Spent a week here as recommended by a dental surgery I was visiting. The hotel itself was very nice the bar staff and waiters were polite and attentive but the managers were a different kettle of fish. When you walk in to the foyer you are met by a very modern reception and bar area which leads onto the pool. The dining area was clean and there was a very good range of food, lots of fresh salads nice soup but warm mains for vegetarians were minimal. You can however purchase from a menu by scanning the code on the tables in the bar/pool area at a cost. Pizza for €4 which was edible.
The rooms on first inspection looked nice however they weren’t clean and the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The floor throughout the entire week wasn’t cleaned and I know this as at the beginning of the week there was a hair band left on the bathroom floor from the previous occupants and this was still there when we left….
If you wish to rent a safe that’s an extra cost at €2 a day and the safe itself can be picked up and moved so I’d hardly call this ‘safe’.
You have to check out by 12 and the management are very strict on this cutting your wrist band off and that’s where the all inclusive ends. I have never known this in any of the places I have visited and even if they have cut your band off you can generally get drinks and food until you leave. One person even had the manager follow them to the table to remove the band of the person who’d shared a room with them. Another thing noted by the management is the way they spoke to another guest staying there who gave a drink to someone and they were given the bill for this. The way they also spoke to staff left a lot to be desired especially in front of guests.
As started check out was quite early and if you wished to extend your room it was €80 which I felt was quite extortionate. There are a few places local however if you wanted to get a drink cheaper than the hotel (see my other review for Patrick bar) and the snacks in the supermarkets were very reasonable.
If you are going for dental or cosmetic surgery then this place is ideal as pretty much everyone else is here for the same reason so you’ll have plenty of peer support. If you’re visiting for another reason I’d find somewhere else.

I stayed through Attelia Dental Clinic and the stay was good considering COVID-19. The hotel was clean and staff all attentive to the guidelines. The Extensive hand hand sanitation is good. Chien in the bar was amazing thought the stay. ( the hotel arranged a birthday cake and Champagne to the pool for my birthday!) The Spa is also open with full facilities, Which i found weird as the UK is barely open - amazing again would recommend for the price. The only feedback I would have is that the shower leaks into the bedroom, its not ideal but it eventually it will damage the lovely rooms. The current All Inclusive menu wasn't the best as buffet could not be done, which is understandable at the current times. The staff mainly speak Turkish and you cannot complain but this as its Turkey. People should learn Turkish if this is an issue for them. Overall this is a fantastic hotel and I would return and pass my good word around.

First impressions of this hotel is that it is small with a small pool area and not a huge amount of space to be able to sunbathe. (Very good hotel as a base to chill round the pool if there is room but it not get a short taxi to the local beach) It’s in a good location with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. 10 mins in a taxi to the local beaches which are mostly beach clubs.
This hotel is a good base with average sized rooms (maybe slightly on the small side) very modern and clean everywhere. The breakfast was fairly basic so we went to Royal Castle where they do amazing food. The Turkish spa and the massage in the hotel was very good, you can request the lady like I did if you prefer and it is definitely worth a try,

The thing that made this hotel was the staff and their customer service. They are very attentive, most of them speak English and whatever you need they will get for you. After 4pm they stop servicing food and can order literally anything you could possible ask for McDonald’s, soup, meze, cigarettes.. anything! (The soups for lunch were absolutely amazing and well worth a try)! Some evenings we just sat around the pool and had drinks and watched TV and the hotel staff literally would keep serving you until you decided to call it a night, some people were there until 3am. Thank you so the staff for making this a lovely visit.

Stayed a week here all inclusive and throughly enjoyed my self. The room was relatively spacious with a telly built into mirror which I thought was a pretty neat feature!

Food wasn’t anything special but if you read any of my previous reviews I judge a hotel by its coffee and have to say for a cheap and cheerful all inclusive it had some pretty decent coffee. If I could level one criticism there was no Croissants to be had. Please please get some for my next trip! Also, and most important some would say, the beer was decent, cold and served in pint glasses so thumbs to the bar staff.

Pool was very clean with ample sun loungers given size of hotel. Only possible downside is that the sun pool is left in the shade in the afternoon so get your sun worshiping in early. You get free towels for the pool so no need to pack your own.

Some people have mentioned in the reviews that the staff are rude however my experience was quite the opposite. They all were smiling and seemed very helpful. A special shout out goes to Meltem the guest coordinator lady who showed great compassion and understanding to the needs of her guests. I know it’s her job but I genuinely felt she cared about her guests. We done a fantastic boat trip for €35 even if the drive was a long one to get to the boat and also quad biking for €40 and had a cracking time on both trips! If you go Quad Biking wear old clothes, take a mask and cheap sunglasses or it’s €4 a pop and you need them when riding.

Now the reason the vast majority of people stayed here was Health Tourism. I went to have dental implants done. The hotel are VERY understanding and accommodating about your needs whilst having treatment so don’t be concerned if you are visiting for that reason. You will be looked after! I intend to use Hotel again when I return to have work finished.

