Check in...run very smoothly after a late check-in,very friendly staff who showed us our room and told us the all night restaurant is open in which we had food.
Rooms...we had a family room of a double bed and a single bed, very spacious,fully stocked mini bar which is refilled daily, towels changed daily and room cleaned.
Pool..I was setting 730 alarm to get down and set towels out which by that time beds were filling up although hotel states no towels before 745 nobody adheres to this rule,pool is huge plenty of activities through the day, including our favourite waterpolo and also twice a week a foam party. Waterpark...unfortunately this is why I havnt given this hotel a 5 star, understaffed and waiting for a accident to occur, people coming down slides headfirst 2 at a time sometimes 4 at a time with guards taking no notice . Restaurant...Great variety of food with loads of space.
There are fridges everywhere with water in them which is a good idea,. Overall this is hotel is fantastic and don't let the Waterpark issue effect you booking this and hopefully it will be sorted out.

The resort is very good in terms of food, drinks and the services. There are different types of restaurants (a-la-carte and the main restaurant ofcourse). The swimming pool is also very nice. I would like to thank Kirman Calyptus for the warm welcome and a nice 12-day holiday!

A little bit late but I think I have to write about it. We've been here in the second part of may, which was an excellent choice, the weather was perfect like everything else. The hotel itsel is very classy, with a nice architecture, with a modern interior. Rooms are very cosy, big enough with plenty of space for luggage, clean, very confy beds, modern and impecable bathroom (describing here standard room). The pool is big enough for all the people, plenty of sun loungers. The beach is just few minutes away walking and have also a tram leaving and coming back all day long, takes only 1 min, but walking through the tunnel is nice and safe and only for hotel tourists, it starts from inside the hotel property and ends just right on the bech. The hotel beach area is a little bit small but, to be honest, we use it just to leave our belongings on a sun lounge and we were walking few kilometers everyday up and down. You have snack, icecream and beverages on the beach bar if you want. We used it just for ice cream and water. Well, let's talk about services...I wil give a big 10! the food is absolutly amazing, chef is always there, checking the food, tasting to see if everything is like it should be. He is making all kind of smoothies everyday. Various, tasty and plenty of good food is waiting for you here. Kids have special area, special food. The entertainment team always ready to keep people busy with something, the guys with rollers bringing everything to the sun loungers, we didnt even tell them what we want, they learn what you want after few orders. Great Nespresso coffee, some of you know what I'm talking about. The property is well mentained, even is not so big like others, but very clean. There are also some slides where you can have fun if you like . I have to say that everything was perfect and if you put the services beyond the fact that you want de hotel right on the beach, this one if for you. We wanted good services and we were not bothered by the fact that the hotel was few mins away from the beach. Tesekkur ederim to all of you from Kirman Calyptus! Insha Allah see you all again next year, we already plan our next vacation there!

Booked this hotel as a last minute holiday, a bit apprehensive on arrival. These fears were quashed immediately at check in, smooth and efficient, only room option we were given was woth land view, room allocated was overlooking the pool, perfect. Bar open 24/7 was another bonus when arriving at 0200, food available too if required. So far so good, all inclusive plus certainly gives you a few extras from normal all inclusive, premium brand spirits and beers in lobby bar, make sure you scan the qr codes in each bar as they all serve different drinks. Food can be a bit samey. But then again so can all all inclusive, the street food stalls are excellent if you fancy something different between 1200-1700. Tried the Al a carte Mediterranean restaurant, was not impressed aslt all, forst 3 courses were served all at same time with hot starters cold, I did complain and staff wanted to offer us Turkish Al a carte as an apology, not to my liking, also complained about food being incorrectly marked up or not marked up at all. Breakfast is a must with the omlette station a goto. Overall, the pool bar staff and bar staff are excellent, hotel staff not so at tentative, would I return, possibly, not at the price they are asking for same time next year though if I booked now. Oh, no need to take your own towels, towel tokens provided and towels can be exchanged daily. Wish we had known that to save on luggage space.

