was a just enough room for us with a small bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel gardens. Room was nicely decorated and had a large TV with a mixture of channels for the Turkish, Russian, German and English (only news). The room had superb WiFi connection so was able to use streaming services on phones and tablets and strong connection around the hotel. The food in the hotel was good, plenty to choose from: salads, grilled meats, fish, local cuisine, pasta (freshly cooked cheese tagliatelle at the outside kitchen station) mainly catered for Turkish and Eastern European guests. Lots of food to eat throughout the day from breakfast - the usual spread with freshly cooked omelettes, waffles, pancakes and a flat deep fried doughnuts, to a lovely patisserie, and snack bars at the beach and upper poolside which service kebap wraps. The only issue we found was that the food was just warm across all services apart from the food at the beach snack bar which came hot as it was order and served to us. Plenty of drinks on the menu which is a QR code scan system which was a nice idea and is on all the bars and restaurants to show what is available. However, it lacks the information about times of service. Some imported alcohol are included in the all inclusive package which was nice to see and have. Most of the staff are welcoming and friendly from the bars and restaurants and work very hard to make our stay a memorable and pleasant one. For children there were plenty of fun activities to do - from two pools, water slides, mini water play park, mini golf, football pitch and basketball court. The mini club was amazing and the animation team who worked in there with the children was outstanding with our girl and the rest of the little ones. Plenty of fun activities every day for them to join and enjoy with a mini disco (music was very loud) at the end of the day after evening meal. They are making memories for the children and making sure they are having a great holiday in a safe environment. I would recommend this hotel and I think there are better things to come with this hotel as I believe it's just at the start of being a part of the Megasaray hotel chain. We would like to thank Megasaray and all the hard working staff.
A few little details that we think the hotel can improve on.
. Temperature of the food to be hot especially when it comes out fresh to replenish.
. Pool area floors are smooth tiles and becomes very slippy.
. Paint the bottom of the pool ledge a different colour to show it's there. Myself and other did hurt themselves.
. Both pool bars to have ice cream available not just the aqua bar and beach bar.

The location is incredible, the hotel gardens and pools are well-maintained and clean. The lobby is a blend of natural and artificial flowers, a cheap view. The rooms are great, very clean, every day the cleaning service is on duty. The staff is very responsive and friendly, they always solve you even the smallest problems, excellent quality. The minibar is refilled daily, but no beer, this is a very big minus (traveling in Antalya yearly for seven years and this is the first year without beer in the minibar). And now the not-so-good part. Three children aged 15, 15, 17 received adul bracelets. They could drink alcohol, and the animation staff invited them (and not only them) to a disco outside of the hotel (in a very aggressive way), but after telling them that they are under 18 years old they went back. The beach is poorly maintained by a single man. It is very dirty, never seen something like this in Antalya. The mattress is never cleaned, and never taken out from the sunbeds. A lot of garbage in the sand. The beach bar is a joke, the tables are rarely cleaned. The beach restaurant serves the same food every single day and it is very poor. The main restaurant serves almost the same food every day. At lunch and dinner sometimes is hard to find a decent meal. A lot of cheap stews, and preprocessed food. Only one kind of fish every day, the same at lunch and dinner. Good, but you cannot eat the same thing twice a day for seven days. Occasionally a nice surprise: a better fish, seafood, lamb, etc, but this is the exception. Poor selection of fruits, not properly served. A better experience at a fast food corner. Conclusion: great location, great staff, great hotel, very clean, but a filthy beach, a very poor food. The food and the beach ruins the whole experience, for this money you can find something better.

Our room was nicely designed and furnished. There was no safe in the room. Mini bar regularly topped up. Pools. The main one is where all sports and entertainment take place; second pool is a quieter area which was nice to have (there is also a special chair installed to assist disabled people to get into water); and a small kids pool. There is also a lovely separate kids pool play area with water slides.
Good variety of food in snack bars and restaurants. Even though at times it felt very busy with the amount of guests in the restaurant, there were always tables available and service of the staff was great. Especially we would like to praise the work of Nurbek who showed a great attention to our needs and went above and beyond in making our stay welcome.
There is a good gym in the hotel with modern equipment, TV screens, towels, water bottles at hand. However, there is no space for activities like yoga and zumba so they were run by animation team outdoors.
There is a brand new state of art mini club where our daughter wanted to go daily. But it would not be so special without a fabulous mini club animation team. Most of activities were run by Asem and Melisa and these girls were outstanding in building rapport with multilingual children, doing arts and crafts, organising sport competitions and of course mini disco.
Guest relations staff are multilingual, very friendly and helpful. They have a service where you can send a message via WhatsApp to allow you to ask a question or request to resolve an issue quicker; this is really convenient to get in touch during and out of working hours.
Overall, we would recommend this hotel as we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of service and hard-working, friendly staff. Possible things to consider while choosing this hotel: music can be loud during the day around the pools and amphytheatre in the evening when attending. Not a large amount of shops and restaurants outside of the hotel - optionally you'd need to take a 15 minutes journey by bus to Side or slightly longer to Manavgat; sports activities are mainly aiming at entertaining and not as much fitness impact.
We would love to thank all the staff for their hard work and making our holiday memorable and special.

