Hotel and service at the highest level, rooms very clean cleaned daily as well as towels were changed
Good food, maybe too few grilled vegetables.
There was never a shortage of anything, the waiters came up all the time and asked what we needed, to a special thank you a waiter named Murat.
We will come back there at 100%, because we felt comfortable and good
And we greet the entire hotel staff including the ladies who care about the cleanliness of the rooms

Our first time in Turkey, so did not really know what expect. We were travelling on tail end of corona and it might be a totally different experience when Side is in high season. We were really pleasantly surprised by the food. We never stay all inclusive because we love food, but the food at seaden valentine was delicious. The fish and meat was tasty and not overcooked and especially the Gözleme at the beach. On the other hand, the drinks taught me why gin can be called smooth. The local one isn't. And the mixers were very sweet.
Our room with swim up pool was really nice and the pool is only for those 10 rooms. No access from the other pool.
The staff were very pleasant and attentive, whether beachside, restaurant, bar or pool. And when we had a problem with people who wanted to party outside their room with loud German techno (seriously, read the situation, no one else is partying it up or go to the bar where there is music) to the degree we couldn't be in the room with closed door, the management reacted and politely asked them to turn it down. (The hotel states on its website it is tranquil and relaxing).

We had a great experience at this hotel. We were staying at this hotel for the first time. The staff was really helpful, particularly a woman called Sevilay, she helped a lot in the restaurant area, even though we didn't know the language perfectly.

They cleaned the rooms each day, they also refilled the minibar as well and created some animal formats from towels. Each evening there was a presenter or a show, which was located in the hotel area, and things like karaoke, concerts, and acrobatic presentations in the pool.

We recommend it for people above +18, without children since it is an adult-only hotel.

90% of hotel guests are German. Most of the hotel staff only speak German, English is less than communicative even at the reception. The German guests were always favored, we felt like second-class guests. In addition, there are unpleasant situations of constantly correcting us in German, you say something in English and they repeat the order in German. Even the Germans' greeting music is the same note every morning: "guten morgen guten morgen". You could get towels from 8 a.m., but most of the nice places by the pool were occupied even from 6 a.m. The food was very average, the breakfasts were great, the other meals were miserable. Everyday the same.

Pros:
Hotel 16+ (and I don't think I need to mention more :))
Swimming pool, proximity to the beach, availability of sun loungers at the pool and beach, service, cleanliness, design, ultra all inclusive (food available all night in the main restaurant)

Minuses:
The food is of average quality, there is a lot of repetition, but this does not affect my opinion.

High-level service, equal treatment of Poles, Germans and Russians. There were mainly Poles and Germans in the hotel from August 23 to August 30, only at the end of the stay Russian was occasionally heard.

It is worth taking water shoes as the entrance to the sea and the sea are rocky.

High-quality evening entertainment, great music, talented dancers and musicians. Foam party at night and during the day, it's really fun. An interesting option is an organized trip to a disco (€15 per person to the center of Side - the price includes round-trip transportation and entry to the club). It's worth asking the staff about it.

To Side 4km from the hotel by taxi - i
€8, return €10, prices given in advance. The center is beautiful, clean and polite people in restaurants. It is worth going there in the evening and seeing the nightlife.

All hotel entertainment ends at 23:00. There are activities during the day, but it is quiet and you can really relax. The sun loungers sell out quickly, but there are enough of them for everyone, maybe not in the first line from the pool. It is worth using the restaurant by the pool, choosing dishes from the menu. Drinks ok, large selection, poor quality, standard for all inclusive :) daily cleaning, refilling the fridge in the room - water, Coca-Cola, Fanta, beer. Immediately after arrival, a plate of fruit and wine was waiting for us in the room. Nice. New hotel, great design, very high standard. The staff mainly communicates in German, but English is also ok. Nice spa area and massages (it's worth haggling, they come down in price - the catalog lists €50 per person for an hour-long massage). Water sports on the beach - scooters, flights, "bananas". They take great photos and I'll say it again, it's worth haggling because the starting prices are sky high.

To sum up, I highly recommend a trip to this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel during the August and we had very negative experience so we are sure that we will never come back to this hotel. The rudeness and arrogance of the restoran managers was unbelievable. The way they speak with guests is worth questioning their employment status. The final rudeness was trowing us out from the restoran were we came 10 min earlier (12:20) before restoran is “officially” open at 12:30 (even we explained that in 10 min we need to leave hotel and go to the airport). We said that we want to take just some fruit and choose from the food that is already prepared (most of it was already prepared), but they didn’t allow us to eat even we regularly paid this meal as a part of all inclusive service. During the conversation, the manager’s attitude was highly disrespectful. As we had paid lunch (we arrived on the dinner), we said that in that case we should get the lunch box, but he told us that they don’t do that in this hotel, and that we can use snack bar. We went to the snack bar and saw that snack bar is closed and starts to work at 12:30 (even the lunch is what we paid). At the end we went to reception and spoke with reception manager, and that lady was very nice and tried to fix situation and explained that we have right to the lunch box and that they can prepare something for us, but that was late as our agency already came to pick us up and drive to the airport. Besides that, indoor pool was dirty that you couldn’t swim, elevators have been a few days out of service, very often door keys stop working so you have to go to the reception to get new keys while elevators are not working, sun beds are next to each other on the beach so forget on any privacy that adults hotels usually offers, the beach is shared with other regular hotel, so you will have adults only experience only in hotel, to go to the beach you need to go over the terrible smelling street, the sea is clean only in the morning hours in that area, but the beach is full of rocks, so water shoes are the must (not only on entry, in depth water also, so while you swim you can hit the rocks as water is not see through in Turkey), but for all that I was able to find some justification. However, rudeness and arrogance is something that is unacceptable in any hotel, especially in 5 star hotel for all inclusive service. If you plan to enjoy in your vacation, choose some other hotel.

