Fabulous new all inclusive hotel with beautiful flowered gardens and a large pool with plenty of comfortable sun beds and parasols. The quality of food and variety was exceptional, everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented and deserves a Michelin star. Great choice of drinks included in the all inclusive programme served by the lovely staff throughout the day and evening.
The rooms were super, with a large mini bar, which was complimentary restocked daily by the maids, tea and coffee were also provided. Beds and pillows were so comfortable, great powerful showers and a nice balcony.
Visited the hotel’s spa facility to be pampered which was lovely and relaxing. It’s only a few minutes walk to the Hotel’s exclusive beach with sun beds and parasols, hot and cold drinks are provided at the beach so you can laze away all day.
The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but still close to a large number of shops etc. Side old town is about 40 minutes walk along the promenade or you can catch the regular cheap dolmus.
Best of all, the smiling hotel staff were wonderfully welcoming and kind, always attentive to your every need but not intrusive, they made our holiday perfect, so much so that we extended our original three night stay by a further three nights and only wished it could have been more. The Alessia is an awesome hotel made perfect by its lovely staff, thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. I’d definitely award five stars and can’t wait to return.

The hotel is in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach where there are allocated sun beds for the hotel, toilets, coffee machine, water and a water sports service offering the usual banana boat, paragliding, jet skis etc. This allowed you to walk along the promenade to Side, the ancient ruins, bars and restaurants. This area was beautiful!
The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff did a great job everyday ensuring clean towels, restocking of the complimentary mini fridge etc. The waiters were fantastic ensuring you were well catered for and worked tirelessly. I thought the food was great, well presented and tasty. It leaned more towards traditional Turkish food which suited us perfectly, after all why go to Turkey if you just want to eat pie and chips or a fry up!! The chefs were present at mealtimes ensuring the food was well presented and plentiful. There were a few issues with power cuts and no hot water whilst we were there, I think the bad weather had something to do with it but it was short lived. Overall I thought this hotel was good value for money.
You can catch a bus into Side from the main road on the way to the beach for 1 euro.

I stayed at the hotel with my partner and friends, it was a nice hotel but definitely needs more work doing the rooms are small not much room to move when you unpack there is no space for cases and not much storage for 2/3 people in one room the beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and tidy and the cleaners came everyday to change towels and top up water and toilet roll and leave cute swans and cute pattens made out of blankets on the beds :)
The staff are very helpful and friendly and very hard working, the food is ok but got very repetitive when all it seemed to be was chips rice salad a the odd change of meat and fish, breakfast was mostly eggs, cereal and toast melon apple and plums very basic and always the same stuff got very board of the same food after 5 days of it. The drinks are ok but definitely not the best some tasted more like paint stripper than a cocktail and you can’t even have a fizzy drink till 10am and the fresh orange you have to pay extra for the ice creams are only for a hour a day and the snack after lunch is always burgers and chips and the odd bit of salad they was ok but nothing special, the pool area is not the best and very slippery when wet only one side of the pool gets the sun and there is about 12 sun beds that get took with people leaving there towels on there before 8am so you lucky if you get sun round the pool the rest are in shade all day and very crammed in so you feel like you on top of everyone, the beach is not far but if you struggle to walk it can be a little bit of a pain cause it is about 5/10 mins walk the beach has sun loungers and brollies but you can only have water and coffee no snacks or alcohol so you have to go back to the hotel for them it can be a pain as there should be something for when you there and not just 2 options so don’t be fooled in thinking there is a bar as there is no bar on the beach I would say this hotel is definitely not for kids more for couples and younger people there is nothing for kids just a small pool that’s in the shade and nothing really for kids as in food in less they like salads and chips and the odd chicken nugget.
There are lots of shops close to the hotel and the odd restaurant and bar all in walking distance over all it was ok but I wouldn’t return to this hotel

