The Hotel Turan Prince receives mixed reviews, with guests commending its cleanliness and calling the property spotless, while expressing disappointment in the value due to subpar food quality and room issues. While the atmosphere is lively with entertainment, it can be noisy and not everyone's cup of tea. The staff's friendly demeanor is noted, though some guests encounter lapses in service and communication.
The hotel's amenities, including pools and entertainment options, are generally well-received, but not without suggested improvements. Concerns are also raised over room conditions, impacting guest comfort.

Hotel's Favourite
What a fantastic time we had, there was nothing I could complain about. The whole hotel was spotless and being cleaned all the time. The spar was great and so relaxing, I would highly recommend a scrub on your first day. We always got a bed by the pool and by the sea. There is no fighting for beds. The food was amazing and there was another event (Octobervest) on one day with bbqs and inflatables for the children. The entertainment was great for the children and adults. We don’t have children but there was enough for them to do and they were never a problem. I loved the aqua aerobics, trying different things like aqua trampoline and aqua yoga. There is two small sloops going up to reception, but we just took our time. I think there’s lifts if u need them. The concierge girl was lovely and more helpful than the TUI rep which we never saw. If I was being picky I would have liked a A4 map given to me because the one in the welcome book is too small. That’s the only negative criticism I can give. Thank you for making our holiday special.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family the hotel , grounds are absolutely beautiful but I will not return to this hotel. My room never got cleaned for 2 weeks the bed was made that was it even with the clean my room sign on I found loads of food down the side of the bed which we had not made when reported they said someone would clean this in which the day I had left that was not done.
no one can really speak English, had so many problems with my room and so did my parents in which when we requested for them to be sorted they wanted us to wait in the room . I came in holiday to relax not sit in a room. When I was there a sickness bug was going around in which some family members had.
A water pipe has burst in the bathroom and one of my suitcases (hard shell) was under the sink and it was closed but yet the water managed to get in a make all my clothes mouldy
The food was on but very repetitive which I know you’ll get in a all inclusive we tried the restaurants but again not much on the menu and when your eating they are trying to take your plates without even letting you finish it’s very rushed. The kids corner could of been better to
Not enough sun beds for the amount of holiday guest someone people towels was out before 6 am. They do get removed if not sitting at the chairs by 10 by staff be aware even holiday guests remove sunbeds
Great location near all the shops and the entertainment team are the best part of the hotel!
When booking with tui don’t be blinded by the photos as they use both Turan prince and club turan prince for the advertisement and they are completely different!

Turan Prince Hotel does not dissappoint. The hotel is set in a prime location, with shopping, chemists and Dolmush bus service right on the doorstep. The old town of Side is 20 minutes on the bus & costs 20 TL each per journey. The bus is every 10 minutes right outside the hotel. We arrived in the early hours so it was very quiet, but we were booked in and o our rooms within 15 minutes of arrival. The fastest checking we have ever experienced. The rooms are clean, spacious and very nice. Would recommend upgrade to include balcony which we did. The pool areas are kept spotless all day, and the main pool is big. Do not leave towels on sunbeds unattended, as the hotel quite rightly remove any towels unattended between 08.30 & 10.00 am, as hotel is very popular. The beach is lovely. The food here is the best we have had on all inclusive. Hot, excellent choice and for the first time ever, the cakes have flavour. They are delicious! There is a choice to suit all. The reception staff & Consierge speak good English, and we found them to be very approachable. There is plenty to do, from pool games to archery and darts. If you wish to keep your room later the staff will sort or provide an alternative room at a charge from €55, depending on how long you require it for. We had a fantastic 2 weeks and would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families. Thanks to all the staff who work very hard to make the stay an enjoyable one!

Just got back from a week here, it’s our first ever all inclusive holiday and we won’t be booking another.
This is just our personal opinion, but this hotel was not what we had expected, not exactly cheap either.
Good points - hotel is nice to look at, the Tui rep was lovely and helpful. Having ice creams and drinks was great. The water slides and kids pool were good, kids enjoyed them. The fire show was amazing! Transfers were good and on time.
Bad points - the hotel was packed, at dinner time the main restaurant was heaving, some nights hard to find a table, so had to wait at a dirty one while the staff rushed to clean it for you to sit. No air con in here or not enough as it was baking, so very uncomfortable. Food was poor, as well as the choice, we all ended up living off chips and bread, some chicken at times, attached is a photo of a pudding that was out, just horrible.
They have another two restaurants as well as the main buffet one, they get booked quickly, and only seat around 30/50, bare in mind we were told there were 2000 guests. Hence why it’s hard to book. They also just serve the same food from the main restaurant, so was poor. All restaurants have no views apart from the snack bar, which is shame.
We also saw too much sick and mess in the loos from a lot of upset tummy’s, opening the loo door became a nerve wracking game.
The pools were good, but I would make sure your little ones aren’t taking in too much of the water (easier said than done), putting googles on was a mistake, as you got to see how “clean” the pool was…
The night shows were terrible, apart from the fire show. One night was advertised as a neon show. This was just a dance floor with only 100 seats, made families queue, to then not get in.
Pool loungers are ridiculous, if you want a main pool lounger you need to get up around 4.30/5am, round the kids pool you need to be up by 6/6.30am. Hotel staff do not help this, we never saw any staff member remove any towels.
Basically, this hotel isn’t equipped to handle the amount of guests it has. Its definitely not a 4/5 star hotel, would be best at a 2/3 star. A staff told us if booking a Tui holiday again to book the blue lagoon hotels as they hold far less, also mentioned the amount of complaints they were dealing with.
We paid a lot for this holiday and have been really disappointed, especially as it was our first one.
I will say that most of the staff were lovely, and did try to help families, felt for them as the hotel is clearly taking in money but then not supplying enough staff, to be able to provide the quality of a 4 star.
All these points are just our experience, we made the best of it, but definitely would not book again.

