Detailed Reviews
It would be fair to say this is defo a 3 star hotel not a 4.
The food- as a vegetarian there was always something I could eat at each meal. Breakfast was not favourable for any of us, they did have eggs each day, the bread was always chewy and you can’t toast it. Lunch and dinner was always fresh salads and dips, veggie stews etc. They had some themed evenings, Tues night is Turkish night and the food was really good, bbq on sat night is great too. The meat eaters of the group the rest of the week weren’t keen as the meat was nearly always in sauce or stew. Lots of desserts available and fresh baklava which was lush. A lady makes fresh crepes every afternoon and they are beautiful.
The drinks weren’t cracking alcohol wise, pick yourself up a bottle of what you like at duty free to add to a mixer.
Rooms were dated but kind of what you expect for the price. The cleaner came each day to straighten beds, empty bins and pop water on the side. Bedding was changed once during the week and am not convinced we got any fresh towels.
Cleanliness was good around the hotel except one day. The pool was immaculate until half way through the week then it seemed to be a funny green colour.
Entertainment we didn’t bother with, caught a kids karaoke one night briefly and a 1980s style magician. They did ask us to buy tickets to bingo, but the main prize was a tattoo so we passed.
The area is in walking distance of some clothes shops, a very expensive small supermarket and a few places to eat, otherwise you’re beholden to the bus ( was too hot for us to stand at a bus stop) or taxi. Taxi has a ten euro minimum even if you are going three mins up the road.
Visited the Turkish hamman on site. Thirty euro for an hour of washing and massage, it was a very good massage. Didn’t appreciate the male manager coming in whilst wrapped in a towel trying to upsell to me that I must book more massages. I just wanted to leave asap as felt really uncomfortable.
Would I visit again ? No, did I have a good holiday ? Yes absolutely. It’s what you make it.

Beware this hotel is not a 4* star and Is not close to beach but there are shops and bars within walking distance. The rooms are slightly dated but were always clean and our maid changed bed sheets every 2 days and clean towels every day. Our room faced the wasteland (so make sure your room number ends in an odd number to face pool) and could not really sit on balcony as very small with just 2 chairs and a very small table. Breakfast was exactly the same every day although the evening meals were varied and always a good choice. Didn't have lunch so cannot comment. Swimming pools smaller than they look in pictures but very clean. Lots of sun beds around pools and on grassed area. Nice touch with minibus to beach (driver very friendly and happy chap) which is further than advertised in brochure but we walked it most days. Some staff very friendly especially the young lady in bar in evenings but the front desk needs to be more approachable. All in all had a nice hols catching local buses which is fun to get to Side Harbour and see the ruins but would not return to this hotel.

Still here on a 10 day visit. First review I’ve written
Hotel is quite run down. Room has a few items broken. Been reported but no one seems to care. Pool area is good , water is lovely temperature and plenty of sun beds to go round.
Have enjoyed the food and beer and local vodka is ok. Red wine was disgusting though!
Waiters cleaners and bar staff work really hard but staff on reception seem offish and not bothered.
Local beach is lovely but are mainly private for the beachfront hotels. Dosi hotel beach is a 25 min walk or 5 min shuttle bus. Sun beds are free there but all inclusive it isn’t, which I wasn’t aware of.
Can’t comment on animation team as we haven’t got involved. Only went to one entertainment evening and it was so loud with awful music that we didn’t bother again.
Overall holiday has been a 6 out of 10. It’s ok here but have been to much nicer places for the same money.

This hotel is a 2star at best hotel! We arrived at 22. 30 of14/Sept 2022. No late food or snacks,we only had the choice of cold soup left over from evening meal.room was clean and very nice.as for the 4star rating it is definitely not! The photos of the hotel on the website make the two swimming pools look larger than they actually are. No chance of getting any sunbeds by any of the pools! The other residents put there towels on them about 7am and come back later in the morning. Things to do in the hotel are one small football table, one pool table inside the bar near reception! This room is very dark even during the day, small windows hardly any daylight showing through! One table tennis table outside, this was all they had for people to entertain themselves. The food was very basic especially in the morning, the dinner menu wasn't much better! The drinks, only one choice of beer which we had to add sprite to so we could drink it! I would not advise anyone to book this hotel not good value and not 4star. Also the hotel is not near the beach!! You have to use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The beach was a private area owned by a different hotel we had to pay for everything. There was nothing to do to entertain ourselves during the day so we went out everyday! We were so glad we only had only booked one week!! Please save your hard earned cash don't book this hotel!!!

