This is not a five- star hotel, 3 stars at a push I would like to meet the person who graded this hotel and give them a piece of my mind. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and worn you can see the under lay it's so worn. plus, all round the pool there are so many tiles missing they also need to buy some new cd's they played the same one over and over again by the pool. The food is the same each day it's like groundhog day. Keep away from this Hotel. Tui, please send your advisor round to this hotel I didn't think you been to grade this hotel for years. The plus is the room is nice and big and clean.

Hotel's Favourite
We had a lovely relaxing week here. Rooms were lovely and clean, maintained everyday. We had a great spacious balcony with a great view overlooking the pool and the sea. Although the hotel was extremely quiet there was a wonderful choice of food available at each meal time. We attended the Didon Tunisian Restaurant one night and the food was also lovely. Staff were a credit to the hotel from our check in until our leaving, all so helpful and pleasant, nothing was ever too much trouble. Pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and a lovely beach area out front. Indoor pool and spa area very nice, the pool was very refreshing. The hotel in general was maintained to a high standard (agreed the corridors were a little dingy but I didn't go to stay there!) We would definitely come back to stay again.

We arrived at 1030pm we were asked to fill in a form then sent to our room with a porter, once in the room we asked the porter for our key he said he would be back in 10 mins with it! Half an hour later no porter or key. Husband went back to reception and was told no keys until tomorrow? He said we wanted to go get a drink and some food so how can we get back in the room and was told they would let us back in, he came back up to get me where I turned on the lights in the bathroom and all the electric went off, so off to reception I went to tell them all electric in room blown. Maintenance came up and ripped off the box on the wall and twisted all the wires together sparks going everywhere lights on and off and then eventually everything came back on then rammed box back on and left. We went for a wander and asked to get back in the room we were told to go back upstairs (4 floors ) and wait and someone will come 30 mins later stood in the dark as the lights are on sensors and keep going out no came so off went my husband again to reception where eventually he came back with someone to let us in. Air con is useless didn’t go below 24.5 all week ( despite being on all the time thanks to the twisted wires) Food repeated every day just in different places and very slow at restocking after other guests piled the plates high and waisted most of it! Pool extremely murky, had black creatures swimming in it, so many tiles missing. Reception staff the rudest people I’ve ever met, they lie to you all the time. They hate changing money even though they tell you to do it at your hotel reception. Waiters only give a service of sorts if you tip them well. Hallway lights on sensors kept going off so walked to rooms or lifts in the dark. Worn out grubby carpets. Pool boys too busy looking after the people who have tipped them even saving the beds for them. The entertainment team did do a fabulous water aerobics daily never seen so many people join in although it’s the same music in the same order everyday! Evening entertainment really poor. Paid £40 for late checkout room it was even worse condition the our original the air con control fell straight off the wall when we tried to turn it on. Only good thing was going to the Hard Rock Cafe for 3 evenings cheapest one we’ve ever been too with fabulous staff and air con. Really don’t think this hotel comes anywhere near 5 star it’s a 3 star at best with extremely poor service.

