My friend and I spent seven nights at Liu Resorts in June. We had a fabulous time there. The service was awesome, I like that there was not "bothersome" customer service. I personally value smiling, polite and unobtrusive service, when the boundaries are present with customers. The cuisine was perfect, it deserves a special note! Also, a special thanks to the hotel's trainers Karina and Carina, who were constantly positive and outgoing and inspired us to participate in various workouts in a kind and polite manner, but not chasing or forcing! The only drawback was the construction works close to the hotel, however, it didn't affect the overall stay in the hotel.

This hotel to me almost perfect. Everything here is of top quality from the food and drink to the bedding and towels. The staff are so courteous and helpful it’s a joy to be served by them. We found the hotel so relaxing and tranquil. They have the widest variety of food and it would be hard not to find something you’d like. The desserts, which usually look amazing but tend not to taste too good are actually fantastic, the best we’ve had in turkey ever. The beach bar area is quite a sight, reached by a 3 minute walk or there’s a constant flow of golf buggy’s to take you there within a minute. There you can have cocktails and lunch then by evening they have live music. Although there is a water park I don’t feel this hotel is the best for kids, there doesn’t seem a lot going on for them. It feels more of an adult hotel. There’s a dolmus bus right outside the door which will take you into Side or pass local shops for a couple of euro. So handy for getting around. Obviously side is more expensive for shopping and you can get all the same stuff in the shopping area just up the road. On check in you’re not given any information, i e where bars/restaurants are or times of opening, you need to go to guest relations for any info or work it out for yourself. The rooms are immaculate in every way with beds and towels changed daily. Be aware, there is switch inside your room which if illuminated outside tells your main not to enter, we did not realise this so had no towel change for two days, but reception sorted this once we spoke to them…they even offered to call at night to have our room cleaned. They were amazing The only negative I would say here is the crazy reserving of sun beds, not particularly in the mornings…..like the British tend to be the worst at….lots of the Russians ( hotel is mainly this) take numerous beds in various pools then go off to beach etc…leaving people looking for beds. A towel card with a one towel each allocation would stop this I’m sure. One couple had 5 beds between them, some in sun some in shade…..if the management could monitor this it would take this hotel to 5/5 for me. The guests are mainly Russian and as we all know have not one manner between them….if you can rise above their rudeness and the greed of the loungers then I’m sure you’d love it here.

For this year we choose Liu Resort for our holidays, for our family is very often to came in Antalya by summer ( it's 7th year already). I'm used to to a better research before I buy a vacantion. The main criterion is to go in brand new hotel (not older than 2 yrs). I choose LIU also for this reason and it was a damn good decision. We chose a basic room (landscape View) witch is a good choice for our family, we are not used to stay longer in the room, but also we need conform. From our first steps in the hotel, we met at the reception a very well prepared stuff, smiling every moment from the reception to the gardener. The room was over expectation, minimalist concept but with a lot of luxury details. You have in the room all you needed things and over ( ironing board and iron also) When you discover the hotel, you get a luxury fine dining concept on food, nice pools, water slides for kids, an coffe shop like in major capitals of the world (big up here for the two barista girls). One of the most impresive and relaxing thing was to discover that you don't have cards for towels, and in every place of the resort you can find new fresh towels for pool and beach. My favorite was the beach bar with all the benefits from there. I would like to say, they have and amazing/well prepared and involved manager i ever seen in an hotel in Antalya ( i don't know his name, has a nice gray beard). Is there on the location every second from 8:00to 24:00 smiling, organize and make us feel happy in vacantion. Also that vibe of chill out is present thare, not loud music, just perfect for chilling. It was a pleasure to go everyday at 17:30 for DJ mixt (big like for this show), also in the night there are shows there with live music. I've never been back before twice to the same hotel, but now i seriously thinking for next year to be here again. I'm also a runner, it was a pleasure to run 3 times in 7days holidays all over the resort and along the beach.

We have now been in the Liu resort for 12 days and every moment has been fantastic This hotel is new , boutique in style with everything you could want or need provided .the staff throughout are wonderful from the moment you walk through the door , nothing is to much trouble from the cleaning staff to guest relations and everyone in between . We would like to make a special thanks to Azime in the main restaurant who looked after us most days with a massive smile , these kids work long hours and are always pleasant and smiling to customers and colleagues . We would also like to thank Dari from guest relations who helped us on so many occasions , answering our queries even when she was not at work , the staff here really do go above and beyond to make your stay so very comfortable The whole place is spotlessly clean ,with staff constantly sweeping and wiping every surface ,rooms are cleaned to the highest standard every day . Mixologists at the beach make the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted Food is varied and delicious throughout the day in the main restaurant, we have eaten in both alacart options the food and service was outstanding and all included in our package unlike many all inclusive resorts of this high standard . We have visited many Turkish hotels over the past 15 years often visiting 2 or 3 times a year and this is one of if not the best we have ever visited Our only disappointment is that we can’t find a British travel agent offering a package deal to Liu resort next year , we always holiday for 2 weeks at Easter with family and friends and would love to bring them all here . We stayed 5 nights in this hotel for a relaxing getaway and it didn't disappoint! As two young girls travelling we were worried about things like taxis from the airport so we emailed the hotel. They responded promptly offering to book us a private car to take us to the hotel and pay directly at the hotel. From then, I knew we had picked a good hotel!
When you arrive, the lobby is clean and modern, with loads of seating and lar bar in the lobby. You are welcomed with cold champagne/drink of your choice and multiple staff come to speak to you about the facilities whilst you are checking in.
Our room was incredibly clean, spacious with a large double bed and a single bed (we requested 2 beds). The mini bar was full of branded soft drinks and beer which was free of charge and refilled however you like. The bathroom had a large rain shower with a hand-held attachment, filled with multiple bathroom amenities.
The TV had casting meaning you could stream your Netflix/Amazon prime directly to the TV.
The balcony had really nice, good quality chairs and table.
There are multiple pools in the hotel, including an outdoor heated pool (relax pool which doesn't allow children after lunch). All the pools were so clean and modern, lifeguards in every pool. more than enough pool loungers which were padded and had built in pillows so felt like you were lounging on a bed.
The are bars all around the hotel so always one close by. All the alcohol were internationally branded (eg. smirnoff, absolut, archers, disarrano, jack daniels) and the cocktails were so well made, even with fresh fruits on the top and properly shaken. Also had an ice coffee bar which had a full menu of different coffees.
The main restaurant had a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, with ample staff walking around taking drinks orders and constantly cleaning to a high standard. The food was so fresh, with chefs standing behind the buffet constantly making more batches of the food so nothing was sitting around for long! For example, they would be grilling 10 portions of fish at a time and constantly grilling more fresh so that everything was nice and hot.
Really good selection of vegetarian food, fish and meat (they don't serve pork so alot of food is beef so good to ask if like us, you don't eat beef). Even had live omelette and live pasta stations making food to order for you
The dessert section was mind-blowing! Such a large selection of professional, amazing desserts! Never repeating desserts besides from their in house baklava station which was my favourite.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, made you feel so important.
Overall an amazing hotel and can't wait to go back!

