I Stayed in this Hotel for 06 days During the period of July -August. First what to expect : - 3 Pools : One for Adults + One for kids + A covered one (not free) - Private beach; Gym; Free Parking; Wifi; Bar & Lounge; Night Club (free entree) - SPA (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Face treatment)(not free) - The Rooms: Small TV, Balcony; Free toiletries, Air Conditoning, the floor is covered with Carpet The Good: - The best thing about this hotel is its location, it's really close to manny beaches, to Hannibal attraction park, Aqua Palace (Aquatic games); Port El Kantaoui and other attractions. - The food is good, its an open buffet. - The Pools are great, Large and there is one for kids. - The Rooms are clean and with good views; The Shower is Big with a Bath. - Free entree to the Nightclub except for the weekends The Bad: - The Wifi is really Slow, You have no Connection in the rooms. - The Rooms are a bit Small and Old, The TV is Small with 4 or 5 Channels. - The Beach is small and full of algae. - The Staff is not that great, some of them are really rude. - The Nightclub is verry loud so expect it to be noisy really late at night. - The Food is good but the restaurant is really crowded; somtimes you have to wait up to 30minutes to get a plate. - Most of the residents of the Hotel are Young Algerians/tunisians, so i don't recommend it to families, especially at night the Club attract a lot of people.…
It’s a very nice hotel with superb rooms. They even have carpets in the rooms and stunning bathrooms and the food in the restaurant is superb and freshly cooked in front of you. It’s very close to the port and beach and plenty of things to do locally
Just got back hotel wasn’t bad food wasn’t the best very pretty surroundings but kept awake with the nightclub downstairs from 1 am till about 4 every night. The guests were mostly Algerian hardly any women which made me feel uncomfortable only us and one other English couple. Will always go back to Tunisia but probably not this hotel.
I visited this lovely hotel with a friend, she paid for this trip , we were both taken back with the welcome we got from the staff , they were so polite and helpful through out our visit to Tunisia . The food was very good with polite service . The rooms were clean and quite a good size , I just don't understand some of the negative reviews some visitors have given this lovely hotel , all I can think is that they don't want you to know how good this hotel is so it don't get fully booked and they can't get booked in next time. I liked this hotel and will be returning again for 2 weeks on 31 Aug 2019 but this time I will be alone and paying for it myself hope to get a room on 6th floor where the views are amazing.
We have been in this hotel for 4 wonderful days, we loved how clean and welcoming is the hotel, the stuff is kind and polite. We will absolutely return the next year... Magnifique hotel. Le personnel est très acueillant et tellement gentil
