This hotel is absolutely AMAZING. I’m telling you now anyone who even puts anything less than a 4 star review for this place should never be allowed to review anything ever again. This place is like a palace it’s absolutely huge. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless I’ve never seen a hotel with so many cleaners working all day and all night cleaning everything. The food has a massive variety from the different restaurants available and will always be able to find something you will enjoy. The staff are amazing and so so friendly. People that are complaining about them not talking English are talking absolute nonsense. There is always someone around that can speak English well enough for you to be able to get whatever you need. There is 3 pools and all a big size and again cleaned regularly and are spotless. I cannot wait to return to this place.
The one and only minor complaint I have about the hotel is that there is only free WiFi in the lobby area and if you want wifi around the hotel in the other areas you need to pay €18 for a week to pay for the payable internet and a lot of time will stop working. I would recommend you to purchase a Turk cell SIM card instead so you can use the internet wherever you are and works out cheaper.

Stayed in this hotel back in June 2019 when I had my teeth done. I was amazed by the ottoman style and how much there was in the complex (it takes around 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the beach on the complex, that's how big it is with lots to do).
The surroundings are stunning, with pillars, greenery, turtles etc. all around.
All inclusive is great, food was often tasty. Drinks tasted cheap but for all inclusive drinks you can't complain.
Staff allowed us to stay and enjoy the all inclusive offers after check out before our flight.
Some staff were rude, talking about my friends in Turkish and when asked what they said they said they could not translate into English (but their English were very good so I doubted this).
Guests were primarily Russian, German and Middle-Eastern. Everyone loved to stare, take videos etc. of my friends without permission. Was very awkward, some staff laughed during these situations.
But overall, the hotel and everything it offers is excellent, but better people skills from staff and trying to attract nicer guests would make it 10/10.

Stayed at Sera Club 18-25thJune, on arrival hotel looks very opulent with ornate fixtures and huge Chandeliers, was met by doorman, who took luggae and after check in, took us up to our room,again very opulent, although I agree with other reviews air con is not great.
Food is reasonable and mostly catered for eastern european taste, not a lot of brits at hotel although thats not a criticism, the drinks are local brand only and average, although the red wine is the worst I have every experienced anywhere.
I noticed at the lobby bar they had some branded drinks and asked for a Jack Daniels, was informed this was chargeable and would be 8euro a glass or 60 euro a bottle, absolute rip off! so refused
The enterainment is reasoable mostly house music from DJ's, they did advertise a "drifters tribute"although they never sang any drifters songs only some more house music??
Their "vintage night was the same, some charachters dressed up as elvis etc dancing to more house music? They did have a band on one night and they were decent.
Pools are busy with no loungers after 9, although there were terraces off the pool with more loungers and you also have the beach.
There is very little in the vincinty of the hotel, so you are pretty much confined to the hotel.
Staff are great, give them a tip and they really look after you.
They have 3 "a la carte's a Mexican which was closed, a Sushi which we never tried and a mongolian which was nice although not quite a la carte, you are handed a bowl on arrival to fill with produce, which you then hand over, they cook it for you and bring it to your table, in and out in 30 mins.
Overall for the price we paid it was decent value, but there a lot better 5* hotels in Turkey that I would prefer.

