We spend a relaxing week in the balmy November sunshine, made special by the lovely staff and gorgeous setting. One particular man, Slim, was so generous with his time and attention that he added something special to our holiday. He was on hand throughout the day in the restaurants and BBQ and he was able to be our "go to' guy without there being any falseness or flattery. A really authentic relationship developed and we plan to come back next year. Of course, other people were great too; the reception staff were fantastic and the waiters and pool staff also respectful and kind. The hotel was reasonably quiet but there was always attention to detail, good food, service and cleanliness. Thoroughly recommend The Paradise Palace.

Well where do I start. So let get the negatives out the way. Room definitely needed up dating. Had a bit of a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Now for the positives very clean. Food great, something for everyone. Lovely staff always willing to go that extra mile. You can't falt Scooby and his entertainment team. I honestly don't know the last time I had such fun. From great music to Scoobys MJ tribute, to fun games. I will definitely be going back.

Upon arrival this hotel does not disappoint, from check-in to departure all the staff at this hotel will go above and beyond Who ever owns this hotel should be proud of the whole team that serves them I can honestly say that not one member of staff was miserable, they all go out of there way to make your stay wonderful. Everyone from reception, waiters maids, animation team , beach guy, all of you are exceptional and generally happy people Never found that any where else Ok food was not always great and yes rooms could do with an update but the staff are fantastic and make your stay, especially Scooby and team, they work so hard ,well done guys. So any one that moans about the hotel, think hard because although not 4 star , they are a superb team all round ( and I am very fussy ) but guys it's a cheap holiday with the best team you will ever find Well done Paradis Palace, I enjoyed it xx

We have just had a wonderful week here for my daughter's wedding so amazing the staff were so helpful nothing was to much trouble. Ziko,Momo,Jackie Foufa,Ryan and Scooby have bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and looked after us like their own family. My youngest son also proposed to his girlfriend on the beach she said yes. This is my 4th time at this hotel and can't wait to come back.

Having read some of the reviews that give this hotel more than one or two stars im in disbelief! I don't know where to start to be honest but i feel i need to warn anyone that has a decent standard of comfort, hygiene and an expectation of enjoyable drinks and food, this is not, repeat not the place for you. I went there with my wife in October 22 after looking at all the lovely pics and review's on this site. DO NOT let these sway you. We got there and walked into the reception area and you can immediately sense this is a hotel that has had its day, smelling of smoke and unpleasant aroma. We were shown to our room and while walking there could smell a drains smell almost all over. I don't think they own a hoover too as the carpets in the corridors are filthy, stains food, rubbish all over and it stays like that for days. The rooms look nice on the pics but god please trust me they're not. The air con simply does not work, fridges are rusty,tv channels are fuzzy and not at all that clean. We complained and got a supposedly better room where the air con still didn't work and still rusty fridge but with an added drain smell! WORST of all is the food and lack of hygiene! We love our food and its the highlight of our holiday but please be warned hygiene and quality is terrible. The breakfast is the same tasteless dry option every day and god i feel sick thinking of the FLIES that crawl all over this uncovered food day and night. The BBQ was supposed to be the highlight of the day but at dinner time all the food was brought by chefs in scruffy uniform and left uncovered for the flies to have a field day. Needless to say i ate one boiled egg at breakfast and my wife and i spent a fortune on eating out and this is in an all inclusive restaurant. The drinks are no better and served in tiny 9less than half a pint) glass and i'm afraid if you are not french the waiters don't really understand you if your'e english, As you can see in the photos i have put on they are nothing like the ones on Tripadvisor. In the first one there;s an island in the middle of the pool all lit up decked in beautiful food and all lean and in working order, truth is now its not used and as you can see by my pics there's a rusty table stuck in the middle of it and always un maned The plus points are the pools and beach but apart from that im afraid this hotel is the worst ive ever stopped in and im putting this on here to avoid any other couples sitting crying that they were that disappointed about this place. We booked with TUI who said we'd have to pay the cost of our holiday to to transfer to another hotel,NEVER AGAIN,YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

By reading all the negative points ypu found in our hotel, we wonder why you did not contact neither our Management, the reception of the guest relation nor your representative to find a solution i.e. change the room, solve all problems, find another suitable hotel ……… ! First of all, food is a question of taste and we have to satisfy approx. 15 different nations in our hotel and cannot only offer English food. What food is concerned, we offer our guests lunch at the barbecue on the beach with sea view. We have every day fresh grilled fish, fresh grilled meat like chicken, turkey, quails, but also meat in sauce, 10 different salads with side dishes, a lot of vegetables, pasta, pizza, fried potatoes, Tunisian specialities etc. etc. etc. For dinner we offer our guests theme buffets like Monday = Tunisian buffet, Tuesday = asiatic, Wednesday = italien, Thursday = international, Friday = aroma therpay, Saturday = Mediterranean and Sunday = oriental ! Our hygienist which is supported by the international hygienic company Cristal are checking all incoming food and every supplier has to give the hotel the health certificate and have to respect the log book. For every incoming food (meat) we have a certificate of the veterinay, also no question of low quality ! Our hygienist and the members of Cristal are also checking every day fridges, food, kitchen, restaurant, barbecue, buffets and even the staff and their locker rooms as well as the rooms and corridors together with the head chamber maid and the chamber maid. They are also fighting aginst flies and vermins with success ! We serve drinks in the restaurant and in the bars in glasses, but around the swimming pools and at the barbecue in polycarbonate cups adapted for food contact, which are washed and disinfected with non toxic products. This for reasons of hygiene and your safety and especially that of your children. Broken glasses or dishes can cause injuries. The hotel has been totally renovated in 2008 and the rooms in the main building in 2015. A part of the bungalows have nee renovated in 2021/2022. Our staff is well trained, helpful and very polite. So cime and visit us and pass a very good and relaxing holiday in our little paradise !

