Great value for money. The cleanliness from the room to the sea deserves special praise, as well as the excellent staff - polite and helpful. Very good location - the city center is not far, next to the hotel there is both a pedestrian promenade along the sea and street shopping on the other side. Thank to the hotel staff for a great holiday!

We were on holiday with two small kids. The staff was very friendly and helped every time. The hotel is clean and spacious. There are a lot of lifts so there has no waiting. The food was every day diffrent and delicious. Especially their baklava and burger in the snack bar. The room was cleaned every day. We had a room on 2nd floor. Airco worked great. Minibar was filled every time we consumed drinks. The pools worked from 10 till 18h, which I find too short. I suggest to prolong till 20h, especially in the summer. The beach is nice and clean. I was surprised how the seawater is clean. But the best was the wifi. We had great wifi in the room, on the pool, on the beach, in the restaurant. The hotelnis nice situated and not so far from the centre. We went with taxi for 3euro. Also outside the hotel, there is a nice promenade where you can take a nice walk after the dinner.

Not the 5* hotel compared to others that we have visited before, and here are the main reasons why: 1. Too many people and not enough space. By that I mean that the pool and the beach are too small for the hotel that has capacity of 1000/1500 people (not enough sunbeds at first place), waiting in the line for every meal at least for 20 min 2. Most of the drinks (alcohol ones for example) you can get only at the loby of the hotel but not at the beach and if you can, it will be in those little plastic glasses for children 3. If you say all inclusive service, yes, you are not limited with the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and drinks for the whole day, but besides that you can only pick ice cream from 14 to 16. To continue with this topic, for that many people you can't put the time of the meals so thight (breakfost from 8 to 10 with late breakfasts till 11, than lunch from 12 to 14 and than put the gap in between till dinner at 19 till 21 4. the food is okay, pretty much the same every two days they change the menu a little bit 5. the entrence to the sea at the beach is a little bit rocky, not sandy as it says 6. not enough staff. By that, not enough waiters, receptionists, cleaning staff but I must say theay are really great and always try to help as much as they can 7. This one has to do just with our case. We payed extra 100 dollars at the agency to get a room with balcony and at first we didn't. We got something like a closed terrace, but after three days the room was changed. Good thing is that the hotel is really clean from rooms to the beach and as I said the staff is great. All in all the price doesn't match the quality and it definitely doesn't deserve a 5*, it's a 3.5

What surprised us is that the all inclusive arrangement, as described on the website is no longer like that. We actually got full board with the use of certain parts of the hotel services. In practice, this means the following: a) There is no unlimited consumption of food and drinks ther are periods for breakfast, lunch or dinner and if you do not eat in that period you will not get food until the next, because for example at 14:00 the restaurant is locked, guests driven out b) The times for meals are short, for example 1 hour and 30 minutes for a hotel with a capacity of 800 to 1000 guests so that many guests did not have time to eat c) The number of seats in the restaurant is limited (267) so for each meal there was a huge queue to enter and wait until someone else came out (pictures will be attached) d) You are not allowed to take food by yourself in a restaurant, the staff puts food on your plate, which leads to the creation of new queues inside the restaurant e) When serving, the staff does not take into account the norm of portions that every restaurant has (a meat 125-150 gr., side dish 200 gr, salad 80, etc.), but they put very little food on you and if you want you have to go back to the end of the line. f) The part where you could get ice cream was open from 2 pm to 4 pm, so we are not talking to the all inclusive service that you eat available items whenever or as much as you want g) The same thing applies to the snack bar in the hotel and on the beach where only two types of food and a couple of drinks (coffee, water, cola, beer) are served, also they work from 10-17 - which means that here too you cannot eat something if you have not managed to grab breakfast / lunch/dinner h) The use of the pool, fitness, spa is also limited, so you are not able to have an evening rest by the pool, drinks with friends or night swimming i) The only bar where you can get a drink is in the hotel lobby, where you also wait in lines, and it is also open from 10 am to 12 am, which means that you are forced to go to a cafe outside the hotel for chilling out with your travel companions or go to sleep j) And to make the impression complete we had several breakage on electricity and water in the hotel, so if you didn’t take a shower until 9 am and you didn’t because you were in line for dinner or at dinner, then you could only do it in the morning. These things shocked the guests from various countries, specially from Western Europ, because what I have just described to you is not an all inclusive service, and not a quality level for 5* hotel. These kind of things could be expected at 3*. Maybe it is time to put this hotel for stars review at Turkish chamber of commerce and tourism. The fact is that the Safe Tourism Program is in force in Turkey, where all hotels with over 30 rooms must meet certain hygiene and epidemiological measures, but as far as I understand from the regulations, it refers to sanitation and disinfection measures - not service restrictions hotel. After lots of crowding they allowed self-service in one part of the restaurant for the last few days, but nothing significant has changed. In the end, for the amount paid for the stay, the 5 * hotel did not provide adequate service. It is undeniable that we would probably decided to go on holiday to this hotel, but we should have been informed about this when choosing a hotel and considering things listed - price should have been lower.