I don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion I think this hotel deserves a review. Totally AVOID this hotel at all expense if you want a pleasant holiday. We stayed for 7 nights 28th May - 4th June and we were really disappointed.
On arrival the suited man at the front entrance wanted us to unload our luggage and put it on their trolley, when I refused he eventually did it. After that they damaged our new luggage by pulling it out from the middle of other piled up luggages when delivering to the room. When complained about it, no one wants to take responsibility. If you have any complaints or queries no one wants to take ownership or responsibility, they try and flog you off from one person to the next without a resolution, the damage to my luggage was a problem for the ‘bell boys’ nothing to do with the hotel apparently.
In this day and age wifi should be standard around the hotel, but here it’s only free at the lobby even then with limited coverage. You can pay for wifi internet at €18 for 7 days, they charge it to your room and want you to pay for it 2 days before you checkout otherwise they block your room card preventing you from entering the room until it’s paid.
The women and gentlemen at the reception were equally as rude, they don’t want to hear and complaints, and they threaten you with blocking your card to prevent you from entering the room.
The vast majority of the staff don’t speak or understand English, so it’s difficult to communicate with anyone, even something as standard as ordering drinks to the table seems to upset and annoy most of the staff. They would try and stop serving you food and drink long before the official closing time, by providing pathetic options of limited availability because it’s “closing time”. When you manage to put an order in, you can almost guarantee to get it about half hour later with half the order missing.
The AC in the room only works 50% of the time. The room service is non existent.
The hotel is dated and in need of modernisation, there are no kettle in the rooms, no options for requesting an iron, they are very tight with toilet rolls, shampoo and shower gels.
Swimming pools are small, and kids slide is really pathetic.
The hotel is located at the end of lara beach, it’s a stoney beach on this side, it’s a 10 mins taxi ride to main shops and markets.
My advise to hotel management would be that, if you really care about your guests, put things right or compensate when you get it wrong, and to totally understand a customer experience have a week of a ‘mystery shopper’ stay.
To potential guests you are really better off with another hotel even if you have to pay that little bit extra, where you will be greeted with a smile and treated as proper guests.

Overall, the hotel is good, but it’s definitely not a five star hotel. The interior of the hotel is impressive, but everything else is average.
The staff, beside the receptionists do not speak english very well, so communication may be a problem.
The beach (sunbeds, coffee tables and wooden paths) shall be cleaner.
Location- beside Migros Supermarket, and few souvenir shops there is nothing more. If you would like to have a night walk, you should definitely take a taxi to go to old town. Taxis are not expensive at all.
It is ridiculous that Internet is payable. We decided to buy Hotel’s internet packages (18 euros for 7 days per one telephone plus extra package of 9 euros for 3 days per telephone) in order to stay connected. One night before our departure, hotel blocked our cards, so that we cannot enter the room before we pay the internet. This is also ridiculous, because we were supposed to pay the internet on the checkout.
Taking everything in consideration, this hotel deserves no more than 3 stars.

My room was most comfortable and most beautiful with a splendid view on the sea, all people working in the hotel are very lovely - from the cleaning lady on the floor, to restaurant waiters and starting from lovely receptionists of the hotel. They are ALL extremely cheerful, helpful and cordially friendly. Amazing atmosphere! I brought this warmth home with me. Thank you , Mehmet ,Negi and Mustafa which are working on the reception desk , for your constant support , care and worming welkome! You made my stay unforgetabble and I really do want to come back again. And my special enormous THANK YOU goes to the SPA administrator VERANIKA from Belorussia , which made my stay most comfortable with arranging all the massages I needed plus providing most helpful information and help about everything around. VERANIKA is open and cheerful, always ready to help guests with a smallest question which may arise , and not only about spa procedures. She is always ready to answer any questions, help with any problem but at the same time to offer the best spa procedures ,give a good advise and tip about spa at the most comfortable time and manner for you. The best SPA administrator ever ! Personal thank you to spa manager Nico (and a spa team) for creating a magic worming amazing atmosphere in the spa and taking such a good care about guests of the hotel. It is really the spa royale but in the warm friendly atmosphere at the same time! Initially upon arrival the Hotel is a bit of a shock as everywhere is decorated like the Stately Rooms of Buckingham Palace or similar but once you get past that, you find yourself immersed in fabulous luxury and spoilt by the attentive yet not intrusive staff who are the backbone of the establishment.
Rooms are lovely; huge beds with plenty of space to hold a football match; the rooms and hotel generally are spotless, cleaners are on constant rotation maintaining the standards. Everything is clean and replenished daily by 10am!
Food?! Well, it's easier to list the things they don't cater and have, the food is amazing and service is something that UK 5 star hotels should aspire to! They even cater for vegans. It's good, local food, international cuisine and they still serve burgers, nuggets and fries for the few Americans that travel this far.
Honestly! If you are looking for somewhere that has proper 5 star facilities, from kids clubs, spa treatments, bars, restaurants etc! You won't find better! Chuck in that it is right on Lara Beach with its own private section, the fact you can be off the plane, on the beach, drink in hand within 25 minutes (assuming you haven't arrived with PauperJet who lost your luggage) for £80 a night. I would challenge anyone to tell me somewhere better exists.
I can tell you it doesn't, because they dont have Nur, a lady who spent 3 days replenishing our drinks as we just hit empty with a knowing nod, sharing tattoo stories and showing that Antalya is a place to visit.

