City live hotel is situated in the heart of Lara area. Terra City (massive shopping complex) is right next door. The local bus service, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The manager, staff, and receptionist are attentive and very friendly. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and bonus was that it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was spacious with all the supplies you would need. The manager and staff were so friendly that I felt like home. They assisted with everything I needed no matter the time of day. I could ask for coffee at anytime and they would not hesitate to provide me one. I am sure you guys will remember me for a long time. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience. City live hotel close to anything you need. 1 min away shopping center, local bus service, shops and restaurant. It is on the heart of vibrant Lara area, The staff attentive and friendly. The rooms spacious and there are all amenities in a hotel room it has supposed to be.

We checked in around the 12pm in the night and we completely shocked to see the room. It was very bad and horrible experience. First we checked in room no 504. Room roof plaster was broken and falling down, the bathroom roof was also broken and dirty drops were coming in toilet from upper floor toilet. There was not complimentary water bottle in the room. After so many complaints and long wait we again checked in room no. 502. AC system was not good because you never know when it will start cooling. AC remote was also not working properly. Hotel needs renovation. Pillows was not comfortable and was broken. Electric cattle was very dirty. Really bad breakfast with barely anything to eat.. maybe some bread with butter and jam, some eggs and an omelette you had to pay extra for. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY.

The hotel is well located, across the street from a mall and lots of services and restaurants around.
Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good with an adequate variety, it would be nice to have an egg station or toast though.
Staff are nice and helpful.
Only complaint would be public areas and corridors, they are not air conditioned, neither is the lobby, which is quite irritating in hot humid summers, and for some reason room service always kept my room window open.
On the bright side, room air conditioner is quite efficient, unlike most other hotels in Antalya. It actually cools and blows good air.
Last thing I wish they would adjust. Lights lift lobby and corridor are sensor operated, they turn off too quick, and you would usually end up waiting for the elevator in the dark.

Black hole Stay away I got sent there from my dentist walked into the lobby abd the smell bowk!! I'm no snob I've slummed it on boys holidays in bad conditions but the smell literally had me bowking I managed to get to my room but certainly couldn't stay I didn't even want to walk on the carpet bare footed... the bathroom sink had Toothpaste around the taps etc it's a complete smelly hole I could understand if FRED WEST owned it that would compensate the smell honestly stay away I went straight back to the dentist and got moved to dam lara. So if your booking for your teeth through antlara make sure they send you to dam lara

Nice place, clean and tidy, rooms cleaned , bedding and towels changed everyday, receptionist Abu Bakr was a gentleman and very accomodating as were the other staff. Pool was a decent size cleaned daily.Great location too just opposite a shopping mall with food court.nice place to stay.

An excellent hotel with cosy location and outstanding services. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The reservation personnel, Shirin, was exceptionally helpful, attentive and warm-blooded with positive attitude.
