Nirvana Cosmopolitan, which is designed with the spirit of the Mediterranean, offers a concept that harmonizes the city's opportunities with beachfront vacation. We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan for 5 days with a family of 8, children and adults if all ages, and enjoyed an excellent service at all times from reception to restaurants and all around. At the reception we would like to express our gratitude to: Svetlana, Mariam and Djeilan. They were very friendly and extra helpful, professional and represent such a quality of the hotel. At the breakfast restaurant and beach restaurant we would like to thank Ida for his excellent service and warm and polite friendliness. Our best recommendations if the hotel and its personnel.

Nirvana cosmopolitan was a very nice place to visit The food was very good wuth a lot of varieties. Our personal assistantt was the best. She looked after us and every problem we had she sorted it out without delay. We will be back next year and hope to have our asistant as our personal assistant.Nothing was a bother to her.

This hotel was *so* perfect my husband and I wondered if our plane had crashed en route and we'd somehow ended up in heaven! ROOMS We had a family suite - two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean and stocked (and restocked each day) with L'Occitaine shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The mini bar was also stocked each day with a selection of beers, water, soft drinks and Godiva chocolate! Minor grumbles - in April, the air conditioning had not yet been switched on, so the rooms got quite hot - but this was manageable by opening the balcony door (but might not have been ideal with younger children). Also, the children's room was the "main" room that opened onto the corridor, balcony, had the mini bar, big TV etc. - again, not ideal from a security perspective (or if you have a child that wants to try their luck with the mini bar!) but luckily not an issue for us. The master bed was huge! Bathrobes and slippers for adults were provided, and children's bathrobes were provided on request. The TV didn't show many channels in English, but who comes to a hotel like this to watch TV?! PERSONAL ASSISTANT This was brilliant for sorting out minor niggles - a change of pillow, an extra bathrobe, asking what time the mini disco started for children etc., as well as booking restaurants. A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS We were surprised there was a 15 Euro surcharge per person for the grill restaurant - which wasn't advertised. We didn't eat here. In April, not all of the a la carte restaurants were open. The Japanese and Italian a la cartes were some of the very best regional food I have ever had. Absolutely stunning. BEACH Was a long way from our hotel room! About 7 minutes walk through the complex, but golf buggies were running if you wanted to wait for them. Beautiful beach, coarse sand. Gazebo structures were rentable. In April, the bar at the end of the pier wasn't yet built. ENTERTAINMENT We didn't really get involved in this. In April there were no big shows on the massive stage (still being set up) but our children LOVED the kids' club. The staff were delightful, and the mini-disco was a high point of each day. LUXY PET HOTEL We didn't board an animal, but we were allowed to visit! Our children were lucky enough to be allowed to play with a litter of kittens. This was their favourite part of the entire holiday. BUFFET RESTAURANT Incredible selection of international food. If you are a picky / typically English eater, you might struggle because it's not a "sausage and chips" buffet - but there was an amazing selection of salads, Turkish meats, breads, pizzas, fresh fruits - and the desserts were better than anything I've ever seen on a cruise ship. WATERPARK AND POOLS One negative here - this was incredibly freezing cold - my children turned blue after 5 minutes. The kids' pool was also freezing, but oddly the adult pool (also outside) was fairly warm. The indoor pool was great too (and children are allowed in all pools if supervised). COCKTAILS Wow. Veronika is an expert mixologist - incredible to think that these cocktails were included in the price of the hotel. Each cocktail I had was made with international spirits and would have cost £10ish in London. When sitting outside, staff on rollerskates come to take your order! STARBUCKS Also included! Open from 10 a.m. every day, limit of 2 drinks per person, but we didn't see this enforced. CHOCOLATIER An actual, onsite chocolatier. Included in the price. Astonishing. Delicious. I put on 2kg of weight in a week. TEA BAR Super relaxing place to sit in the shade. Really classy. RECEPTION A selection of chocolates (including Kinder Eggs one day!) always available. I tried to take a photo and someone immediately offered me Champagne. It's a hard life. I have never previously returned to a hotel - we usually like to explore somewhere different. Good hotel, delicious food, not very clean rooms. A lot of space, not much activities in April. Friendly staff, best lifeguard in the world Husein! :) and excellent lobby bar barmen Ahmed! :) recommend to talk with local staff about prices and places where to buy souvenirs, gifts and etc. because you can pay more money than its really worth :)

Hotel is beautiful and luxury. Staff is so friendly. Not so many people in SPA center which is really nice. Even cheapest Rooms are big enough, and what is also good is that wi-fi coveres all territory right to the beach Ps lifeguard Hussein was really helpful

Nice place to stay and to relax on your holiday. Very decent size of the rooms, good food quality and most important beach area. Italian restaurant is amazing, food is just like in Italy. Great, that possible to travel with your pet, and they will take care of it. Good fitness and Felix programs, for kids also great water park.

Very good quality hotel! Food is delicious! Staff is very good! Also they have so many activitis for all! Heated pool and aquapark! And they have pet hotel also. In the room they have Loccitane cosmetiks. Hotel is near to Antalya airport and shopping street is near to hotel! I really reccommend!