We’re recently back from staying here and would turn around and go back already.
Our stay was the best ever. Every element our the holiday was catered for. It has a tortoise garden where they roam around, our boys loved it here. Too many to many to count eating and relaxing places in the grounds, some shaded all with seating and tables. You can even sunbath on the purpose made verandas against the sea away from all eyes. It has its own mini beach and sea where toddlers and young children are safe and cannot get into deep water. It has its own mini shopping area, Casino. Bowling alley, hairdressers, gym, sauna, the list goes on and on.
I must say being greeted with a welcome good morning each day from staff was beautiful. A particular member of staff from the events Team ‘Melisa’ Shone out above all. A big shining smile, her welcome and her interaction with our boys and the adults was amazing. Her helpfulness was outstanding. She really is the jewel in Hotel sera Crown! But I must say that all members of staff were very attentive to our needs We recommended it
Don’t let the fact that it’s a distance from the town of Antalya put you off, It only cost £6 for taxi outside the hotel to get you to the 25 minute ride into town. Our taxi driver even waited for us to take us back when I went into town to collect my repaired ring. It cost £65 to have a diamond cluster ring replaced with 4 diamonds and reclawed. I was Quoted £500 in the uk. He also reclawed polished and rhodium plated another ring for £20 while we waited. Antalya old town is a beautiful place, it’s huge and intricate. It could take a few visits to see everything but worthwhile. Overall our experience was amazing. Loved it.

Just got back from 10 days at sera and had a lovely time certain parts were not open like the Mexican restaurant and the night club but did not effect us. Found the staff very friendly and the complex clean and well looked after. Evening Entertainment was good but one downfall that I will put in the bad points below. There is not a great deal outside the resort but you can get essentials and local goods but the old town is a 15/20 min taxi ride away as is the shopping mall and taxis are very cheap, around £7.50 to town or mall.
Bad points Weddings - they seen to hold weddings at weekends and it truly would be a great place to marry but it’s has a detrimental effect on holiday guests. The food suffers, the staff become sparse, and the entertainment is non existent and they take the table and chairs from the other bars to cater for the wedding.
Complex shop - DO NOT buy from here they make prices up and are not consistent along with be extremely over priced, walk 2 mins up the road to have local shops and supermarket with you need at realistic prices.
The hotel is lovely with comfy beds but certain aspects could do with a refresh.
Internet is only available in the lobby for free but outside of that you need to pay and is hit and miss all over the complex.
Over all a enjoyable experience and found the whole stay very reasonable for what you get. I would return so I think that says it all. Are there better hotels in the area of course but more expensive so gets 9 out of 10 for value for money.

I visited Club Sera on 17/9/2020 with my partner to pay for day access to experience the facilities. We previously spoke to 3 people on the phone to ask for details and also visited the hotel reception in person to clarify. Today we were turned away after travelling 30 minutes to the hotel, as we did not have our physical passports on us. Not ONCE was this mentioned in our many contact points. Neither would they accept a copy on our phones. The worst part of it all was not the denied entry, as I now understand this is not a hotel I would want to give ANY business too, it’s the disrespectful, rude and overall 1* service received. I’ve travelled well, lived in London and Dubai and experienced true 5* service. This hotel is an embarrassment and deserves barely 1*. So many beautiful hotels in Antalya! Do NOT visit this hotel. You’ll be disappointed! Take note of all the negative comments here and take your custom elsewhere!
