If you’re looking for a quiet self-catering place with a modern look without sacrificing traditional Turkish hospitality, this place is perfect for you!
Our room looked like an ikea showroom. The large floor to ceiling mirrors made the already large rooms seem even more spacious.
We also had a double sofa bed and pull-down single bed. The pull-down was comfortable.
Bedding, towels, sheets are aplenty.
The location is perfect central spot if you don’t mind a 10 minute steep decline walk to the beach.
A taxi rank is 2 mins walk max out of the security gate.
Büyükdemirler Gross Market (4 mins walk away) offers everything you’d need for self catering.
Anything we needed, the staff were always more than happy to help us with. They are constantly working on making everything look tidy and clean around the pool, kitchen, bar, entrance and tending for the wonderfully cared for grounds.
These new apartments are definitely understated in Side.

My husband and I stayed here along with our two children (16 and 9) in early July 2023. I have to say that these apartments are the best I have ever stayed in on holiday. Clean and modern, with A/C and safety deposit box actually included in the cost of your holiday, so no having to fork out for it when you arrive. We arrived very late at night and were shown to our rooms, and were provided with a large bottle of water and some sandwiches which were most welcome after a long journey. The food around the bar area is lovely, and I highly recommend the breakfast. Whatever you purchase at the bar is added to your room bill, which you just pay at the end of your stay. My youngest child was most delighted at there being table tennis available onsite. The pool is also lovely. The apartments are only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants and some busy roads, but thankfully the apartments themselves are lovely and quiet. If you're looking for loud and lively accommodation then this is not the place for you. It's mostly families and couples that stay at the A Suite apartments.
There is a free courteousy bus that takes you to and from Coppa Beach Club twice a day - the bus goes round a number of hotels in the area. They will put on extra buses if needed. We always got the 4.00 pm bus back which most times was like a scene out of Monsieur Hulot's holiday with people hovering around the bus doors and then making a mad dash for it to get a seat. You can spot the Brits who try to queue, but then quickly ditch that approach when it's clear that no one else does. The beach at the club is stunning, and the sun loungers are spaced apart so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of one another. You don't need to pay for the sun loungers or parasols - but you are expected to buy food and drink.
Over all, we thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight stay at these apartments and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for clean, modern and laid back accommodation that's close to many amenities.

Very clean, pleasant place, the staff takes care of every detail from cleaning to attractions. There is a restaurant by the pool offering meals and drinks all day long at decent prices, the greenery that surrounds the pool is amazing and well-kept! A perfect place for couples, families with children same as getaway with friends, perfect place for anyone who is looking for a high standard for a really good price! Close to the beach, restaurants, markets and other tourist attractions. I think it is so far the best place I have been in Turkey. I will definitely come back there again! It has exceeded my wildest expectations!;)

Amazing hotel, couldn’t fault the hotel , hotel clean friendly great location. Ideal for couples not a lot for children to do . Very relaxed peaceful and non one hassles you . Staff always around to attend to you if you need anything. The only negative thing is nothing to do with the hotel is, they say free shuttle bus to beach 10 or 10.30 yes this is true but the bus picks up other hotels as well and usually only a couple of spaces left on bus and coming back everyone wants the 4 pm bus back so it’s rammed and not very well organised and some people had to wait until 4.30 for next one , next time I think we will get taxi as it put a bit of stress coming back to hotel . When we arrived early hours of morning the lovely friendly guy took our cases and brought us up two ham salad rolls fresh just lovely with a drink from the bar. The lovely lady in the kitchen is amazing so lovely and always smiling and the cleaners work so hard. In the day you have drinks food and put it on your room number and pay at the end of holiday and they got the bill perfect very trust worthy hotel and secure as you use you room key fob to get in doors of hotel . Also they provide pool towels and allow you to take water round the pool area but not your own drinks and food from room which is fair enough as the drinks food ice creams are cheap enough . A couple of times couple came put towels down at 9 am and didn’t come back until 4pm 😡 but there was enough sun beds so I couldn’t moan otherwise them towels would of been in the pool 😆 I understand people need umbrellas up that’s fine but don’t put them up by me and go away for 5 hours exspecting the umbrella to be still up or even there some rude people but I would go back tomorrow as it’s a amazing high standard hotel enjoy who ever is going we room 304 fab room and view

