Seaden Quality Resort & Spa has garnered acclaim for its immaculate cleanliness and a variety of amenities, including diverse dining options and well-stocked minibars. Guests enjoy the spacious, clean rooms, often highlighting the large balconies and sea views. The hotel's atmosphere is praised for its romantic beach settings and quality entertainment but is noted to have a German-centric vibe. While the staff's attentive service receives accolades, there is mention of preferential treatment for German speakers. Opinions on value are mixed, with some discrepancies regarding all-inclusive offerings and additional costs.

What a fabulous hotel, from the moment we arrived we were looked after by the amazing staff. Our room was a seaview room on the 5th floor, the room and view were perfect. A very comfortable double bed with a pillow menu available, our 10 year old son’s sofa bed was also very comfy. The air con worked perfectly and was very quiet. The room has a mini fridge which is stocked daily with cans of soft drinks/beer/water and juices all included no extra charge. A bottle of red wine and snacks/tea coffee are also included. The room was luxurious, spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff even made patterns on the bed including a crocodile eating my sons teddy with the sheets which we all thought was so funny…a lovely touch!!
The only slight disappointment would be that although the TV has many channels, only the news and Nickelodeon were in English. It would have been nice to have a few more English Channel options for the moments we were relaxing in the room. The Wi-Fi worked brilliantly throughout the hotel and was easy to set up on arrival.

The pool is large and never felt overcrowded and the pool bar was great with a huge selection of cocktails and drinks. I will mention that the pool is deep at 1.4 meters which was a bit deep for my son but thankfully he can swim and a pool noodle helped give me peace of mind. The pool didn’t really have a shallow part aside from a tiny section by the bar to walk into the pool. A baby pool however is available for smaller children. The waiters on the roller skates were fantastic and my boy even had a ride to get an ice-cream over one of the waiters shoulders. The waiting staff and bar tenders throughout this hotel need a special mention, the drinks are amazing and so fancy how they present them.
Sun beds were often all gone by 9:30 but sun beds on the beach were always available, the beach is literally at the end of the pool. The sea is a bit rocky and uneven in places so I would recommend sea shoes.

The food and drink selection in this hotel were the best we’ve ever experienced in an all inclusive resort. So much variation we didn’t even book the a la cart restaurants as we were so happy with the main restaurant and the 24 hour bistro/patisserie which served lovely sandwiches and snacks as a change from the restaurant.

The entertainment was ok, we spent most our time at the Moonlit bar which had wonderful staff and we really enjoyed the singer who was excellent with great songs to have a dance to.

Location is good. It’s a beautiful walk to side along the coastal path (45 mins) with a nice selection of beach bars along the way. Alternatively the dolmas stops close to the hotel or a taxi cost between 8-10 euro.
Thankyou Seaden, we had the best time.

Along with my friend we've stayed for a week. The hotel is almost brand new (running for a couple of months and it's its first season. Rooms are very cozy, and bathroom concept is simply amazing. The bathroom is open with two doors leading to a shower and WC, which means that two people can use bathroom at the same time.
The service is also great, people are constantly smiling, helping out with anything you ask of them.
Food is amazing, haven't tried anything that wouldn't be tasty.
There're also small shops on the ground floor with some clothes, jewellery etc. But the best one is MARKET SOUVENIR, where you can buy anything you'd need: sunscreens, after suns, cigarettes, candy, magnets, pool equipment, anything really. Even bt speakers and toys for kids. It's stocked amazingly. Even better that the prices are low and affordable.

I think it's the best yet hotel I've visited in Turkey. Recommend 10/10

We stayed here for the New Year holidays as a family with 2 children. We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much to ask. The hotel facilities are great with a good variety of all inclusive restaurants and bars to chose from. The kids loved how you could eat any time of day and we found the outside restaurant at lunch perfect as you were served great food rather than the typical buffet style with all inclusive. The food was always hot and fresh with plenty of choice. Drinks were also on tap and the staff would keep your glass topped up!
The family rooms are great as you have the separation with 2 separate bedrooms, the rooms are very modern and cleaned daily, the minibar was also a bonus with complimentary drinks from Coke to beers, again topped up daily. The only criticism of the room is the noise, we were just above the restaurant and every chair movement from 6.30am could be heard, ok if you’re an early riser but we wanted (tried) to sleep in. We liked the room so didn’t want to have the inconvenience of moving. Minor points that could be improved is the bathroom where you have a door to shower and separate door to toilet but no general bathroom door so no privacy with the kids unless you get changed in the shower/wet room. You also get a lot of pillows on the beds for decoration but the pillows to sleep on are pretty poor, although I am very particular with pillows. I think this just proves not much to be negative about with this hotel.
The entertainment team were great and kept the kids entertained, we’ve even had to buy a dart board for my son as he’s taken a shine to it from the hotel afternoon family games.
The New Year’s Eve gala was amazing with great food, entertainment and atmosphere. We plan to return next Christmas as do the other families we met on the holiday.
Although the hotel guests are primarily German the hotel still made a fantastic effort with the English guests and over the coming months I suspect the hotel will become more balanced between the nationalities that visit. I can see online that the hotel is now on offer with more tour operators in the UK for 2023. As previously mentioned, this hasn’t put us off returning and everyone we spoke to were having a excellent holiday!! We look forward to returning!