Hi, if your British I'd think again before spending your money here. I have just come back from a week with friends. I don't usually take much notice of reviews but thought I had to write my experience. We got there late in the evening around 10.00pm travelling all day, the reception welcome was terrible once we opened our mouth, staff on male extremely rude. Eventually got room key it was a family room very cramped we were a party of two couples, no food on arrival only cold soup left over from tea and a piece of meat and slop on a plate. Following day in the light on balcony wasp nest top of sliding door reported it and they reluctantly swapped rooms, they sent odd job man up who stood on a stool and sprayed in hole with rapid fly spray hundreds of wasps came out. Went for breakfast.....unless ur german and used to slop pointless who even has stew for breakfast, all inclusive ? I think not. No ice cream served in this hotel at all, absolutely no chance of getting a sunbed round pool as the Germans get up before anyone towel them and go off for hours. The all inclusive drinks we'll if you want cocktails you have to pay other than that waterd down coke, orange and everything else. Hotel is in need of repair loose flags on the floor outside not what I'd call kid friendly. This hotel is probably 1 star no coffee or tea in room you are absolutely forbidden to take food or drink to your room or you are basically fined for it. We went weekend of the queen's funeral no English channels, the only hotel with no English flag outside had everywhere else just not British flag. Britain needs to take this hotel off its books as its clearly German and the older ones literally dislike the English. Spent all our time out of this place. For the money your spending add a bit extra and have a decent holiday would never return to this hotel in fact they need to give us our money back for putting up with it. Entertainment I will give zero once a night outside Sunday nothing at all......just don't stay simple.

My Mum booked to stay at the Dosi hotel for my 30th birthday. For her, myself and my daughter who is 1& months old.
This hotel was sold as all inclusive and that they had an a la carte restaurant at the hotel but this was not the case. We had to pay for cocktails at the hotel and also only provided 4 spirits anything extra we had to pay for.
EasyJet advertised this hotel as spacious, unique and modern. The rooms were dark, old fashioned and tiny.
There was no room for my daughters pram, our cases or anything else for that matter. When I arrived in the room I cried with disappointment.
On the website it says that the hotel has newly refurbished rooms but only the top floor has been refurbished. The photos on the Easyjest website to promote the hotel look nothing like the rooms. They are not like this in reality at all.
EasyJet stated that the beach is 700m away. Which is walkable. This is not the case at all. The hotel have to offer a mini bus to the beach because it’s so far away.
The beach was across a very busy road and this was very scary crossing with the pram.
Also at the beach you have to pay for sunbeds and drinks. This hotel says it’s all inclusive? Why are we paying for drinking at the beach?
We only lasted 2 days at the hotel and we left and moved to a beautiful all inclusive hotel on the beach front.
On the 2 nights we did stay at the hotel we left and went out for food as the food was not up to a good standard.
When we were out eating at one of the local restaurants the owner and a few men who work there told us that everyone knows this hotel sells hospital food!!!
This was extremely annoying to hear and I was very angry.
I have been on EasyJet holidays in the past and they have been okay. Not wonderful but okay but this was absolutely awful. We had been looking forward to this holiday for a long time and we were very disappointed. The photos on the easyJet website look nothing like the actual hotel. EasyJet have oversold this hotel big time!!!
Anybody who is looking for a relaxing family holiday please don’t book this hotel.

