Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The name of this 5 star hotel means a paradise on earth.
Situated in a historical place the hotel is a cosy and quiet one next to the promenade leading to beautiful restored Side.

It boasts of 4 a la carte restaurants -2 inside and 2 outside- and a cosy main restaurant with international dishes all over the week.
The building itself is divided in two blocks with a variety of rooms. Even the cheapest rooms are more than comfortable and offer side sea view if ordered.
It’s run by the family itself and this is the feeling you’ll encounter : you’ll never have the feeling of staying in a large hotel.
The staff can be reached and will do whatever if possible to make your stay a unique one.

Most impressive is the combination of near or at the beach and a very fine kitchen at noon and in the evenings.
Eves are very often accomplished with a last drink near or on the beach with friendly waitresses and waiters.

Stayed here for the 5th time in November 2021.

2nd time here. Excellent hotel and first class service facilities and staff. Unfortunately our hol. was cut short by covid. Didn't think possible but there were improvements made from last year. As always hygiene was top priority hand cleanser stations throughout and outside restaurants but they were there last year too. The chill out zone by the he fish statue seating had been renewed, the open area seating by the prom was being refurbished, touch screen information points in lifts and out side rest. and bar. The staff were all friendly and very efficient my glass was never empty! Food was top notch loads of choice. We managed lunch once in the 4 days we were there. Once the world is back to normal we will be returning. Our thoughts are with all the fantastic staff who were all laid off the day after we left. We hope they are safe well and working again soonest .

GENERAL

My daughter and I came back from Burat B suites nearly 2 weeks ago and can't praise it enough. The suites are very clean and spacious and virtually all the same layout. They contain fridge freezer, with a large bottle of water replenished daily, a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a two ringed cooker. The balcony is very large, with two loungers with foot rests, 2 reclining chairs and a table. There is also a safe at no extra charge. The suite is cleaned thoroughly every day. You don't have to carry cash around on the complex as when you check in you are provided with a cash card and everything extra you buy gets charged to that and you settle it on checkout. When we went the sunbeds were plentiful and never a problem to get one. The pool is large with a life guard there at times. Smoking is not permitted around the pool area. The children's play area is super and very well equipped to keep the youngsters happy.  The food was excellent always a varied choice with loads of fruit and delicious sweets available too. The head chefs were always around in the restaurant overseeing the food.  The people that work there are absolutely fabulous to name but a few Yilmaz, Yusuf, Suheda, Habib, Bekir, Serkan, Rabia, David, Ismail and of course our cleaner Rosa to name but a few, apologies if I've forgotten anybody and my spellings of the names lol!  On the day of our arrival a bottle of wine and a lovely bowl of fruit was delivered to our suite (my daughter had told them it had recently been a big birthday for me). We also got chatting to Yilmaz who sorted out a birthday cake that same evening for me it was so touching and absolutely delicious (my compliments to the chef who baked it). The beach bar
was fab too good home cooked pizza and chicken kebabs all the  food was excellent and again friendly wonderful people. Wi-Fi is available down there too so another bonus. I would return tomorrow if I could and would certainly highly recommend Barut B to everyone. My daughter and I have visited Turkey many many times and this place is simply the BEST. Please congratulate your staff here as it is them who make your stay at your beautiful suites so extra special!
