The animation team was awsome, Arthur and his company were the best, they were the best animation team I met do far. Will come back next year for them! The resort is big and you’ll have fun non-stop with their pool, darts, zumba, water polo activities.
Starting with the fact that when I have asked the receptionist to put the clean team make their job she discovered that on our room was the name of another person.. so it is plenty of “internal rules” when deciding whom which room.. maybe who gave the higher bribery amount. We didnt even think about it because first we have paid for something that is our not something that can be negotiable at the spot with the personnel who “rules” the bussines First… cleaning team: 1 woman at 40 something years that claim she dont understand english and 3 other guys at 20-22 year the same .. don’t understand anything we tell them. They arrived bare handed and asking what is our problem in terms of cleaning needs. We have pointed out: spider canvas, dust on the floor which they could have seen by themselves, dust on the other room furnitures. All this should involve cleaning solutions. What they had? A floor washer dirty and their hands. I needed to explain 15 minutes that what they need are some cleaning solutions!!!! Not water and a dirty floor washer!! It was a pain! They stood in the room 10 minutes and one guy escalated the sheet covered bed with his legs to remove the spider canvas! They dont even consider changing the sheets! What I can say and I am really stupefied is that the other hotel guests (Russians especially) are comfortable with this grade of cleaning! It can be seen without any glasses that is the same in all hotel! Not saying the mold smell, the toilet smell and also the noise from the cars and from other rooms! Is perfect for someone to come here and take covid or other staphylococcus! I can wait to leave ! Never came back here ! Don’t do this mistake!!! The food: same each day, the coffeteria smells horible inside and are gathered the left overs from main meals! What else to say… I chose Kemer for his closeness to Antalya and for other sightseeings and I plann to enjoy all of those and hoping arriving home at least as healthy as we arrived ! No covid measures! No disinfectants for left in each room! No sunbeds cleanning! I have no words to discribe! I will live 1 star because the app doesn’t let me move forward!…
First of all was very DIRTY. The towels had bad smell, the bathroom was also dirty with bad smell, either the elevators was unclean. I felt just disgusting and the day of leaving was a blessing. The 5 stars are just on the papers and the word LUXURY is a offense. The food was every day the same and very low quality, and the plates were also improperly cleaned. The drinks just locals one so low quality that cannot be consumed. We both cola zero from outside the hotel how can be that possible in a UAI hotel ? We carry on our luggage by ourself trough the stairs with our parents 76 yrs old. They told us that they have no bellboy at 6 a clock in the morning. The internet was not working, and if you want popcorn you have to pay . The beach towels cannot be changed if they became wed ! I have some many bad thinks about this hotel that I never had in many yrs of travel !…
Dosinia hotel was pretty good for family holiday!beach side,shops,food,animation,Zeliha and Zeynep,Beyza,crew was so sweet and nice❤️DJ was pretty good! Songs uplifted my holiday! It was fun and adventurous week,Thank you dosinia animation team and whole team for coloring my week❤️
We have stayed in so called "luxury" hotel with my family in the second week of August and just have returned home. Out hotel exerience was really terrible and this hotel is very far away from 5 stars hotel. The cleaning of the rooms is almost none, They only make a bed, that is all. We had a somehow cleaned room our last day of the stay and that only happened because I already was very unsatisfied and have spoken to the hotel management. Even, so the room had very far from cleaned room. The reason why I have spoken to the hotel top management was because I we had no toilet paper 3 times within 5 days and I had to go every time to the hotel reception to ask the so called 5 stars hotel to supply us with toilet paper. Even so, the last time they even didn´t bring the toilet paper and I had to go by myself to find some. Just dreadful! Unfortunatelly, this was not the only bad experience we had during this stay at Dosinia. We had as well bad experience with the hotel spa, with yarn braids for our small daughter. She was sitting there for almost 3 hours and 1 hour after their finished with the work, first yarn braid fall down, in 5 hours almost half of them failed. We asked them the second day to repair it, they did. So, our 5 years old daughter eas sitting there again almost 3 hours. The result? The same. Yarn braids started to fall within few hours. Terrible. There is a plenty of food everywhere in the hotel, unfortunatelly not tasty and everytime the same. The restaurant staff is very disorganized. You are served the food by the hotel staff, which is understandable because of Covid measures. Unfortunatelly, the queues for the food are big, so when you are served hot meal from one queque, some vegetable salad from another queue and the drink from the next queue, you hot meal is already cold and your drink is hot. Unfortunatelly, about a half of the hotel staff is not likeable and accommodating at all. One of the worst of this staff is the barman Mali at the beverage bar outside, very nasty to the hotel guests. I have spoken to the hotel management about our terrible experience and their conclusion was that they will meet their cleaning staff and discuss the situation with them.