Hotel Liu Resorts has strongly entered the race to be a very popular destination for tourists, a hotel which promises to raise conditions even further. I stayed there with my wife at the end of August and what we encountered exceeded our expectations, especially when this was the first year that this hotel opened the doors to many guests. We have visited a lot of top rated hotels in Antalya, and this one will stay in our memory for a long time. Some of the things that stood out for us include the outstanding welcome which is made to the guests, all staff is ready at any moment to meet your requirements, clean and comfortable rooms with all accompanying elements, wonderful kitchen with a wide range of food to satisfy even the most tasteful guests, as well as the clean and beautiful beach with an excellent sand and a comfortable area to enter the clear sea. We spent the nights followed by the rhythm of live music, where every night different groups performed, accompanied by a very wide offer of drinks and cocktails. I strongly recommend Liu Resort to all those who want to spend a vacation that they will remember for a long time and for which they will hardly find negative remarks!

My room had an amazing pool view, the room itself was very spacious, cleaned frequently, had a minibar which was restocked everyday. The hotel itself is beautiful and very instagramable. lots of places to take pictures. My favourite thing about this hotel is the staff, they gave us the best experience. You can really tell that the staff love their jobs as they always go above and beyond for you. I would like to give a special thanks to the supervisor CAN! He was the best host. I would also like to thank the shopkeeper Botswan who was so friendly and helped us out every-time we needed help and also Mehmet who was a waiter who served us at a la carte and gave us a magical experience. Our stay at lui resort has been amazing and I am sure we will return.

If you are looking to spend quality time with your loved ones, chill and relax by the beach, this is the hotel for you! We went twice this year to this hotel, once in May and once last week.
Everything was always spick and span, not a single cigarette butt anywhere, even the way to the beach was immaculate. It is a well thought-out hotel, i.e. you don’t need to fuss around with carrying your own towels, you can get them from the beach or the pool, and you leave them there every time you leave. I especially enjoyed the outside gym, it was a surprising plus to this hotel.
All of the services, from reception to cleaning was exceptional. The food was excellent and the ice cream was out of this world. At the restaurant the waiters were so helpful, it seemed like they were running a marathon every time. The minibar was filled everyday with original fizzy drinks and beer ( e.g. Fanta, Coca-Cola; not a copycat or copy). Cleaning services were very good, nothing to complain about. The towels were puffy and always spotless as well as the sheets. Another thing to mention is the great quality of the personal kit, the body lotion was 10/10.
I can only rave about this hotel and I cannot wait to come back next year! ❤️

We just arrived home from a weeks stay at liu resorts. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean throughout the day, the rooms also cleaned with mini bar topped up daily. The food is amazing, plenty of choice for all meals, with staff topping up drinks. The drinks are branded, although there is a variety in cocktails ordered depending on who makes them. Enjoyed spending time at the beach, and evenings watching the entertainment. We would happily return in the future. One small suggestion - maybe introduce towel cards, though it’s lovely to not have the cards, it actually works better as it appears like you can’t sit by the pool or the beach is full where residents leave towels on the chairs. We learnt on day 2, but it can be rather confusing, would probably halve your laundry bill too.

The food. The main restaurant has a huge variety of dishes. And if that is not enough, there’s another option: Rouge restaurant where an a la carte menu is served. The food is excellent! You have to try the lava cake.
The pools. Everything is very clean and maintained, the sunbeds are very comfortable. For all that, the staff at the pool bar do not follow the menu in preparing drinks and I had the impression that I bothered them when ordering something.
Beach. The emplacement is set up exceptional! Besides the stage area with the "Mare" terrace, there is also the beach area where there are chalets that can be reserved. However, we were not able to book because reservations are made almost a week in advance. I wanted to book on Monday but was only available on Friday. The staff there is very friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere there and drinks!
The hotel has a beautiful design. The lobby area is modern-bohemian decorated. In addition, there are many other facilities, including: sauna, gym, bicycles, waterslides for adults and for kids as well, indoor pool, etc.
This place is getting better and better each day that is passing. Even on the day we were about to leave a specialized coffee stand was installed!
We want to come back soon! We had an unforgettable experience at Liu resort. Indeed, Life Is Unique!
