Best of all, Zodiac Hotel makes it easy to experience some great Hammamet attractions like George Sebastian Villa, which is a popular architectural building.
At Zodiac, your comfort and satisfaction come first, and they look forward to welcoming you to Hammamet.
We had a lovely stay at the Zodiac hotel, obviously the slides and many pools were a big draw to our toddler who had the time of his young life. For us personally the kindness of the personnel made all the difference, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay.
After first arriving at 2.30am there was no one at reception to greet us. A family of 4 and 2 elderly adults. We were eventually taken to our rooms on the 5th floor to where there is no lift available. Once we got to our room, we were given 2 pillows and 2 towels between 4 of us. No coat hangers for the wardrobe and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Both parties changed rooms in the morning however it was only after our 1st day that we realised they don’t cater for the English. Their daily activity programme is great, but they don’t speak to you in English or announce anything other than french. The food is cold, boring and very much the same thing day after day. You have to race to save yourself a table as the french just push in And take over. This is not a English friendly hotel. Their was no mini golf as advertised. You couldn’t use the indoor pool as it was closed and no gym . This is our 5th visit to Tunisia and we will NOT be returning…
The hotel supposed to be 4 star Hotel. Definitely it is not! Rooms not bad but there is a lot they have to work on. My 6 month old daughter was bitten by bed bugs. Every two days there was no water in the room. In the kids pool someone left a surprise (poo) for another half an hour no one came even though they were advised that it happened. Food not bad but you have to be careful as sometimes it is old food they are giving or is not fully cooked. Everyone wants the tips for everything even though they have not done anything. Not English at all. The Hotel is only for French people which is a little bit discriminating. The only good thing about the Hotel is Entertainment team that deserve a big thank you. Do not take anything before asking the price. Awful people who wants to take a lot of money from you. Never coming back to Tunisia pr Zodiac again. Not recommend!!!…
Please avoid this hotel, if you can help it. No AC in the lobby or anywhere on this property, except inside the room while it is 45 degrees outside. The rooms looked outdated and could use some remodeling. The hotel staff were highly unprofessional and resented questions and requests. I didn't like the place and was highly disappointed about the condition of the hotel (hygiene, service, timeliness, and cost), so when I brought our concerns to the man who presented himself as the hotel manager/owner, he said we can leave and they will reimburse our payment in cash. They then reported to Booking.com that we were a no show, which was not true.
I speak and write as a hotelier in the Channel Islands. The fact that we have returned to the Zodiac so many times is proof of our satisfaction with the accommodation, food, politeness of the staff and the dedication of the owners, who are constantly available to supervise and guarantee that even the slightest of problems will be resolved immediately. This is a family-run business with Aymen, Sofien, Karim, their sister and other family members who are constantly on call to be of assistance to whomever may require it. If anyone can find better value for money anywhere in the world, then I would like to know that particular place. The bedroom was impeccable, with a hard-working chambermaid on call throughout the day. with a walk-in shower, large balcony and every facility that one could wish to have. We would like to thank the family for continuing the good work initiated by their late father who created this enterprise.A man of great vision, whose initiative is now being competently carried out by his family. Our sincere thanks to them and all their staff for making our annual visit so enjoyable. Graham and Barbara.…
We (2 families from the UK) spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel and yes it is a very big fat 5 out of 5. OK, this is not a luxury hotel and I think all travellers would know this by the price they would pay. However it delivers a great value for money. Nice reception area, we were greeted with a smile by a friendly lady at the reception (I don’t remember her name). Facilities are good, 2 decent size pools and a beautiful waterpark to entertain the kids. Small kids play area is available next to a small theatre used for mini disco and entertainment. There is a good mix of nationalities, mainly Europeans. All guests are courteous and friendly. Good quality food and very reasonable offer. Nothing too extravagant but it ticks all boxes. It could do with better labelling, as it’s not always easy to tell what’s available. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment, but it must be though for the tourism industry to recover after the 2 years of Covid. Air conditioning wasn’t working when we got to the hotel on 31 May. Sofiene, the Hotel Manager, was very kind and explained that contractually AC starts from 15 June, but he was very kind and get it sorted for the entire hotel (not only my room). Tour operators should mention this key information. A couple of constructive recommendations: - Have better serving utensils - Have a fire extinguisher visible and nearby when they do the fire show, good for the performers and for everyone (hopefully they won’t need to use it) - The 2 night shows we have attended were over stretched, can be done faster Now, last and not least, the staff are just brilliant. They work tirelessly to serve and look after their guests… they do their best using what’s available to them. I am sure a lot of training has gone into that. Special greetings to the man who does the afternoon pancake and to the rest of the team. Very pleased with our 2 days at Zodiac, highly recommended.…

We had an amazing stay there. The hotel is nice and clean in all common areas, we loved the big rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The SPA area is very nice and relaxing. The food is very delicious, there is plenty of choices of a different dishes. The location is good, very close to the beach and very close to the Medina and shopping center.