We stayed here for a week on 29th August 2023.
First impressions… Hotel was clean, tidy, modern and bigger than expected.
We were greeted with champagne and luggage carried to our room for us.
The room was spacious, modern, had Air Con and the beds were extremely comfy…
HOWEVER We did ask to move room after the second night due to the location of our room being on the Main Walkway she families walking past early morning and children being loud.
The hotel were kind enough to offer us another room located on the other side of the resort which we were so thankful we did because it was so quiet and had its own balcony.
There was also another pool on the other side where we moved to and lovely restaurant / bar which did cooked food to order which we got a few times for lunch instead of the buffet.
The staff were friendly and polite but didn’t speak any English which was a shame.
The pools were beautiful and massive and the resort was clean and tidy, and had its own private beach and pier.
Food - Food was tasty and plenty of choice for different dietary requirements, Like any all inclusive holiday the food does become repetitive after a while.
Drink - Plenty of drink choices to spirits and cocktails and soft drinks, however the bar didn’t open until 10am when you would like a soft drink in the morning. Just wish it was 9am.
Plenty to do in the resort and lots of entertainment on. The resort also had its own Shop and Clothing Store, Hairdressers, Game Room.
Outside of the resort was plenty of shops for designer clothes, sunglasses ect.
There wasn’t a lot to do outside of the resort we did a bus to Side which cost around £1.50 each. We also hired the Quad Buggy’s from outside the resort for around £8 for an hour to site see.
I would advise if you are planning on booking this resort or a holiday to Turkey, take Euro and NOT Lira. Which we will do next time we visit.
Overall I would rate the hotel a 8.5/10 plenty to do and nice and relaxing, perfect for families. We visited as a couple however this didn’t take away from the Holiday.

We have recently returned from a 2 week holiday at Turan where 19 of us in total went. Lets start with the positives:
The entertainment staff are amazing in particular Ali and Ozan. They work long hours and are always happy and smiling! The grounds are lovely and are well kept. There are some markets and shops outside the hotel handy for your cheap knock off label clothing and bags!! The food was okay. Limited selection if you are vegetarian but overall it was not too bad.
There is a fridge stocked with drinks in the room and replenished when used. Fresh towels everyday also. The beach is lovely with lots of watersports to choose from.
The old town in Side is lovely and went there a few time for food. The hitel can arrange transport ir the bus is arpund 2 euros and is about 30 mins away. We went to Land of the Legends fir the day and advise getting fast passes as most of the rides was about a 45 min wait.
They kids enjoyed the slides at the hotel but wanted some larger ones with rubber rings so used the slides in the hotel next door!
Negatives:
Out of 19 of us 12 of us had diarrhoea or sickness 3 of which were quite unwell for a number of days. We had to purchase medication from the local pharmacy who said around 60 people had been that week to him with the same issues. It was addressed with the hotel and TUI rep but did not seem to care.
The pool is way too hot and needs to be cooler as its probably a breeding ground for bugs! The hotel is not properly air conditioned and the only place where you could cool down was reception! The restaurant is too hot and there was flies around the food which was not covered.
Issues with sun beds and had to be up early otherwise the would be reserved by 5am!! However the hotel staff come around at 7am and 10am and remove towels for those not sat on their loungers which caused a few arguments with people!!
The room was small for 3 adults and 1 child and our curtain did not fit the window so the sun would come in at 5.30am everyday. We asked reception 3 times for it to be fixed but no one came. I woukd suggest getting a bigger room if there are 4 of you!!! There is also a tiny wardrobe with 9 hangers provided.
Overall we had a good 2 weeks as were a large group and had our own fun. There is no kids club for 12 to 16 year olds and the entertainment staff agreed they needed to be catered for not was not offered.

We arrived at 9:30 pm to be told there was no food available and we would need to order a takeaway or wait until 11pm when there would be snacks served. We kept our 6 year old awake as she was hungry and at 11pm a member of staff brought out a pot of soup which ‘may be meat , I don’t know I don’t work here’. We decided to go to bed to discover the room air conditioning wasn’t working and despite numerous complaints didn’t work for the first 3 days of our holiday. A lot of other guests were complaining and deeply unhappy. We eventually bought a fan from the nearest large supermarket so if they say they don’t have one now - they do!
Having chatted to people around the pool it’s clear people are pretty unhappy with the hotel and a fellow guest described it as the worst hotel they’d ever stayed in. The euro trance music until 1am in a family resort is an added bonus.
All in all the hotel is cheap and cheerful but the reception staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful.