The hotel, and staff were fantastic. Friendly, they really took care of me. Always so helpful if I had a query. Maybe it’s cos I was the only black woman in the whole resort when I visited lol but they were all lovely. Even the guests were friendly which I didn’t expect.

The hotel caters to a lot of German guests so some staff dont speak English too well, but there is always other staff who do and help out. Same with their evening entertainment, it was for a German audience and the singers could not sing lol but they tried their best.

Their sauna/spa/message service was amazing - I would definitely visit this hotel again - ask for Puta/Puto (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly)

Only thing negative is their Al la cart restaurant SUMAQ, the food was rubbish I can’t lie. Bland chicken wings and sea bass, I wouldn’t bother booking these Al La cart restaurants (3 on site) the main buffet restaurant is just fine for all your meals and they have a coffee shop on site that serve food too so you’ll be fine food wise.

Rooms were always cleaned even if I left mine mid morning, honestly I can’t say enough good things about the people here - solo trip for my birthday and I really enjoyed myself.

The hotel is lovely, the food is really good and the cocktails are amazing!
Our favourite place for cocktails was the pool bar, they aren’t as strong there as other bars but they made the best cocktails!
We also loved the foam party it was so fun! We also saw a Michael Jackson show that we loved!

We got engaged on the beach here, the hotel arranged for us to have a decorated table and champagne on the beach and sparklers and flowers everywhere, it was very romantic. My partner who booked this didn’t realise it never included a meal for us there which we then had to leave our table and go back to the restaurant and get our own food, haha just a heads up if you are planning to do this have dinner first!

We pre-booked tickets online about a week in advance for the land of legends water park/ theme park! This was honestly the best day ever! Definitely go it is amazing! I booked fast track in advance with the tickets- don’t go without fast track the ques were big! I booked a private transfer who I definitely recommend with a company called Q group you can contact them on Facebook or WhatsApp on +90 543 145 29 90. They only charges 55 euros total return to the park and it was a luxury private transfer! We also used the same excursion company for quad bike hire which they dropped the quad to the hotel and we hired it for 4 hours for 30 euros and then we drove it back to the hotel and just gave the key to reception, very handy! And the quad was so fun and fast! Definitely recommend hiring the quad and driving to Old Town Side it’s a beautiful old town for shopping.

There were two things we didn’t like about this hotel:

If you are not at the pool by 7:50am you are not getting a sunlounger! If you leave towels down before 8:30am the hotel will throw your towels off in the bushes or on the floor! We worked out the best thing to do was to get down there early stay there till 8:30 then go and get breakfast and go straight back to the loungers. The last day we were down at 8am as we were packing our room up and we only got 1 sunlounger and had to share it all day as there was literally not one lounger left by the pool! My partner hates the beach so that wasn’t an option. I think the limited amount of sunloungers and space is an issue!

The other issue was that we could hear a baby in the room next door to us crying so loudly it was like they were in our room! We had it in the afternoon and late at night! It was so annoying as we had paid a lot of money for a luxury hotel and didn’t expect to hear babies screaming from our room day and night! It’s a shame as we thought the rooms were lovely but the noise was so loud from other rooms! Even people walking down the halls a night I would hear and wake me up. They need to make the rooms more soundproof!

Overall we had a really lovely holiday, I have been to over 10 hotels in turkey and this is definitely in my top 2 hotels.

Thank you for an unforgettable engagement holiday 😍💍

We travelled to Seaden Quality Resort for 1 week in August, 2024. It was myself and my partner and we booked a sea view room - all inclusive.

This hotel is beautiful to look at, modern and very aesthetically pleasing. There are absolutely positives about this hotel however we wish someone had made us aware of a few things beforehand as we would have changed our booking.

There is a MASSIVE language barrier. Yes, we were aware we were not in Britain, however we were dismissed at times due to not being understood. We asked the hotel relations staff to assist us with excursions to which she pulled a face and again, was dismissive. We on arrival were handed a phone with google translate as no one understood even basic communication with us. Staff were happy to chat and have fun with anyone who was able to speak German but as soon as we asked if they could speak English this was instantly an issue.

Food
- Yes, there is a buffet. However it is very repetitive and also at times very little british foods. The restaurant open from 12-5 is good, burgers, pizzas etc however more often than not got our order wrong or forgot what we had ordered.