Side is very nice, journeyman, lots to see and do. Much left of Roman times and Antique Side worth checking out and shopping. Taxi from Valentine costs 10 euros. Tip to eat out is Buffalo Steakhouse, give them a call and they will pick you up for free and bring you back for free. Great food, a 700 gram steak for € 30, - cozy and beautiful restaurant with sea view and fantastic staff who also speak Dutch. Day trip tip: ask at the taxis at the hotel for Achmet (Alex), for a private driver for the day. He knows all the beauty spots and sees what the bus tourists don't see. A full day only costs 150 euros to 4 people. He speaks good German and English, has a lot of humor and drives carefully.

About Seaden Valentine Resort & Spa:

Hei is a nice and above all very clean hotel. The service is very good, very nice people and you are served at your beck and call. The food is fresh and good, but also very standard. All in all, however, it felt more like a four star hotel. A lot better than Seaden Corolla (3 star) We had a suite and the advantage of that is a very spacious terrace with sunbeds and chairs on the first floor overlooking the pool. Very spacious room too, with a sofa and good shower. Beds are a bit hard, but sleep surprisingly well. There is (adult) entertainment every night during the summer season, something different every night. Seen some great shows! But also some lesser singers. Hotel is popular among Germans, also a handful of Dutch and no Russians. In our first week many 65+, second week also more young people. The staff speaks German and some Dutch. The Spa is good, delicious full body massage for €50,-. All in all a very nice holiday.

The room we got is in perfect and clean condition. It is cleaned daily, the towels changed. The air conditioning is of course also available. We also had a balcony where you can sit down in the evening and for the swimwear there was the possibility to hang the swimwear to dry on the balcony.

In the hotel you can eat many delicious dishes. The food in the respective restaurants in the hotel is varied and changed daily. There's something for everyone. You can also eat à la carte if you register in time. There is also the possibility to get numerous non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at the bar.

In the evenings, in the hotel close to the bar, there is musical entertainment within sight of the pool.

At about 300 meters from the hotel is the beach. This is kept clean. The beach is divided to the respective hotels. What is great, to the beach section of the hotel there is a small bar with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as at lunchtime the possibility to have various salads, fruit or even small meals.

On the beach there are various water sports activities such as parasailing, banana boat or jet skiing. These Things to do are not included and therefore have to be paid extra, the price list is available on site.

Gym, SPA area with various offers of massages as well as a hairdresser are also available. And there are a few small shops about fashion and souvenirs too.

Nothing against children and teenagers, these are not present in this hotel but there are guests from all over the world who are already adults.

Great resort, with ALL the heart desires.
The food is varied and there was nothing lacking either in the buffet or on the Ala carte menu.
The service is super go, both in the restaurant and in the bars. and there is really much done out of the entertainment with great props.
There is room for both sun hygge and snack, and party, dancing and coctails.
If something was to change, it would be that the lights in the restaurants would like to dim a little, it removes the comfortable mood when there is full spot on the lamps.
The premises themselves are made in beautiful themes and can easily carry a little cozy lighting.
The suites are large and nice and there was nothing missing there either, nice with go space and always fresh supplies in the mini-bar.
The cleaning lady is really nice and if you need her help, make a Google translate to Turkish, she will gladly help with a smile.
We would really like to visit this resort again and would like to recommend it to those we know.

This hotel is not worth 5 stars, the service stands and falls with the respective service staff, some make a perfect service others every move is too much.
On the penultimate day we had a serviceman at breakfast - in jeans and hoody, on the phone busy all the time, but then asking if we could exchange money, no service so no exchange was our answer.
The reception staff are always trying to make it a right.
Rooms are clean, room cleaning is okay, but only really worked after the tip was given, actually a shame.
Food selection was fine at first, but the last few days you noticed that on November 15th the lights go out, so according to the motto what is gone is gone.
My husband asked the guest services if they could help him prepare for my birthday, it was 60th, she denied this, this person is the absolute miscast for the job as she also showed this behavior towards other guests.
On my birthday I got a big fruit basket, a bottle of sparkling wine and cookies from the hotel. I would have preferred to help with the preparations.
Safe you have to pay extra, which we do not know from other hotels, we were charged 1.5 euros per day.
Price Performance is not right here
