We were given a small but rather nice pool view room on the top floor. The staff is helpful and rather friendly. Food is good. Breakfasts are consistent but good. Lunch and dinner are varied and tasty. Separate barbecue area with roasted meat or fried egg. Food served by the service. We had to wait in line but it goes very smoothly. Drinks at the pool bar. The only thing you can get a little attached to is the selection of alcoholic beverages. Vodka, gin, star anise, white wine, red wine, and beer. Non-alcoholic drinks: cola, fanta, sprite, sparkling water; juices: apple, pineapple, orange, cherry. Tea (very strong) and coffee (served from a machine).

Among the guests there are many Russians, Poles, Germans and Turks. In the evenings, music is played by the pool. Turkish, Russian and rather older Western hits. Moderate animation programs.

The pool, despite its relatively shallow depth, is enough. Buildings give some shade, you can always find a hidden hideout if the sun is too strong for you. During our stay it was 32-35 degrees every day;).

The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers and a bar. You can get soft drinks, beer and snacks there.

The location is very good. Lots of small shops nearby. 20-30 meters there is a bus station to Side (3.50LT) or Manavgat (5.50LT).

Take some Turkish Lira on the bus. If you don't have LT, the driver takes 1EUR (instead of 3.50LT) ( 1EUR=10LT).

Value for money hotel, I recommend it.

Hotel is beautifully decorated in Turkish traditional style and very clean. We had a family room which had 2 bedrooms, the rooms were decently sized and clean. Maids cleaned every day too. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We visited haman for a massage and it was amazing, we floated out afterwards. It was not the cheapest but we were advised against visiting cheaper places as the standards of hygiene are poor. We paid 50 euros each and was there for 2 hours. It was well worth it. The food was beautifully presented and there was plenty of variety. There was something for every taste and the food trays were regularly filled. We didn't go in the pool but it looked clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. I gave it 4 stars because it is a bit out of the way but there is a regular city bus into side old town where there are more shops, bazaars and attractions. The hotel has its own area of the beach with a bar that is a short walk away or there is a shuttle bus from reception.

...that you can't expect a 5-star new building from a typical 4-star hotel should be clear to everyone.
Nevertheless, very friendly and helpful staff awaited us in normal standard rooms. The food was very good and there was something for everyone, whether it was chips and pasta for the kids or Turkish vegetable and meat dishes for the adults. Vegetarian dishes as well as an extensive salad buffet.
Animation and kids' club, hotel's own beach (10 minutes on foot or free with the shuttle) also included...
Only the rooms facing the main street are quite noisy due to the traffic.

Conclusion:
We really liked it and the price was absolutely reasonable, there are definitely more modern and luxurious hotels, but they also cost several hundred euros more.

This is a hotel for very rude Germans, English are not welcome here,we had 10 days and only 3 people said morning or Morgan, the food was the same every night chicken chips and German food ,you go to reception and all they ask is English then pretend they don't understand you,We are in our late 60s and was put in a room as far as it can go and the last room1409 watch the dodgy shower door,on arrival I asked for a room with a pool view ,reception said yes, this was not true ,when I complained I was told to see the manager, which I never did as it falls on deaf ears, most of the staff are rude, but there is a few polite ones ,especially wholan who runs the beach bar and the food ,beer is a lot better. There are 3 clocks behind reception German, Turkey and Russian that is a statement in its self,it will cost you a small fortune in tips and nothing in return, all inclusive and we had to eat out ,the restaurant next to the hotel is part of the hotel and you pay food there is very good and reasonable price, there is NO nightclub and most nights the music stops at 10,bar shuts at 11 with out warning. All inclusive you pay for cocktails, ice-cream even to weigh your case cost a euro, very limited drinks.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Once and never again.

Starting with the fact that people don't give a damn that you wait 7 hours for your room with a baby, you'll never get WiFi here until you get your room.

You can log into the WiFi again 10-20 times a day and even then it's a gamble whether it works.

The food is totally monotonous and doesn't taste good (a matter of taste), there's only table service in the evening if you're lucky.

The rooms aren't cleaned properly, the bed is made and mopped roughly. The balcony door was left open almost every day after cleaning and the room was warm as a result.