The hotel is medium size and so not intimidating when compared to other hotels. It is clean, with satisfactory service, pleasant staff and within walking distance to the main road with lots of shops as well as the beech. Complimentary fluffy bathrobes, slippers and a few drinks in fridge was a pleasant welcome. One critique is that the room is relatively small for two people but love the bathroom and shower. I did not particularly like the food but that may be my taste!!!!!
Do not rush to buy tours on arrival from your rep as you can get them at a cheaper price from local shops and stalls. Ladies DO NOT pay for the manicure and pedicure on offer on leaflet given on arrival as it is not professionally done and besides the owner/manager across the road from the back gate is not very honest. We were over charged when converting Euros to Lira. On the whole it is good value for money1

We were here with my girlfriend for 12 days.
It was our first holiday in Turkey and at the same time the most beautiful holiday we have experienced.
The hotel was excellent in terms of content, quality of food, choice of food.
The staff had an excellent attitude towards us.
I also have to praise the waiters, especially Gazi, who had the entire staff of waiters under control.
The rooms in this hotel were beautifully clean and cleaned every day, with an animal or motif made from a towel.
The hotel is beautifully renovated and the pool is also clean.
They grilled and served ready-made grilled dishes in front of you every moment, and the evening program could not be missed either.
The chefs are perfectly prepared and willing to make an omelette for breakfast, pancakes for lunch, fish directly for you.
Many thanks to the manager named Mahir, who explained everything to us if we had any question and helped if we had a request for him.
He is a person with a big heart and always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
The owner of this hotel is a person who is always smiling and makes you feel very good almost like a Big Chef (: .
The hotel has two bars, one by the pool and the other by the reception.
Also, every now and then they offer you some food that you can't eat anymore.
Simply put, I have no negatives about this hotel, only positives.
service, food, access, pool, drink, beer, room, everything TOP.
I would give this hotel 5+.
Thank you for the best vacation.
I definitely have to go back again (:

Spent 4 nights here as a solo traveler and was so well looked after by all the staff, who were very attentive, polite and hard working
Rooms... have all you could need, decent air con, fridge (bottles of water replaced daily) Kettle with tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. If I was to make a tiny criticism, it would be that it was maybe a bit on the small side.
Food.. Fantastic selection for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Top quality ingredients and very tasty. Breakfast was aimed as more continental so don't expect a Full English, but the freshly made to order omelets were fab.
Pool and bar area... Lovely, clean and relaxing, staff happy to bring you drinks to your sun lounger. Good selection of hot and cold drinks available throughout the day.
No entertainment at this hotel so if you are looking for a lively place then this is not for you.... but if you want a friendly, clean, modern and relaxed hotel then I would highly recommend

I'll just point out that there were only shortcomings in one thing - cleaning the room. In our building, the cleaners were very young guys (as if they were still schoolchildren), the room was essentially not cleaned at all. In order to change the towels and the bed, we had to guard them and take them by the hands to our room, showing them what to do. I had to run for toilet paper myself, too. The soap was never reported in nine days. I mean, the cleaning wasn't good at all. Despite this, the hotel generally liked, the positives outweigh the disadvantages. The location of the hotel is good - to the beach, to the seafront it takes 7 minutes. On the beach his active caretaker, with a sense of humor man, will always help to open an umbrella and get comfortable. Naturally, expects tips for this. Not everyone understands this, but those who have understood and thanked can the next day get "booked" sunbeds and umbrellas in the front row, by the sea itself. That is, if you want to have sunbeds waiting for you right by the sea (regardless of when you come - at least at 8 o'clock in the morning, at least at 12) - you can arrange with this "beach director." On the beach, free access to water, coffee (until 18h). The beach is sandy, but there are big rocks in the sea on this stretch, we have to be careful, we jumped into the water on the first day and almost broke our legs.
Near the hotel there is a market and an outlet - there is somewhere to go in the evening.
The food was great, we loved it. Even the species of fish in 9 days did not repeat once (bass, trout, pike, something...). It was always fresh, delicious. At lunch, a woman with you bakes pancakes with the desired filling, in the morning you will make any eggs you like. Thank you so much to the chefs and dining staff! In the pool we did not swim once (the pool and in our city is sufficient), after all we went to the sea. But people splashed around in it even at lunchtime, in the middle of the sun. The animation is so super, at midnight, no. But there is a very interesting DJ John who in the evening hosts small programs himself (e.g. "Mr. Hotel Alessia" or a foam pool event ), or invites someone from outside (different dancers ). John is a very colorful person in his own right, we really liked him. Everything that came out of the entertainment on our days was interesting and quite vivid. And the fact that the time was within an hour or an hour or so is quite normal. Plus, the balcony of our room was on the side of the hotel next door - that's where everything rattled and sang and danced all night around. Hotel Alessia is quite quiet, calm, cozy and kind of homely. Hopefully we'll get there again.

