We had a very nice 8-days holiday at Kaya Side Hotel. From the moment we stepped in, everything was perfect. Hotel management and all other employees are very customer oriented. They literally bend over backwards to please the customers. The location of the hotel is very good and due to smart design of the facilities, you do not feel the crowd even when the hotel is full. The food was plentiful, varied and of very high quality. White meat, red meat and fish were always available at every meal. Rooms were cleaned every day and personal care items and minibar were replenished. The animation team made sure that everyone had a good time with activities suitable for everyone during the day and in the evening. The phrase most frequently used by all employees is "How can we help you, is there anything you want". We had a very happy, very fun, very enjoyable and very nice 8 days as a family in this hotel. We want to say thanks to first and foremost, Customer Services Manager Imperatore Barış Teker, Deputy General Manager Deniz Bakan, Executive Chef Mehmet Mucir, Spa Manager Koray , Animation Manager Exen and Deniz and Ulaş from animation group, Kadir, Shavaqat, Erkan from main restaurant, İbrahim from à la carte restaurant, Vedat and Elif from Beach Bar, the housekeeper Ummu and everyone whose name we do not know, for providing us a wonderful holiday that we will always remember. Very nice hotel, we had a great stay. Check-in was a little stressful as the receptionist was trying to check a few of us in at the same time, we arrived around 1 in the morning. We were able to get something light to eat which was great. We booked a sea view room but on the 1st night we were put in a ground floor room with no view. When I went back to reception I was then told by another staff member this was a sleep room for the first night only. We did get sorted eventually the next day and our sea view room was very good. Comfy bed, plenty of room and a good shower. Food was good a little repetitive but always tasted good, could have been warmer. We had lunch at the pool snack bar most days again very good. Nice beach with plenty of Sunbeds. Staff were friendly and very hard working. Great location a nice lake to walk/run around with a couple of streets of shops a short walk away. Dolmus bus stops right outside the hotel, runs every 10 mins to both Side and Managvat €1 each. All in all we had a great holiday and we would return.

We have just returned from a 7days vacation at Kaya Side, two adults and our 17 year old son. What I can say is that the Hotel is a great place for vacation. The rooms are large and very clean. The cleaning lady would come and clean the room and change the towels every day. The air conditioner has been working properly, in the room and also in the entire hotel. There were plenty of food dishes, for all tastes, so you could always find something tasty to eat. We left and there were still plenty of food that we have not got the chance to try. The staff at the Reception desk are quite friendly. In regards to the animation team, they were very active and involved, doing their best to make the guests feel welcome and well entertained. Special thanks go to Kuvvat, nice and warm person, smart and funny, and to Cha-Cha (thank you for the nice and funny dart games!!). We really enjoyed spending time with you, guys!! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope we will come back soon! THANK YOU!!

1. The heat stress: I don’t understand how people could tolerate the heat stress that was reigning in all inside seating areas, including lobby, restaurant and even some of the rooms. The first room we stayed in had a cooling system that could not be farther from an air conditioning! And even after asking for repair many times (while paying tips each time, without even being able to communicate because of staff’s very poor english), nothing was improved. And management was like “oh really, still does not feel cool enough?”, until other people came into the room and admitted it wad like an oven inside. We had to live in that hellhole for three nights before being moved to a slightly cooler room. 2. The availability of seating: the hotel was crowded and could not serve everyone with proper seating, whether at the restaurant, at the pool side or at the beach. The hotel should consider offering enough seating places (tables, sunbeds, parasols…) for all of their guests. 3. The noise and rush: since the hotel was crowded, it was terribly noisy everywhere. At breakfast and lunch, the vacarm of cutlery was unbearable. Plus eating schedules were so restrictive that everything had to be rushed through before food was taken away! So stressful! 4. Very limited food choice: even though food was nice, the variety was very limited from day to day. 5. Terrible wifi connection: at most of the seating areas we could not connect to the wifi, except at the lobby and a part of the restaurant. Even in the room, we had to sit in a particular place to get the wifi. 6. Very limited communication with staff: even though staff was friendly and nice, communication was practically impossible due to lack of language proficiency, even English, which I find particularly weird for a touristic destination. 7. No tour or excursions opportunities: when we asked for tour recommendations, management sent us away pretexting we should contact our home travel agency and their reps at the hotel lobby, who of course were nowhere to be found. So we had to abandon the idea and to restrict ourselves to simple personal initiatives around the place. 8. Even the main attractions were not worth it: the main pool’ water was too hot all the time, the floors were dangerously slippery, the kids pool had the slides open only for 5 hours a day, the beach was not sandy, not kids friendly, and not that clean. Overall, it was a bad experience unfortunately!