The AC doesn’t work properly. The days are hot and AC in our room doesn’t get below 26.5C So, if you get the room with poor AC, you would probably be stuck with it until the rest of your stay. That’s a risk to take.
If you want your room cleaned and sheets changed you have to go to the lobby and let them know and that’s the only way you’d get your room cleaned.
The reception staffed poorly, so people aren’t willing to listen to you and accommodate
No complains about the food and the staff in the kitchen. They work hard and you can see it.

I had an amazing trip here at Megasaray. The employees are great, nice and fun. They help you with everything. Especially Kaan was like a brother to me this Holiday. He made sure everyone was safe and was having a good time. With problems he would solve it immediatly so you can have a great vacation without being worried about anything.
We went to clubs together with the people who like to party, played beach volleybal with everyone and they made sure everybody enjoyed their time.
The rooms were great, good shower en a really nice minibar inside. Before I booked I was doubting about the rooms interior because of the reviews I saw, but the rooms are all renewed so it was the best of the best. So for everyone that is doubting about this I will take al worries away about it.
Every night there are shows at the hotel, from singing to fireshows and karaoke. You don’t have to go outside the resort because everything is already taken care of.
The food is insanely good, you can get different food everyday so you don’t get bored of it and I didn’t found anything I didn’t like.
Long story short; It is a great place for family’s, couples or people that go solo. Well done Megasaray.

Staring with the positives.. Clean tidy, well kept grounds. Staff constantly cleaning up in all areas. Food was great during the day at the snack bar for donner kebab wraps to chips and chicken burgers, fruit pancakes an doughnuts served all afternoon and down at the beach for a great burger or pizza, pasta dish or salad. Drinks very good, endless list of cocktails with premium brands, plenty of ice. Beer is cold with a choice at the beer hut ( although this was a long way from the pools) Buffet food and breakfast, and dinner was pretty repetitive but found plenty to eat every evening and morning, more variety and different cuisines would have been good. We didn’t use buffet at lunch as snack bar and beach had what we wanted. Bar staff at pool are great, special mention to Unal and Saffet for the fab service. Negatives… Rooms old and dated, clean but old. Some electricity points not working. The lifts!! Nearly always one or two broken and waiting 10-15 minutes sometimes. Entertainment was great during the day and plenty to do if you wanted but in the evening, all we had was a variety of dance shows followed by a band, some audience interaction would have been good, animation team didn’t really get involved at night, only to try and get you to dance. We travelled with 2 teens and they where bored as not a lot for them to do and a lack of other UK guests. All in all, great relaxing holiday and will be a much better option next year after internal refurb

On the surface the hotel presents well, however the cracks soon appear.
The management is unbelievably rude, and the customer service is non-existent. We found huge cockroaches in our room, and when we asked to be moved to a different room, the management refused, even though another room was available and we witnessed people checking put on the same night. Initially, we were shown an alternative room, but after I mentioned I needed to discuss it with my family due to the lack of beds, this option was suddenly removed within ten minutes.
To make matters worse, they sprayed our room with chemicals while we were still inside, despite my concerns about health issues that would make it impossible for us to sleep there afterward. The hotel manager was extremely rude, even shouting at me in front of children, saying, "I haven't bought the hotel, and he has other guests to look after." His behaviour was unprofessional and threatening, and he kept changing his story, leaving us with nowhere to sleep.
In the end, we were left with no choice but to find another hotel at our own expense. The manager didn't care whether we slept in the lobby or went back to the contaminated room. This experience was beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

Booked as a last minute holiday, we paid £1,000 each
We usually plan well ahead and spend about £1,400 each, so I was apprehensive that I would be constantly finding differences from what we’re used to. I’m happy to say that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the stay exceeded our expectations.

⁃ Animations team were absolutely brilliant, really enjoyed their company and they are a credit to the hotel.
