All was perfect. The food was very good, the cameras and the swimming pool wore very spaceuse and the animation team was unforgettable (very funny,very friendly and good persons, particular, one of the girls for animation named Selmaa Laliii , she is one of the best persons I know, in all the ways (kind, beautiful, smart and a good singer) and I think she deserve a promotion or a very big and nice gift because she is doing her job very well . This is one of my favorite hotels and I will never forget it!
The hotel as structure is pleasant to see and the personnel at teh reception very friendly and available even if their avalaibility does not match with the general way of working of the other hotel services. The rooms are quite fashioned and the 2 years of low activity have left several problems unsolved like windows impossible to close , water taps that get blocked . Many services like pool bar or bar and services out of stadard dinner and lunch times work with a very reducted timetable and the bar on the beach does not offer anything out of beer and coffee and maybe some limited cocktails. As concerns the hotel bar has a limited choice of drinks for the all inclusive service and some of the most popular drinks are not included and must be paid separately. What is below a standard of acceptability is the service at the restaurant where waiters addressed to the table services very careful and attentive to the customers. The restaurant even being a buffet does not give the chance to customers to help by themselves but there are there people that serve the customers and that at the requests of food of customers often answer that there is a limit of portion or pieces that the customer can receive. It is very strange because the middle eastern customers often fullfill the dishes by themselves and receive food in desired quantities and without the limits that the personnel apply to other customers and especially to Russian. The structure is good just for 1 holiday.…
I vezited this hotel 4 time because everything is good here , a big space qa beautiful Pool, delicious food, great Rezeption, good Animation Team,various daily activities in the day and good evening with Animation Team ,the Kids Club is nice with lovely mayara , thank you for All the staf
