Arcanus wasn’t my choice, jet2 cancelled my previous accommodation just 2 weeks before our holiday but tbh I am glad I stayed with you🤩 I love it every second in your hotel. I came to a last minute unplanned vacation and was a little bit concerned as I didn't have the time to research hotels, but I ended up absolutely loving the place: the staff is obsessively clean, food is delicious, rooms are great, and the hotel's territory is simply fantastic. The only con - I had to take my work with me in order to come here, and didn't expect to not have good internet in my room. I ended up working from one of the main lobbies, but as you can imagine, it's not the most comfortable place to work 8 hours a day, hhh. Other than internet, oh my goodness, I'm so coming back here :)))

It was spontaneous decision to escape for my birthday in a warm and sunny place, so just based on intuition the decision was made and here we are in the airplane. First of all I would like to mention one thing that I never see before, attitude! We all know that business is business and customer could be a night mare sometimes. But I think here I found an exception. From the first minute we step in I feel like I come home to see my family. Just a genuine warm smile, friendly manners and treat every single guest as a king. All the hotel smells of fragrance, every single part or it. It was provided a booking for the alacarte restaurant and 5 masage sessions that actually solved some of my health issues. Every single request was done immediately without disturbing questions. Buy the way it is cat friendly place. Food and drinks are delicious and no limits at all, everything was brought to our table,so I guess only risk is to put more kilograms on hips:))) I remember in Majorca after chek out braslet was taken so if you want a drink after you have to pay additional, here is not even a case. So based on previous experience I dare to ask about payment, manager smile to me and said, all our guests are friends actually so feel free to enjoy it till the end. Fantastic ! STRONGLY RECOMMEND…

During my stay at this hotel I had my birthday I chose to eat at Turkish resturant it was fantastic they even gave me a birthday cake. All of the staff were excellent, friendly and good at their job, I is a 4/5 star hotel if I could I would give it a 6th star. I shall rebook this hotel for next year. We stayed 10 days in the hotel. Alim Can, one of the hotel animators showed us around! We played a bunch of darts, beach volleyball, etc. He's a dedicated, hardworking guy who makes sure you feel right at home! The resort location is beautiful, the restaurant has decent food and the staff is amazing. TL;DR: Find Alim Can and let him show you around!

Really enjoying the stay at this amazing hotel, everything is clean. Got amazing people like ozy… he’s rockets around on roller skates delivering us drinks.