We’ve just spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel as 2 families of 3, (children are 12). The hotel and all amenities are lovely, clean and well looked after. Our bedroom was modern and plenty of space for what we needed. All of the staff work so hard and have all been polite, helpful and cheery. We ate in the main restaurant, snack bar and the food shacks out the back of the pool (which were a great addition). We managed to eat as a table of 6 at every meal, the staff were great at finding us somewhere to sit. The food was great, so much choice of freshly prepared dishes, from soup, pizza, sushi, fresh fish and grilled meats every meal time. Restaurant staff are constantly coming to offer drinks and clear plates, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. Day time entertainment was well organised and inclusive, we used the gym, did yoga everyday and aqua aerobics. We also paid to use the spa during our stay, we had a traditional Turkish bath/ massage, well worth the money, was so relaxing. The evening entertainment was also good, with a kids disco and then an outside act coming to dance/ sing. This was always busy, but we found if we sat at the pool bar you could see the entertainment as well. The access to the beach is out the back of the hotel, near the water slides (which were great and used by us daily!) there is a tunnel to get the the beach (500meters long) we walked but there was a shuttle constantly running during the day and also a golf buggy as a taxi. At the beach there is an area specifically for hotel guests, with sunbeds, toilets, a bar and a snack bar. Also well maintained, staff always cleaning and tidying up. We’ve absolutely loved our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. As an English family, the only thing we found difficult was the amount of other guests that were rude and lacked manners, pushing past you, pushing in front of the kids and just lack of manners towards the staff, no please or thank you and wasting so much food. We would like to especially mention the lovely yoga instructor who put us through our paces daily, and the amazing roller blading bar man around the pool, always had a smile on his face and looked after us.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. Definitely will recommend it. Great time for family. The pool was a decent size. They even had an awesome pool party and pool race activity. Servicing staff handed out doughnuts, snacks, drinks, ice creams almost every day. The golf buggy took us to the beach and back-Great plus. Evenings they had entertainment programs. During the day entertainment team was weak. They just did water ball daily and water Zumba a few times and very short time. So they can improve there though. Drinks were available 24/7 (water, soft drinks, coffee, alcohol)
They have been open very short time so they had some hiccups here and there (like-room service, housekeeping and restaurants). Quite many times they didn't fill the refrigerator, housekeeping forgot to add extra towels, or bring a duvet (asked 5 times), food could be tastier. Turkish food was good. The rest of the food needs an improvement. Supposedly they have 24/7 food but after midnight (midnight snack) there are no options available. Also, they don't give out breakfast parcels when you leave early. We left the hotel at 3 am and they told us we could have an early breakfast. But there was nothing besides an apple available. Overall, great experience. The rooms are nice and spacious. The bed is great. The balcony is a decent size, housekeeping could only clean it. Request the pool view room much better than a sea view.

Everything is excellent. All the dishes are perfecty prepared and really delishes. I don’t eat everything because I have some digestion issues and i need to eat only lof fat meals. We habe a lot of grilled meat and rice and big amount of fresh vegetables. We really apreciate our vacation and we would like to go back here next year. We recomend Kirman Calyptus Hotel at all

Don’t really cater for the English. We are a family of 3 expecting a lovely break and my daughters first holiday. First of all I want to say the hotel is beautiful and the people are lovely with lovely service, but.. nothing is for the English , my daughter can’t even join in on the activities because it’s all in Turkish, they speak very very basic English here so when you need something sorting in the room like we did it was so hard as they had no idea what we were talking about.
There’s no English food, and Becca use the hotel is far away from the main parts of Antalya or side you can’t just walk and get a lovely meal elsewhere
There’s loads of shops near by for clothes bags shoes etc and supermarket but that’s about it.
The spa was lovely with Turkish hammam and massage would definitely recommend
But overall I’m really disappointed as we stayed for 10 days and find ourselves bored because we can’t understand the entertainment
I just wish they wouldn’t advertise it for English because all it has done is make it harder for us to entertain four daughter.

An excellent hotel! But if you are a beach friend, this hotel may not be suitable for you because the beach area is relatively small. But their pool is extremely good. The environment was very clean, regardless of the room, swimming pool and common areas! There was a photography service in the hotel. The photographer was very professional and we took many beautiful photos.There was large variety of food, and the staff were nice and helpful. A very great hotel for a family vacation.

Just back from this hotel and we wish we were still there.
The hotel has everything you need for a great holiday with daytime activities and evening entertainment we absolutely loved the 4pm volleyball and the foam party.
Plenty of bars and food areas and the main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Staff were also very friendly and helpful nothing was a hassle for any of them.
Location was great as you could go out walking with some shops very near but the customer relations was happy to call taxis if you want to go further away (Saturday market and the old town for us definitely recommend the old town as it’s stunning)
Also I read other reviews about the beach being poor but we thought it was great possibly 70-100 loungers available also under large canopies to keep out the sunshine also it was only 5 minutes walk through the tunnel and there was a bar and food available.
Kids game room wasn’t the biggest but was great to keep occupied for an hour or so.
Now for my only gripe, we went as a family of 4 daughter 16 and son 12 but we couldn’t believe that the shower screen was see through so we had to clip towels over the door to give privacy
But all in we will definitely consider this hotel for holidays in the future