We are a group of pensioners and we have been saving for a vacation in Tunisia for over a year. We paid for the 5-star hotel Concorde Green Park Palace, but it does not meet the standards, which we only found out on the spot. A luxury hotel has turned into a hotel full of dirt, mold and disastrous services. We paid about €1,000 per person for a holiday with all inclusive services. Kartago travel agency did not deliver what was the subject of the offer. She deprived us of the joy of our vacation. She made us hell. ARRIVAL: At the airport, they made us wait in the bus for an hour and a half. Boring, without the possibility to drink. Because they say they only have one delegate on x buses, and she was ranting and raving about everything on her own. ROOM: The card for entering the rooms did not work(!). We couldn't get into the room. Despite several desperate attempts to solve it at the reception. After 2 hours, one of the employees finally lent us his universal card for 24 hours. Notable of course. Just by the way, we could open any room in the hotel with her. Safety above all else. Wifi: The guaranteed wifi in the rooms was not working. Sometimes it was possible to catch a signal in one of the rooms - but only the signal from the neighboring (!) hotel. You also had to lean out of the balcony. Air conditioning: it dripped on our heads. Telephone in the room (landline): non-functional Safe: non-functional Cups: missing Electric kettle: missing from the rooms. They brought it only on repeated request. Of course, again noteworthy. Minibar: completely empty, despite the fact that it should have various soft drinks. When we complained to the delegate, he rudely rebuffed us by saying that they have few staff and we have to refill the minibar ourselves. Bathroom: toilet brush, towels, hygiene items were missing, toilet paper was also missing in some rooms - desperate people went to "steal" it from the toilet at the reception. On some days we only had boiling water. When we wanted to take a shower, we had to cool a bottle of table water in the refrigerator and then dilute it in a second bottle of boiling water. And instead of showering, we poured water from a bottle in the bathtub. Balcony: It could not be used because there was 3 cm of water on the floor. After several emergencies, they solved the problem only after 3 days. HOTEL: The light in the corridors in many places did not shine at all, so one had a problem finding one's room in the dark. There was also a problem with the light in the toilet. People there were shining their cellphones. Common areas: not air conditioned which was crazy in the heat there. Carpets in the corridor and in the elevator: totally dirty, moldy and smelly. The attached photos show how the carpets looked in the corridor and in the elevator of the 5* hotel. A RESTAURANT: Such dirt that it made one want to vomit. Dirty plates, cutlery, glasses. Dried roses in vases (see photo). The weak menu and catastrophic hygiene absolutely did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel. For example, breakfast started at 7:00 a.m., but the pastries had not been put out at 7:15 a.m. (see photo) The level corresponded to a maximum 3* hotel. BEACH: we were not warned in advance about the possible appearance of a large number of jellyfish, which made it almost impossible to bathe in the sea without painful stings. Even on the beach, they blackmailed and asked for black money. For example, for mattresses for beach chairs. Not to mention the rude waiters at the pool bar. Whirlpool in the pool: non-functional The tiles in the outdoor pool had fallen off and you could easily get injured on the sharp edges between the missing tiles (see photo). THE DELEGATE AND OUR COMPLAINT EFFORTS: No one dealt with our complaints on the spot. CK Kartágo was represented by a third-rate, unbelievably rude delegate, Ali, who gave his hand away from everything. (He was not from us, he was local - he knew the Czech language.) He refused to write a complaint with us, which we asked him to do on the morning of the second day after arrival. He even went on an aggressive attack and repeatedly shouted that we "flow" him and he is not our slave. And that he is not here to deal with our complaints. Unbelievable and outrageous what this incompetent tragedian displayed. That we should deal with complaints at the reception and not bother him with it. Upon our reminder that he is a delegate who officially represents the Carthage travel agency, he began to scream again as if he had lost his senses, that he is not our slave. And what do we do to solve the fact that the wifi does not work in the room of the 5* hotel - we have to go down from the 4th floor to the reception and catch the signal there. By the way, you did get a signal at the reception (sometimes not), but the air conditioning didn't work there at all, so people were boiling in their own juice. We then tried to write a complaint at the reception. Again unsuccessfully - the receptionist nervously and arrogantly declared that he has no time for our complaints. SUMMARY: The facility did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel at all. The level is close to 3* hotels. Dozens of published negative reviews testify to the catastrophic level of this hotel. They report on similar problems that we experienced.

First of all let me say we have taken holidays in Tunisia for the last 10 years so I am well aware of the standards to expect, but this hotel really hits the bottom. Travelled with TUI for 11 nights. Let me start with the good and bad- Good. Can not fault the room, we upgraded to a suite and it was massive with a wrap around balcony giving good veiws of the pool and sea. Waiter and room cleaner first class. Bad. Reception-rude, unhelpful and very slow to do anything. We arrived at about 1pm to be told fill in this form, which we did and took it back to be told room not ready go for lunch. Had lunch returned to reception and told room not ready go have a drink. Did that waited another hour went back and had to explain we had been on the go since 1.30 this morning and had been waiting around for the last 2 hours. A room key appeared and was told very nice room and the most miserable porter I have ever seen took our cases and we followed him. To be shown to a standard room, back down to reception to explain it was the wrong room and we had booked a suite. Another wait of 30 mins and another room key we finally had a room. Apparently it was my fault because I didnt tell them I had booked a suite, do they not have a booking system !! Food. Very poor quality with limited choice, when you first go in you may think wow what a spread but after a couple of days you realise its the same food with some of the trays moved around. Pool. Dirty with grit and other debris on the bottom, green and murky at times with lots of tiles missing and the white plastic pool surrounds either missing or broken. Every 2-3 days after the pool boys had cleared everyone out of the pool they would go round a throw handfuls of chlorine granuales in, in 10 days we only saw the pool cleaned once. Early morning the poolside was like a bomb site with plates, cups and litter everywhere and was like that for most of the morning. The pool boys are to busy laying out towels for their favourites to do the job they are paid for. Beach. Dirty and lots of sharp plastic just under the sands surface. If you go in the sea beware of the biting fish and the jellyfish. Secuity on the beach is a joke and I am sure they were taking backhanders to allow the beach sellers closer and among the sunbeds. Hotel. Reception a bit gloomy and not inviting, corridors dark and musty with dirty stained carpets. The corridoor lighting was a joke, all on a timer but only lasted maybe 10 seconds so you ended up walking or waiting for the lift in the dark. We thought this was an upmarket version of the Marco Polo (which we have visited) I dont know how this hotel gets above 3 stars. Guests. This is a hard one, 90% of the guests are arabic mainly from algeria and I dont really think I can write what the manners and behaviour is like, not to mention the fighting around the pool and in the resturant. Europeans are in a minority, during our stay we only saw maybe 12 people from the UK. Without mentioning a name even the waiter was shocked how far the standard of guest had fallen. Entertainment. Dire and all music during the day and at night played at very high volume, boom boom boom. Limited activities during the day-darts, keep fit in the pool and some kind of shuffle board late afternoon. no archery, boules or quizzes. Anyway sorry for the long review, there is more I could say but you get the general idea, would I stay here again- Not even if you paid me.