Quick bit of advice is to take Euros as they are widely accepted although I also used local cash points (excellent exchange rate) to get Turkish Lira out.

This hotel is an absolute joke! Food was inedible cold and tasteless we came on a couples trip to have dental work as did most the other family’s here and the food was just shocking and most of the staff were rude and not helpful at all. All inclusive is not all inclusive as extra charges for ice creams and standard uk spirits and the spa is a shambles. Also advertised free games room for kids this is also a lie as they now have to pay 5 euro each per hour! There nothing here for children at all and if you want a cold drink before 10am be prepared to pay! The one shinning light was emine she was lovely and helpful and so was the gentleman with the spiky hair on reception and İbrahim they were both very helpful and lovely but the rest of this hotel is a joke so avoid at all costs. The dental treatment however was amazing we highly recommend attelia dental clinic but just use one of there other hotels

We came to the hotel for dental treatment for my wife. I had to pay for myself and It wasn’t cheap at all for the quality and the location of the hotel. All the beds in the hotel are complete rubbish as they squeak every time you move. We changed 3 different rooms on our first day and all beds were the same. The fridge in the room is barely cooling anything inside, I asked to check it and they said it works well. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach, but we were completely disappointed with this service. The minibuses are old, dirty, with no air conditioning and always full of people. One time the bus didn’t come to pick us up from the beach, so we had to pay 10 pounds for the taxi, another time I had to travel standing because there were no seats available and one more time we nearly had to fight to get onto the bus. We reported this problem to reception, but nothing changed. The hotel has quite a small pool area outside and there is no sun after 3 p.m. We saw cockroaches in the restaurant numerous times, I stepped on 2 of them myself.
The food in the hotel is not very diverse but mostly fresh and tasty. Drinks are very basic, juices are not natural but some sort of concentrate.

If you came to Antalya for a dental treatment and this hotel is included in the price It should be okay to stay for 5-7 nights, but I would never choose it for a holiday.
Antalya itself seems to be very dirty city with rubbish everywhere.

Negative – uncomfortable beds, the fridge doesn’t work properly, location is rubbish, shuttle service to the beach is a nightmare, cockroaches in the kitchen, dirty beach.
Positive – all the staff are very helpful and friendly, food is ok but variety is not big.

The Staff is Rude , insincere , unprofessional and they will try to rip you off .

The rooms aren’t silent as you can hear everything that happens in the otter rooms and the toilets flushing of the surrounding rooms and the other floors .

What’s included in you payment is never clear and no price list is shared for sometimes and the price vary depends on what language you speak !

We have been advised to cancel the booking.com reservation if we needed flexibility with our booking, then we wanted to check out a night early as we couldn’t sleep because of the noise at night and we haven’t received our refund yet . As we trusted the team in saying it will take place in few hours and its been 23 days .

We have been sold a trip to the Turkish Maldives Island , which was explained as follows ( 6 hours on the beautiful beach of the Turkish Maldives) it was totally different than explained , it was a boat trip with 6 hours sailing in the sea from a spot to another where there was a beach only on 1 spot for 40 mins

What a waste of time and money

Totally disappointing

Stayed here for a week while my partner got his teeth done, the accommodation was included in the price.

Overall the staff are really friendly, it’s clear this hotel is mainly used for tourists having treatment as everyone had either had their teeth done or plastic surgery.

The rooms were small and basic, the shower leaked even for very quick showers, this was clearly a common issue as when we arrived we had towels rolled up on the bathroom floor.

We had breakfast included which was pretty awful and a small selection. Dinner was 10euro per person we had it once but the selection was small and quality not great. We ended up eating out most days and avoiding breakfast.

Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the nice weather around the pool as it went behind the hotel by 3pm and there were only 12 deckchairs.

We can’t really complain as it was included in the price but I wouldn’t pay to return.

Stayed here with my partner who had dental treatment with Dentatur the perfect place as it turned out. Small hotel approx 60 rooms we were all-inclusive which is plentiful & varied. The rooms & hotel are immaculately clean, beds very comfortable, pool area is a little on the small side & no sun after 3:30pm but that wasn't a problem for us, always had a sunbed & enjoyed relaxing round the pool most days. Spa & hammam again small but had the best Indian head massage from the lovely lady there, my partner enjoyed the Turkish bath worth a visit & there is a free sauna too. What makes this hotel special is the staff nothing was too much trouble, the service was excellent especially Melmet who goes out of her way to speak to all guests when on duty, Mr Murat, Mustafa, Ibrahim, Azer and the lovely Efe on reception to mention a few. Icepacks are provided on request, Efe & Melmet we're so helpful with free shuttle bus to the beach or shops, taxis ordered to the Old Town & helpful advice. My partner will stay here next time he visits for his followup. We met such lovely people here too. Thank you Laren Family Hotel staff for such an enjoyable stay x