Just returned from these beautiful apartments . We stayed in the A Side Hotel , their sister property, and saw the broucher of the suites there and knew where they were situated ( just behind Umet restaurant). We decided to opt for the jacuzzi suite as it was March and too cold for the pool, and it was a lovely added bonus . The fixtures and fittings are top spec , i loved the magnified light up mirror in the bathroom to do my make-up. The beds are lovely and comfy . The apartments were cosy even in March . The kitchen has all you need if you want to self cater except for a tin opener and toaster . My only gripe was that the tea and coffee were not replenished after the 1st day , which i expected having had them restocked in their sister hotel . They didn't automatically replenish the shampoo or shower gel , but when i asked for more when i ran out, i had it . Everything was immaculate and very modern, and i loved the addition of netflix as the weather during our stay was not very good . I can't comment on the breakfast as i thought 10 euros for continental was a bit pricey . I would like to go back when the weather is warmer to try the pool . We met Rydvan ( sorry if the spelling is incorrect ) last year in the A Side Hotel as he works between the 2 and he was helpful and friendly . I wouldn't hesitate to book these lovely apartments again when i visit Side

A faultless hotel, rooms were spacious they had a small kitchen area, with dishwasher, washing machine and all cutlery/ plates you needed. Rooms were clean daily and were spotless, clean towels and beach towels were provided. The pool area was always kept clean and tidy, plenty of sun-beds. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, made us feel very welcome. DJ went above and beyond and would always have a chat. The hotel wasn’t far from the beach, there were restaurants and bars about a 5 minutes walk away. I would recommend the old town, which was about a 30 minute walk away. Would definitely come again!

My wife and I stayed 10 nights 08/10 to 18/10/2022. We prefer self catering which quite often means the accommodation is budget but not in this case. A Suite Side are without hesitation the best apartments we have ever stayed in. They are very spacious with lovely modern decoration. The two large balconies give the sun at differing times of the day. All the fittings are top quality, this together with a well equipped kitchen and the fact the apartments are spotless helped make it a wonderful stay.
The pool area/ sunbeds and bar/restaurant are also maintained to the highest hygiene standards. Its large enough for the number of apartments and you can always get a lounger!
Just like to thank Ismail and Hulya who run the bar/restaurant for providing such excellent food and service, also Baki on reception who was always very helpful and the entertainment from Bingo...the star of the show! (small white dog). Nearly forgot to mention the wonderful chambermaids who changed the towels every day and kept the apartment very clean.
Tips/comments Take a few cheap hangers there are very few in the wardrobe, put a ball of string and some pegs in your case, there are not enough airers to go round.

We stayed in a whirlpool room & it was fabulous. The room was clean, modern & very spacious. The pool area was smart & spotless with lovely, friendly staff, especially Hulya who always met you with a smile (& made the best cheese & onion toasties)! There thing we liked most was that it was small & friendly, something you can often lose with the larger hotels. This is how we remember Side from 20 years ago & it was just lovely. We would definitely recommend A Suite to our friends & would love to return next year. Thankyou

Stayed for 7 days during February 2024, What a great place and location apartments are spacious and maintained to a very high standard. The staff on duty/cleaners are always polite and available should you need them. Air con Hot/Cold work well in the lounge and bedroom. Didn't use the pool which is quite small due to the time of year, we had a fantastic week with the weather approx 22/23% everyday.
Gripes:- Turkey is not cheap anymore Taxi's appear to be 15 euro everywhere you go. To eat out for two with a couple of beers approx £40.00. I'm afraid that this put a little damper on our break so it's back to All Inclusive for us which we fel is better value.
If you want quality self catering apartments then this is the place for you.

Just returned home from a fabulous 10 days in side and have to say the A suite is absolutely stunning. The rooms are very spacious well equipped and I don’t think there’s a bad room on the complex as they all have a pool view. All staff very polite and kind especially the pool bar & kitchen staff. for us personally the food at the pool bar was nice but not enough to choose from and slightly pricey, u can eat far cheaper with a lot more to choose from just across the road. The pool area is clean and tidy with plenty of beds and the pool all though quite small is beautiful. Our only real thing to moan about was the cleaning of the room don’t get me wrong it was never dirty but we spilt a lot of sand on balcony after returning from beach and it was still there after 3 days. We then had to inform reception to get it sorted. I don’t believe our floor was mopped once in the 10 days we was there but despite this it would never stop us from returning to this fabulous hotel