Finally, there's an employee here who follows women to the beach and insults them as soon as they have another male companion. Last but not least, the man followed us on a quad bike and threatened us. Neither the staff nor the manager see any need for action here, even after the man threatened us during meals and on other days and threatened to hit us. Especially since the man is known for this.

ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN

Stayed for a week. The hotel is not great and all inclusive is misleading. You are charged extra for beach towels, juice, the equipment for table tennis or pool and even an iron wasn’t available ( they will charge €1.50 to iron a shirt). The hotel was run down with thread borne carpets. The beds were very uncomfortable and they didn’t provide sheets. The food was awful and the contents in the buffet weren’t labelled so you couldn’t discern what it was.

The beach is a fifteen minute walk and the hotel shuttle only runs once in the morning and again in the afternoon.

The staff were lovely especially the Beach Bar manager but aside from that I would not recommend this place

When we arrived (5am) , we were first told that our booked room is not available and we come to another room for the "night". There it took 10min for the water to warm up, the duvet for a double bed was just enough for a half, the bathroom could not be locked and the toilet seat was not properly mounted and defective. This room resembled a rest stops motel from a bad movie! The second room was then better. However, the room service was a bit meagre, this does not come automatically, but only if you hang the corresponding door shield, which you first have to get at the reception. Accordingly, the trash can is not emptied daily and despite the sandy beach, the floor was not cleaned daily. Our shower did not go off properly and the wifi kicked you out every two minutes and was incredibly slow.
I don't even want to start eating, variety seems to be a foreign word there. There was the same thing every day, every meal was exactly like the day before, in the morning there were often still the fries from the night before! What you have to be given is that there was fresh fruit every day. The scrambled eggs had nothing to do with a scrambled egg, the mashed potatoes inedible and the coffee did not even begin to resemble coffee, which had more of a bad tea than coffee
There were two staff in the whole hotel who spoke some German and even they didn't quite understand what you want from you , with the staff who could only speak English you can forget it completely, no matter how easy you explained it they didn't understand it at all. An employee from the Spar area spoke fluent German, but tried to persuade one with unbelievable statements to book/purchase an expensive massage. The free massage that you got at check-in serves this very purpose.
The building can be seen that it has come of age and the equipment is also not the highest quality.
The bed is an imposition for all those who have a light sleep, as soon as the partner or co. in bed moves a little more energetically you are awake because you notice this 100%.
The private beach section and the associated beach bar raise the whole thing a bit again, likewise the supermarket 5 minutes away (accepts €) is a big plus, as you can not safely drink the water from the pipes.
All in all, the hotel is fine, again there vacation I would still not.

My family have just returned from a beautiful holiday in this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it. The food was fantastic, lots of choice for everyone and plenty of everything. The entertainment was good every night without being rowdy until late, lovely children's entertainers etc. Withing easy reach of the beautiful beach (10-15 mins walk). Rooms were spotless and maid service every day. Spa lovely! I would like to mention on our return flight the Turkish Airport were charging EVERYONE 10 Euros for not booking in online beforehand. Please make sure that you take this amount per person with you on your flight home. Treat yourself to a very reasonable holiday in this gorgeous hotel, you won't be disappointed!

This is the second time I've relaxed in this hotel and the second time in November. In 2022 and this 2024. He was dissatisfied with the completely ham-fisted behaviour of one of the bartenders named Ekrem, who discussed behind his back and insulted the guests. Also unlike in the year 22, they did not have an indoor heated pool and the outdoor pool was already icy. The price has increased in 2 years decently, from 25 euros for single occupancy to 38 euros for 24 hours. The internet only worked well at the reception and then not everywhere. The room is bad. I won't come here again.

Nice hotel and definitely worth it in terms of price!
Nice staff who want to make you happy.
We booked directly, which went very well and quickly.
Food could be a bit more varied with pastries and meats, but for that price we sometimes eat elsewhere.
In the afternoon by the pool delicious oliebollen with sugar :)
Rent a car in antyala to save a lot of money if you plan to do excursions. Hotel is located 60 minutes from the airport!
Animation mediocre but better than in recent years.
Definitely worth coming back!
