I just checked in yesterday at hasbrubal Djerba prestige And let me tell you something I cannot describe enough how is this iconic palace of hotel kind is beautiful, peaceful and majestic to spend some days for work or leisure Indeed it is a first class choice. first for the building , furniture space of its suites even the small one environment, features, high products and royal facilities Second is for the staff “ professional “ like a personal butler 7 star and I really mean it because I am coming from a first class industry of business and easily I can identify those touch points and first impression - third for the food and it’s local and internal selection Bio bio bio The stay includes breakfast with its personalized service silver cutlery and ceramic fine cookery Hence with my review, I am just wondering that many people in Tunisia tourism are underestimating the value and quality of this hotel chain Comparing to the other international competitors here in Djerba with reference to value of money and quality of service safety and time spent Bravo bravo bravo and keep up the good work Regards Fathia Brik

What a shame! For this sort of establisment, I was asked 72€ just to add my wife on my already paid room! On top of that, we didn't even have a room with a double bed. Only two single beds, although the hotel was aware at check in. Additionally there was a party next door to the hotel and the room was very noisy. I had to wear earbuds to get rest. Pillows were way too thick anyway! Window blinds didn't darken the room. At 5AM expect to be up by the sun penetrating thru the glass door of the bathroom or the thin curtains of the window. Yet staff are ok and hotel facilities are WOW. The room is huge and of high quality but you can't get rest in it!!! The director on the other hand didn't care much about my remarks and just said : " noted "! For this level of service, this is not proper behavior! Breakfast is ok but only until 10AM even on weekends! Bar closes at midnight, if you want a drink late only the room service is available! I found hair on my towel and the door would close, we had to slam it to close it! To put in a nutshell my wife and myself were unimpressed by the quality versus the price! Try someplace else. Picture taken at 6AM... Impossible to sleep well!

High end resort hotel. Lovely beach, plus indoor pool. The staff are very dedicated to accommodating the guests. Restaurant serves very good local and international food, with a good wine list of Tunisian and French wines.

This hotel in general are like pensionat. If you want to have super calm holidays, it’s a place for you! There is only old people in the hotel. It is very hard to find a free sun bed, cause all are taken by old people who are holding them while they are sleeping for a noon nap at their rooms and they are puting stretchers on the beds just to hold them until they come back. Moreover, staff are very not intrested in helping their guests. They are very rude. You cannot even speak at the beach, because people are complaining about imaginary noise. I am not even talking about the music which seems to be forbiden in this hotel. Once I was just walking along the corridor and scrolling somebody’s storry from instagram and cleaning stopped me and said quiet people are sleeping. And it was 11:30 in the afternoon. The only thing which is good about the hotel is very good rooms. That’s it. I never write the complains but this time I couldn’t hold it. I am travelling a lot and changing hotels very often, 3 times per month. But with this hotel I am very dissatisfied.
