Directly on the beautiful Kleopatra Beach, this hotel has incredible views, a terrific manager, very clean, great to have a pool to cool off, free beach chairs, right in middle of all the resturants and tourist activities, landscape parks, attractions, everything. I will definitely be back.

Ordered a trip with hotel and hotel decided to cancel my booking !!!!!!!! Please do not book this hotel since they can cancel your trip any time without worrying to say sorry or to inform in advance. You plan your trip, your vacation and you just have to get mad because they are doing what they want.

Clean hotel. Tastefully decorated Techno music from hotel next door 10 am to 12.30. Techno music in the hotels restraint all doy. Request to turn it down even a bit fell on deaf ears. Ideal if you love a throbbing base blasting from when you wake up until you go to bed. A real shame had the makings of a nice hotel

Great hotel, good loacition. Nice and clean room. But there are to mutch music noice from the clubs around, cant sit on the gallery in the eavning and talk, the music is to loud. They dont turn off the music before 00.00 to 01.00. We have to go out and eat somewhere else an dond come back to the hotel before after the clubs have closed. Not a good hotel for those who want relaxing holydays.

Have just had a good week at Royalisa Palmiye Beach (adult only) We were a little afraid after reading other (old) review from this hotel, as not all found it good. The Hotel are very central placed in Alanya, you are able to walk to Town and Harbor, but you also have the bus around 100 meters from the hotel. Taxa about 80 meters. We came in the afternoon, and had a great welcome at the hotel, got a room at the right side at the hotel, as the other side can be a little bit noisy. We found a great room, not big, but good in size. Hotel are renovated over the winter 2021/22 so everything was new. Great beds, great room, staff in reception was verry friendly, and helpfully. Staff in the restaurant/bar was running very fast, from the morning until late in the evening, but have always time to a small talk, and was also very helpfully. Breakfast included was good, but not international, as there was a lot of local food. There was fresh fruit every day. The cleaning girls was very effective and left a perfectly clean room every day. Only thing we miss was a built-in freezer in the refrigerator, and an adjustable holder for the shower. We will be back.…

I came with my family in July, it is a very nice hotel, the pool is cleaned every day. The hotel's bathroom is clean and newly made beds are clean and comfortable The hotel's rooms have a minibar, there is a safe, the internet is fast, it has a very nice view, the location of the hotel is incredible and the food is great
