Rude front desk....poor service...terrible towles...the worst breakfast.. The pictures speak for itselves...no help from waiters...floor is durty...nothing is hygiene...by the way car parking is so small that you must park outside the hotel.
dot forget to give staff small tips for their service, quiet place, Marina harbor is very close, Gaffe, pizza, shops for necessary things are very close, Dont ask in shops too much because they will try to sell to you everything they have in. Price in shop is fixed, but on the street/market/camel is cutable to its 40% original price.
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and the food was wonderful. Have stayed here many times and always will. Will defo recommend it. We got a really nice room with a good view and the guy on reception even let us check in before the check in time
It the worst hotel I stayed in my life . The hotel is empty and the receptionist very rude The room very dirty and towels small and not clean when I traded to make complain to the hotel manager he stared shower and not accept that room is dirty very rude persone I don’t know what he is manager
We stayed at the Marina Palace late September, it certainly is a very nice hotel, the staff were polite and helpful and went out of their way to satisfy your needs. The hotel and grounds outside were very clean. The outdoor pool was clean but to cold to swim in, with plenty of sun loungers. The bar was very clean and comfortable, with armchairs to relax in also the bar staff were fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean, with blackout curtains there were only two days our room were not cleaned, and we put it down to the coming of the low season. We only found a couple of down sides to this hotel, we went there on half board basis, which was not a good idea as the food was not very good, the food was cold and under cooked. The indoor pool was not heated, it was to cold to swim in it. The biggest problem we found was that you were not allowed to buy bottled water from outside, it had to be bought from the bar which is worked out to be more expensive. We will certainly return back to the Marina Palace Hotel, as apart from the down sides we really enjoyed our holiday there. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff there, and hopefully see you in the New Year.…
Went there for 2 night, staff were not friendly neither professional. Food is horrible, the hotel is not clean but very nice location though. I told the receptionist that the room is not clean, she didn't bother sending someone or even apologising. She only said ok!
Welcome to the Gem of Gems. A first rate third second class room. Where you will be welcomed by a not-functioning flush in toilette. Still not impressed? Than try bath-tub- you will be glad to get it choked in 2 minutes - to offer you swimming pool right in your room, may be. When one seriously have a low season, what bars them from offering best possible room in the given means and price? No Seriously - which reception does not know that which room does no have issues in their hotel? They must know that guest will ask to change the room without any second thought. Even if best - everything else does no more remains worth commenting!
We visited in April 2015, and opted for Half-Board. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and had a spacious balcony with loungers overlooking the pool. The food was varied and had something to satisfy every taste. There was also a Omelette bar in the morning and a Pizza Bar for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Pool area is clean and plenty of had sun loungers to relax in. Will visit again.
I visited this hotel in 2012 and I would like to spend some more days there this summer as I still have nice memories from my first stay there.the hotel location is perfect, hotel very quite and comfy.staff are helpful.food is very good.generally I like this hotel
Hotel is not bad. Rooms are quiet and clean so is the bathroom. The location is not far from port and walking area. But in winter time Yasmine Hammamet is empty so most of restaurants and discos are closed in evenings. I was there with my boyfriend so we didn't need anybody, but if you come to this hotel for fun then you will not find animation this time of a year. And food in restaurant was not different and not so good so we often had to eat outside. I hope in summer situation in hotel Marina Palace will be better.
