Showers little water, no hot water. Beds are horrible! Breakfast very poor, serving old bread. Don't order your eveningdiner here. Never before had such a bad diner, they charge € 12,- for a 'two-course diner': some instant soup and black roasted meat. No vegtables served. They don't clean the room.

This is a charming little boutique hotel & the family who ran is super accommodating & friendly! The view from the restaurant makes u realize why Antalya is known for its turquoise waters. But the view from room 7 & 8 (it's a single room but the best room in the house) is breathtaking - you wake up to an...

Last year, we booked for this year before we left, and have done the same again. We had such a good time on our first visit, we thought it couldn't be bettered, but it was. Murat, family and staff could not be more friendly, warm and hospitable, perfect hosts. The same people go back year after year, and having stayed...

It is situated "in" the sea. From the terraces with the sunbeds you can jump, dive or take the stairs to get into the deep fresh see. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. During daytime a boat can take you to the harbour of Kalkan and back. There might be a bit of noise from the airconditionings but that happens often...

We liked it so much we went back again this year and stayed in the same room. Murat has made some alterations/improvements since 2013 but the hotel still remains an idyll in a very un-Ritzy and slightly Bohemian way. Even with the new and larger boat/taxi from Kalkan harbour, the Caretta doesn't become over-busy.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was small, but very clean and functional. There is a lovely bar and sunbathing area, which leads to the sea. It's a short walk into Kalkan which is nice for a visit, but we always enjoyed coming back to the hotel. Breakfast...

Caretta hotel is located sea side where gives you a benefit of great view and ocean swimming from the hotel. A room is clean with fresh bed sheets and towels changed each day. It is a family run business that you will enjoy more personal and friendly service from the owner and staff. Breakfast is nice Turkish style with olives,...

Just returned from a two week stay at this hotel with our friends another couple. On the basis that you do not want to stay in Kalkan itself which we would not want to do this small hotel is in the best postion. It is run by a family who could not be more helpfull in every way. They advised...

Brilliantly positioned hotel at the end of a coastal track from Kalkan harbour. It's a pleasant (although not entirely flat) 10 minute amble into town for dinner at one of the many good restaurants. It was not over crowded with Beach Club day visitors, so stayed quiet all day long. Absolutely perfect and I would go back in a heartbeat....