Having just got back to Scotland I I needed to say to other travellers that this was a fantastic place to stay and relax . As a person with disabilities ,I walk with stick plus other disabilities which are hidden, this hotel has it all ,actually they don't advertise this I think but this is great for people who have walking disabilities as it's basically all on one level and where there are stairs they have ramps so just fantastic The staff from gardners to maids , waiters reception staff and especially the chefs as the food here was in my view fantastic. As a chef myself X Army chef etc i congratulate them on producing meals which was very tasty and hot and salads were just amazing all fresh and actually the food tasted like it should for example a tomato tasted like a tomato Tunisian style food , was great actually after all the holidays in tunisia I have had ( 10 ) this comes up trumps One word says this all FANTASTIC

Just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. This was our 3rd visit and won’t be out last. We stayed in room 2104 and was excellent the first room we was given didn’t have any plug sockets but we spoke to reception and they happily moved us. Very accommodating. The pool area js lovely and the pools are nice, bit cold but it’s what you expect in November. Plenty of sun beds and there is a quiet pool if you don’t want to listen to the music or get involved with the animation team. The staff are all amazing they work very hard, a few dinar tip goes down a treat! The food was lovely always something to eat. Breakfast and tea is served in the main restaurant and dinner is served in the beach bar. There isn’t much near to the hotel but we got a taxi into Yasmine hammamet to do a bit of shopping and to have a change of scenery. It cost 10 dinar in a taxi each way. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

Our first holiday to Tunisia so not too sure what to expect, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The hotel advert describes what the hotel offers, just like the video reel repeatedly played on the ground floor screen – beautiful landscape, pools, inviting beach, beautiful blue … nothing exaggerated, but more impressive is what is not directly presented in those clips or on the agency adverts – the soft infrastructure, i.e. the people, the service and so on. On our night of arrival, we missed the dinner. A bar tender at the BBQ offered to serve us drinks past the closing time as a welcome gift – that was very kind. As we went along day by day, more nice surprises came along, like the well folded origami in the room by the cleaner lady, decorated with fresh flower petals; dining table elegantly decorated (with fresh flowers and leaves) for guests on birthday; restaurant manager leading the team to the table with a cake and singing a birthday song … the entertainment is another highlight at the Paradis Palace – starting from 10am, there is a wide choice of daytime activities to suit the different preferences of guests, we tried archery, French Ball Game, pool game, darts, mini golf, even Arabic lesson – each member of the animation team has their own specialities, adding to the attention they are due. We enjoyed sitting next to the sea and watching guests play beach volleyball, having an afternoon nap on the beach and really enjoyed the open grill lunch by the beach over an excellent view – not a drop of rain during 11 nights and BBQ every day, what a treat! I know it’s difficult to cater for every taste, we simply couldn’t fault the catering, different theme every dinner. Every day fresh grilled fish and chicken/turkey, a mixture of different cuisine, plus post-lunch snacks, spoilt for choices! Then every time from 9:30-11:00pm is the night SHOWTIME, when the animation team will take guests dancing then perform 9-10pm, different theme every night so no boredom. We heard that some guests think the performance is the same every day, we found it contrarily. Every night they work so hard to give their best, then accompany guests in the beach disco up to 2am. Next day they are in position again from 10am, another day starts. They work tirelessly to entertain the guests and even go extra miles to make guests happy – during an informal chat, Bobo got to know our requests and made some arrangements which we would have otherwise missed, the whole team supported it. At first I thought that he was just being polite so did not take it too seriously. When we found out that they actually realised the promise, we were so grateful. They always chat to guests, the team leader Sella took the effort to speak to us on our departure, we even spoke to the hotel manager … all these made us feel privileged and cared about. Big round of applause not only to the animation team – Bobo, Dido, Jaki, Momo, Scooby Doo, Ziko and Sella, but also to the big team of restaurant staff (from the waiters to chefs), bar staff, cleaners, team leaders and so on, they work around the clock every day to make sure that the guests eat well, drink well, sleep well and entertain well. The most important thing is, they always greet their guests with a lovely smile. That makes me want to take 3 months off my work and join the club to provide customers with a lovely stay! The hotel is right next to the beach so very handy, absolutely loved our sea view room which, on the night of arrival we felt noisy as it was during the night showtime, however we decided to keep the room and ended up really enjoying staying there overlooking the fantastic view with the sea just a bit further on. One night we saw an ‘orange’ moon which was stunning and the same time, we heard soothing wave sound mixed with the pool sound, a great experience. Almost half way through, we looked at the site map and realised that the hotel boasts a bigger area hidden at the back – mostly bungalows which offer a very different taste and quiet surroundings which are ideal for families with young children. The only pity is the bath room floor somehow gets wet after each shower, although we tried everything to stop it. Also, would like to see some recycling bins so we could recycle paper and plastic. The resort is safe guarded by a police stand which adds on extra security. Takes about 25 minutes to walk to the nearest bus station (or by taxi which we paid only 2.5 Dina) from where you can take buses to places like Yasmine Hammamet, Hammamet, Nabeul and Tunis. Bus fare is really cheap and service is quite reliable according to our own experience. Thank you Le Paradis Palace for looking after your guests, we are back home with loads of sweet memories and plenty of photos, we hope to go back next year to see the team again.