Where do I even begin ? For starters I'm a tunisian resident and I'm going to write this review in English. I went with my Family thinking we chose an excellent hotel but this was far from it ! We arrived and they made us wait for half an hour for our triple room. Not going to lie the room was fantastic and extraordinarily big with a partial sea view and a golf view but upon our arrival someone knocked on our door for ant infestation but we didn't notice any ants but there was definitely a cockroach that we found in our bathroom. The main thing that infuriated us was the food ! It wasn't variable nor properly cooked .. The fruit choices were terrible and it wasn't fresh either We had an mishap at the restaurant one night where one of the male waiters literally ignored us when we insisted for him to clean our table my sister literally heard him curse and use bad verbials .. I left the restaurant immediately leaving my meal behind. The last points where I will try to make it short : There was no nightly animation, no air conditioning at the restaurant only fans going off .. We had a triple room but no extra third bed only a sofa .. The carpets in hallways were stinking moldy ..They serve moderately cool water and sodas not cold .. and lastly the reception was unbearably hot and dark ! for the few positive things : we loved our room and how airy and clean. We also fell in love with our bathroom ! the biggest and most stylish bathroom that we ever had in hotel. The beach was stinking clean .. No seaweed .. no medusas and golden sands Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay !

We came back from this hotel a day ago and even tough I never write reviews, I feel like I have to in this case because my vacation almost ended in the hospital. Firstly, when we arrived, they made us wait in the lobby for a few hours. It was hot and only later they told us we could go order something at a bar. Porter also didin't allow us to take our luggage, which is absolutely stupid. Finally we got called to the reception table and got our room cards, they marked our suitcases and porter took it to our room...which was already taken! Oh, and our suitcases were dropped 4-5 times on the way to the room and back to the lobby, thank god nothing was broke inside. When we got to our room, there were no towels and no water, but we were too tired to go complain about it. Overall, staff was quite friendly, cocktails were good, especially in the evening bar that opens at 6pm, animators were a lot of fun, but my main complaint is food. On my third day I wasn't able to leave my room because I got food poisoning. In the evening it got better and I was able to eat again, but on my fifth day I really tought I will end up at the hospital. My stomach was hurting like crazy, I couldn't keep water down and I got quite a big fever. It was worst experience I ever had. My husband then noticed that they serve raw eggs (whites are still runny), omlete, which is reheated, is kept in a fridge next to raw eggs, chicken was raw on few occasions, ice cream had a mold taste to it and wasn't freezed properly, pizza was made out of old sausages from last days breakfast. I wasn't able to go next to that restaurant for my entire holiday. I didin't eat for three days and it was the best decision I could make. I'm glad I got away without any more seriuos issues. So if you go this hotel - please be careful or even better - avoid it. Cause with these standards it can get dangerous very quickly. I understand that the hotel is big and staff can't always manage to notice every detail, but I believe if you pay quite a lot of money for a vacation you expect them to be responsible. I can wait longer for the food, but please cook it properly.

As a close-knit team, we are collectively committed to providing our guests with a superb experience. Our reputation and high return guest ratio attests that we usually get it right, so it is distressing not to have been able to in your case, for which we again apologise.  just speaking of food poisoning, we haven't had any cases among our 950 customers!!! so if you have a sensitive stomach that's another thing and we hope you get better

Hotel looked lovely from outside but the corridors/lifts need updating. Couldn’t fault the staff and although you do get a bit fed up of food at an All inclusive there was always plenty of choice. Could do with an on-site shop that sells basics.