Pool
- You WILL NOT get a place at the pool unless you are up at 7am and stay with your towel at the pool until at least 08:30. The staff will remove towels until 08:30 then they go to work at the buffet and therefore people waited till this time then were safe to leave towels. We had to set alarms if we wanted to go to the pool just to get a lounger, which in a 5* hotel we did not expect. We witnessed a couple complaining to staff about repeatedly not getting a lounger and then watched the staff member look for free loungers and when he seen himself there were none he hid at the toilets behind the plants, (I wish I was joking).

Tips
- When we arrived the porter actually refused to leave our room, he pulled out change and asked how much change we wanted from his tip. We at this point hadn’t changed money and had to bring out a wallet and show him it was empty before he would leave, at this point he then stormed out of the room.

For us the positives were the room being immaculate every day, the actual pool and pool bar were excellent, right on the beach with staff bringing people drinks there regularly. We still made the most of it as best we could but we just wanted to raise awareness that this hotel is catered towards German clientele and I would not recommend to anyone, something we have never done before is leave any review nevermind a negative one but we would hate for people not to be made aware.

After having a bad experience of an all inclusive before we were delighted to say that this has totally changed our mind and we had the best holiday!

The hotel is so clean and the facilities are great. We had 2x massages and they were amazing and so relaxing!

The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile and ask what they can help you with.

The food is delicious and so fresh and tasty. My only complaint is and it’s a big one - as a vegetarian some of the foods labelled ‘vegetarian’ had meat in them - I asked the chef if a certain labelled vegetarian dish had meat in and he said ‘yes it’s meat’ - and then continued to serve it whilst it was labelled wrong. This is really bad and my only complaint of the holiday, they clearly don’t understand what vegetarian is, but if someone was allergic this could be seriously dangerous.

There is a massive plastic problem in the hotel as well. They give out plastic water bottles and straws like it’s going out of fashion. They don’t need to give out bottles, people can come to the bar and be poured a cup of water from a glass bottle. Plastic straws are not needed at all and in one of the bars they do paper ones which shows they already have a better supplier but just not implementing it.

we enjoyed and regularly took part in the exercise classes going on throughout the day and the entertainment/fitness team are excellent and their classes are short and sweet.

The entertainment in the evening was amazing and each night there was a new dance performance and they were really great!

Thank you Seaden for a lovely stay

The Seaden Quality Resort is a lovely hotel. From the moment I arrived I can not really fault the staff, service, food, room and overall experience. I was not happy with my room location on the first night and the following morning the staff at reception were more than happy to find me an alternative. The all inclusive package is one of the best I have experienced. 24 hour food available, drinks served in the main bars until midnight, good choice of cocktails, and the main restaurant served a wide variety of Turkish and international food, spoilt for choice really., and the deserts were delicious. There is plenty to do during the day is you want but equally there are enough sun beds to not have to fight over. It is a child friendly hotel but it is not overrun by children, there are no water slides like there are at many hotels in Turkey, which really keeps the child numbers to a minimum. I travelled with my 7 year old son and he was quite content with what was on offer, particularly the ice cream which seemed to always be available. The hotel has its own private stretch of beach with sun beds and parasols. It is a short walk to the shops where you can find your usual Turkish offerings. The entertainment was ok but not great, felt a little dated with acts that could have been here 15 years ago.
Overall the hotel a lovely place to stay, I would definitely come back again and I would recommend it without a doubt

We have just returned from a 10 night holiday which was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent from the moment you enter reception and then following through into the lobby bar area where we spent several evenings as the drinks and service were 1st class. The room we had with a side sea view was very spacious and had a large balcony which was very pleasant to sit on in the morning and when returning from a day by the pool. The bed was huge and was probably the most comfortable we have slept on in any hotel.

The large swimming pool was excellent and was a great relief when the temperatures were hitting the high 30s / low 40s where you could also quench your thirst at the pool bar! The staff at the pool bar worked tirelessly from 10am to 6pm to ensure that the whole pool area were served, but a special shout out to the 3 guys who served drinks around the pool area on roller blades they were unbelievable!

The sun beds started to be taken from around 7:30 onwards but between 8 - 8:30 am a member of staff would come round and remove towels etc from any sun bed unoccupied.

We ate mostly in the buffet restaurant which was ok but became a bit repetitive over the time we were there so occasionally we ate in the snack bar where the food was very good and freshly made.

The hotel guests are probably about 95% German and whilst l have read reviews on here that most of the staff do not speak any German this is not true at all. I speak German but my partner doesn’t and she never had a problem with any of the staff.

The whole of the hotel from your room, bar areas, restaurants, pool area etc is maintained to a very high standard and kept spotlessly clean at all times.

The entire hotel staff were outstanding and went around their business in a very professional manner and to a very high standard.