+1
This hotel is clean and spacious if a little dated
The food is fresh and well presented but aimed at their (mainly) German guests
Waiting staff, services, notices, entertainment, everything is geared towards German clients..... It gets very wearing after the first couple of days
There is a shuttle bus to the beach and back which is nessessary because it's too far to walk. The beach is gorgeous
Side itself is lovely but the kumkoy area is set up for Germans and Scandinavians.
I strongly suspect that prices went up in shops we visited when staff realised we were not german, not sure why that would be.
I would go back to Side but not this part of town.
German and Scandinavian visitors would find this hotel excellent value for money but I wouldn't go back

The first morning we found out after breakfast that a bracelet was missing from our bathroom, coincidentally the cleaning lady had just been...
When we asked the cleaning lady if she had seen the bracelet she knew nothing.
After we indicated at the reception that the bracelet was missing, the cleaning lady "found" it in the cart with dirty laundry. According to her, this happened while she was cleaning the sink (with a used towel???).
Special story, but yes the bracelet was back.
After this incident we thought we could sunbathe and swim. Unfortunately, the pool was so cold that swimming was not an option. Also, because of the many different vendors you can not really enjoy your rest, they come every other oatmeal to lubricate your cocktails, tattoos, excursions etc.
After this day, my traveling companion started vomiting at night. This lasted for 2 days, so she was eventually hospitalized overnight.
To be honest, we were quite happy that we were allowed to stay there that night, because we would prefer not to go back because of the bad beds and poor hygiene in hotel Dosi.
It later emerged that she was not the only one in the hotel who was in hospital with these complaints.
The days after returning from the hospital we both dared not eat at the hotel and we ate at restaurants in the city.
The meals are inedible and the smell of the buffet is nauseating.
The leftover food is simply served again the next day.
There is no variety in this and so several people have fallen ill (in those 6 days that we were there), even after returning we still suffer from stomach problems.
The snacks are just desserts from the night before and the table with cookies was blown clean by the staff.
Due to poor ventilation, the smell of the buffet could be smelled in our bathroom. If you left the bathroom door open at night, you woke up to the smell/stench of the breakfast buffet in your room.
Furthermore, the (alcoholic) drinks cannot be drunk.
The hotel is super noisy, you can literally hear what people are saying in the hallway and hear it from half the hotel when they flush the toilet. We also had the bad luck with a neighbor who liked to sing along loudly with the loud music she was wearing.
Furthermore, cleaning is not done. Lots of hair in the bathroom and around the toilet, mold, very dirty bathtub. All the cleaning lady did was make the bed and empty the trash cans. Used cups were returned as if they were clean.
The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, like lying on a block of concrete.
In addition to all this, also heard stories about the hammam in the hotel, where people literally got away fur and blue.

We stayed a week with friends.
Food cooked and presented well. Limited choice compared to larger hotels. However what was presented was tasty, and fresh. Fresh Turkish pancakes daily, with sweet and savoury fillings.
I love my pudding and was disappointed I’ve cream was not offered regularly. Cakes available for pudding.
Waffles and a style of donut offered at 4pm. They were very nice and popular.
You can eat inside with aircon and outside
Entertainment staff very friendly and amusing! They work hard to earn their money.
Catering staff lovely and friendly.
Sun beds were plentiful, however if you want to stick together and you have more than two of you, you’ll have to get there at 6.30am!! People reserve with towels and then didn’t arrive til after lunch. Little disappointed that staff didn’t address this. However staff will go out of their way to get you one sorted!
Rooms a bit dated, but very comfortable and clean. If you book two rooms and get offered ‘connecting doors’ have a look before accepting as you only get one bathroom between 4 of you. It’s basically two bedrooms and a bathroom. We preferred the two bedroom option as booked.
Location is away from the front, taxi to main Side €8, or free bus to beach several times a day. All inclusive is not included on beach. Shopping and restaurants on your doorstep.
We got delivered a pack from someone claiming to be a rep. It was a sales tactic to sell trips.
Limited drinks on the package. Extra €5 for cocktails.
Thankyou to staff for a lovely holiday ❤️, especially Zak!

The hotel was clean and peaceful.
Food was excellent with multiple choices, and staff was friendly. The gözleme (flatbread) was a delicious snack or even a meal. The grill offered tasty food.
In the wellness center you can get a very good massage with a small price. The barber made pedantic job in a Turkish manner.
Quit opposite the hotel there is a big outlet store with fixed prices.
A bus goes many times to the hotel’s own beach. If you don’t want to go to the beach, you can walk to Side old town which is suprisingly historical.
This was a positive suprise: great value for money!

Cocktails not included. One friend we met there had had cocktails charged to her room and was asked for payment at checkout. She hadn’t ordered any at all so didn’t pay.
Go to the town for Turkish. Ath. Much cheaper and you can walk it easy.