Arrived late at night and was greeted by welcoming staff who took our bags to our room while we had a snack and a drink before bed. The room was a family room was lovely sized for the four of us plenty of storage. Two mini fridges in the room both stocked with juice on arrival and refilled daily with bottles of water. Room also has two air con units with individual controls perfect when the kids didn’t want it as cold as we did.

Pool was perfectly sized and the top corner near the hookah bar is best for sunshine all day from early morning if you love the sun. The lads at the pool bar were always round the pool clearing the tables and bringing fresh drinks.

If you love savoury pancakes mamas house the fresh hot savoury pancakes filled with cheese were an almost daily for us just so yummy.

The food isn’t aimed at brits but why come to Turkey if you want British comfort food ?? We always enjoyed every meal and loved the bbq that happened most nights.

Memo is working hard to build his entertainment programme and we seen a few acts while there.

Have to give special thanks to Kadir though, he was always there with a big smile and helping regardless of how busy he was. Would take time out his day to come say hi and check in on our non verbal autistic son James which was lovely to see.

Thanks to every one at Alessia for a wonderful family holiday. I didn’t want to leave !

Me and my partner stayed at Alessia for 12 night and for the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for better! We turned up to an immaculate room which was very modern and comfortable, good aircon, a stocked mini fridge that was constantly refilled and regular cleaning. The staff were amazing and done everything they could to look after you, from bringing you drinks when empty to regularly asking if you needed anything. The two bar managers Osman and Ahmet were running a fantastic pool side bar which also doubled up as the evening and restaurant bar, great selection of drinks from beer, wine, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks. Both Mehmets, Efe and Mohammad working by the pool made sure are stay was the best it could be and we couldn’t ask for more out of the hotel staff! The food was great, it was quite repetitive in a way however every meal there was always enough we enjoyed to have a good meal and I could fault that. There was entertainment tan by Memo who made sure he went out his way to make everyone have ti best time possible and tried to include as many of the guests as he could, from day activities to night always making sure he gave the guests as much entertainment as possible. The beach was only a 5 min walk and has its own sun-beds with also a water and coffee station plus a toilet and shower block, with a member of hotel staff there for assistance who was amazing. Overall for what was paid this hotel is an absolute steal and I would definitely be visiting again and would recommend this as a place for anyone to stay!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel looked absolutely stunning, from the modern and elegant reception to the freshly renovated rooms.
The rooms were always incredibly clean as the cleaners would come every single day to tidy and provide fresh towels. The rooms were clearly freshly renovated and looked beautiful. The pool in the hotel was lovely and also exceptionally clean as it was closed over the evening and night to ensure it could be cleaned properly.

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Their kindness really made this hotel stand out.

The food provided by the buffet was also delightful. It had quite a large range and all the food was very fresh.

I could not recommend this hotel more as it is amazing.

The departure time from the hotel is 12:00, but depending on the availability at the hotel, an option can be provided for up to 3 hours. We do not expel our guests from the hotel :-) If you will continue to use your room then we charge a not very expensive extension fee. It is our priority to leave the hotel with good memories.

Dear Nicky; Our hotel does not have a view option such as a view garden or sea. The windows of all our rooms open to pleasant holidays. If you are not satisfied with the location of your room when you arrive, we will be happy to assist you. We look forward to welcoming you at our hotel