We couldn’t find many reviews on this hotel so were a little nervous of what to expect. On arrival we were immediately struck by the cleanliness of the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff work extremely hard to maintain this standard. Food always fresh but a little repetitive. More choice of hot food for evening meal would be good but we all ate well and didn’t go hungry. Lobby bar staff were friendly and attentive and showed a great interest in where we were from and were kind to the children. Reception staff were very helpful and conversed well in English. I was surprised how little English Guest relations could speak though given their job role. Rooms clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony clean, with adequate space and beautiful view. (Superior room with pool view) A special thank you to Hassan at the pool area. Always showed concern for the children, ensuring we had an umbrella for shade and really helpful, asking for nothing in return. The spa staff were kind and helpful. The lady on spa reception had excellent English and was very welcoming and particularly caring to our children. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe which we liked. The restaurant although busy always had clean tables available and staff constantly trying to keep everything flowing and tables cleaned promptly. I wouldn’t make booking the Al cartes on offer a priority. You often get the same foods at main restaurant but you do get a more relaxed, personal waiter service. They were nice apart from the Turkish restaurant which we thought was disgusting 🙈. The BBQ was enjoyable but not what we expected for a BBQ. Overall an excellent hotel. We had a lovely holiday. British holiday makers are in the minority here but it didn’t have a negative impact on our experience. They cater well for people from the UK so no idea why it isn’t more popular with the Brits. An enjoyable holiday for us all and we had it for a reasonable price for this years prices!

From the reception staff to the pool bar staff, everyone and everything was lovely! The hotel has everything you can imagine, even mini shops. The food was exceptional as was the service, the staff always put a smile on my face! Some of the staff who especially made me feel so welcome and made me enjoy my time was the pool bar staff including Celal and Emircan. In the Restaurant, Yağmur and Muhammed were always on top of everything and made sure our dining was pleasant! All the staff were lovely but these are just a few names which come to mind! There was so many different types of food for everyone, even a separate kids buffet! The location of the hotel is also really nice, about 10 minute drive away from the mall. There’s a lot of entertainment for children during the day and evening, including a kids festival, and water slides. The room service was also great, they cleaned when we asked and provided extra toiletries if needed. The rooms were very spacious and had air conditioning which was very much needed in the intense heat!
The hotel also had a private beach which was connected to the hotel and it was beautiful! The beach offers water sports but they are extra of charge however are so fun!
Overall the experience was lovely and I wish to go back, I would really recommend the hotel!

It’s our second time coming to Kaya Side, we last visited in 2019 when it was a TUI family life so was worried about how much things would’ve changed after reading some negative reviews. All I can say is that we have had the most amazing 14night stay as a family of 6 2 adults and 4 small children ages 9,6,3 and 1.
The amount of effort this hotel goes through with the entertainment is fantastic, nothing I have seen any other hotels do. From the kids festival where they had bubble shows, dressing up characters and games to parrot shows, beach foam parties to Alice in wonderland shows we were always blown away! The host who spoke various different languages was brilliant.
Kids Club, I was worried about this as the staff spoke little English so didn’t know how my children would feel. but my kids went once and LOVED it asked to go every day️ Can’t thank the staff Anna and Saltanat your energy and enthusiasm with the children was amazing. My 3 year old made such a special bond with Saltanat he is going to miss you so much️
Hassan our Pool side hero we never had to wake up early for beds, as Hassan would sort it all for us. This took away a lot of stress for us and first time I’ve had lay ins on holiday as I’ve not had to worry about beds. Hassan also helped massively when my son had a nasty bump to the head. Thankyou Hassan️
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews from British people about lack of English guests? personally for us when we go away we tend not to care about how many British people are there as we’re abroad. If we was surrounded by British people I think i would go insane (no offense) I come on holiday to escape Britian

Our room was beautiful so spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the pool. The Mini bar in our room WOW refilled for free daily with branded Coca-Cola and Fanta, water, chrisps and snacks. Again this is the only hotel we have visited in turkey that does this! nothing like sipping a cold Fanta on the balcony

We have been at the end of October 2022 in this hotel and it was very good. We had a DBL room with sea view at the 3rd floor. The room was clean, the minibar was everyday filled up with water, coca-cola and sprite. First day of our arrival, we have received 2 plates with fruits and cakes and a bottle of red wine in our room from the hotel´s stuff which was a very nice surprise. The personal was always very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Mr. Baris Teker, our Guest Relation Manager. Food was good, we had also tried the a la carte restaurant in both evenings (Greek and Italian). The bars were also very good. Pool was very clean. A lot activities for kids too. Close to the hotel there is also a Bazaar and a street with bars and restaurants. Every 15 minutes from front of the hotels there are buses towards Side and Manavgat which cost only 1 - 1,20 euro/person/one way, so it´s very easy to go out too.

I would like to express my positive experience with Kaya Hotel Side. Cleanliness, service and food were at the highest level. All employees were maximally engaged around the guests. The food was varied, fresh and with a wonderful taste. Drinks were always properly served and cold. The rooms are spacious, with nice furniture and clean. I would especially like to praise the animation team led by Mr. Exen. They have a beautifully organized program and are fully committed to activities with children. Mr. Exen, along with Anna and Coco, are definitely the key to the success of the Kaya Hotel. Without Mr. Exen, the stay of children, and thus of adults, would not be so beautiful and unforgettable. 6 family members stayed at the hotel for 8 days. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food was more or less ok. The main problem is a chaos in the restaurant. Number of personnel is not enough and that means unclean tables, lack of cutlery and so on. Also there are no hosts and lots of couples take larger tables. The hotel is full of Russians and there are no free sunbeds at the beach after the breakfast.