Sentido Turan Prince Hotel had everything we needed for our 7 nights stay. We received a room with incredible view to pool and sea, everything was extremely clean. A safe is provided free of charge in every room, as well as wifi throughout the hotel and close grounds. It’s a little slow but ideal for emails and updates from home. Both pool and beach areas are kept clean and tidy. Evening shows were spectacular. Hotel has an amazing sandy beach. The food was delicious; there was always a wide variety of food each night. Gala dinner also was amazing, staff extremely helpful and very friendly. We were very pleased with SPA services. I had Hamam and 4 medical massages. A special thank you to medical massage therapist Irfan Karabulut. He is the best massage therapist I ever had.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and thanks to all staff that made our stay brilliant.

Our holiday didn't start the best. We arrived at around 2am with two rooms booked as my mum was a single occupancy. We were told that my mums room had "electrical problems" and that she would be in our room with us. It took this hotel two days to get my mum her room and as compensation, the rude manager offered her a fruit bowl. It's an all-inclusive hotel, why would she need a fruit bowl. I would always go to your holiday Rep with any problems, as the management are vile and make you feel its your fault.
Pros: I give it to them, the hotel was clean and the maid came in daily. Staff at restaurant really friendly and helpful. Nice little shop to buy snacks and other items on the premises as well as bags and clothes at a more than reasonable price
Cons: repetitive food at restaurant and too busy with people barging in front. Drinks are vile apart from Effes beer. Cocktails are unrecognisable to what you may think they are and mixers are left out to go warm. Air Con, what Air Con 😓. Will leave it at that. Don't go here for the entertainment because in general its shocking apart from an odd good night. Majority of the bar staff couldn't even crack a smile and just came across as rude and as though they were put out.
Sunbeds: unfortunately, I turned in to one of those people I despise on holidays who get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed. Staff allow guest to put towls down so any time after 7am you won't get a place by the pool.
Overall, not the best experience I have ever had and will never recommend to anyone. Would have got a flight home after first week if I could.

Dear Guest; Thank you very much for taking the time to review for us. We are also happy to hear about how much you enjoyed your holiday with Turan Prince family. Unfortunately, we cannot understand your argument, since we will assign you the room after booking the category. After checking the system, we found you have received your room category We accept criticism, but unfortunately we can see in their behavior, since they didn't tell us their regrets on site either, we couldn't help them. We would have loved to do this. Because the well-being of our guests is our top priority. We hope to be able to welcome you back to our hotel so that we can give you an even better holiday. +1
We have just come back from 2 weeks at this hotel (2 British families) and I have to thank all the British people who have wrote such accurate reviews on here previously. Sadly it was too late for us to change hotels when we read them, but it really helped us to be aware when we faced the same issues!
You will notice the hotel only responds to positive reviews on here…as someone who travels around the world a lot, this in itself demonstrates the care they have for their guests!
To be fair il start with a few positives…the beach was lovely and pools and waterslides great for the kids. The buffet food was also really nice..but could do with a change up..e.g themed nights showed a change to table decoration but nothing to the food! There was a good selection of drinks on the room mini bars and the rooms were cleaned daily.
The negatives..like most of people on here we arrived and our room wasn’t ready!....this was a nightmare to resolve and meant we lost a day of our holiday as we couldn’t unpack on arrival. We arrived late at night (not e.g midday when you might expect to have to wait a couple of hrs for your room) and I have never ever experienced this previously in all the places I have travelled to!..to make it worse they didn’t even inform us of this, until we challenged why our room numbers appeared to sound together when 1 room we knew was supposed to be over the road!…We never did end up getting the room we paid for…the one later given was at least across the road but had stairs with worn carpet and carpet poles which were loose (a hazard with children)..we also had to keep our curtains closed all the time as we faced into apartments of the locals! (See photos!). The staff were the rudest I have ever experienced!!(minus a few friendly bar staff and a man on the water slides who was fab with the children!)…one example of the remaining staffs attitudes was when we asked if we could have 2 extra seats added to a table and a manager told us ‘it was not his problem’!. Meal times ended at 9pm which means you have to rush to eat as you can’t even get a table until 8.30 (if you have a larger party) and at 8.45 they are taking food off as you are deciding if you want it!…If pool loungers are saved and no one is sat on them, the hotel removes the towels and charges you!..I can understand what they are trying to achieve here, but often this caused arguments between guests then sitting on beds which they were unaware someone had previously taken! Our kids often love kids clubs but they only went for a day as were made to walk around and even dance in over 40 degrees heat! I 100% agree that British tourists are treated differently to others here…I actually think TUI should remove this hotel from their UK website.
Overall we made sure we had a great holiday..but this was down to the people we were with..and the fact we just accepted the fact that things weren’t as we expected and were daily noticing everything everything occurring that British tourists have mentioned on here!..my advise to British tourists would be don’t go!..and my advise to the hotel would be that you have a lot of competition in Turkey, so if you want to offer services to British people you need to re-think the way you are running your hotel!
