Check-in: Lovely smooth process; sat in an air-condition bar with a cocktail and cold towel whilst we completed the check-in forms. Porter then took our luggage to our room. Rooms: We stayed in a beach bungalow: service and quality were exceptional. Bungalows were spacious, well designed and to a high quality. Maids very imaginative with fresh flower display each day....

On arrival we received a refreshing drink of orange, a cool towel and small biscuit, and then our wristbands. Taken to our room 111, a very spacious ground floor room with double bed, tv on dressing table, large built in wardrobes and a good size bathroom with a large walk-in shower. View was back of hotel and just trees but...

We stayed at this hotel in the last week of may this year and it was a fabulous holiday! The welcome was very friendly and so were the staff through out the stay, the waiters were brilliant and couldn't be more attentive, especially Monty!! We stayed here for a week from 20th may, myself and four girls and what a fab holiday we had.Our rooms were a little dated but that's the only fault i could find. From the welcome we had from the manager, the house maids, gardeners, maintenance, they were all friendly and efficient. But what made our stay were the amazing animation team and bar staff,Mido,Steve,Pinochio, billi, dina and...

Just returned from the orangers so I'll give you a fair review. 1st don't be put off by the entrance, once you go inside your asked to sit down and room keys and bands are all given in calm. Cool flannels and drinks were given, then taken to our rooms. Best check in to date. We had a deluxe room...

We stayed in a sea view room for 6 nights. The room was spacious, clean and had a big balcony. The grounds are nicely kept with flowers and palms. We really enjoyed the food in the buffet restaurant. There was always something that tasted really good, there was a choice of omelets for breakfast and the wines and cocktails were...

Stayed 2 weeks - 16th -30th May. Mailed reservations manager in advance to request a sea-view room and were given keys to room 115. Worst hotel room i've ever seen - really grubby with patio doors that kept blowing open (no lock) and given that it was a ground-floor room - not very secure! The manager expalined that it was...

The best holiday by far Me and my husband had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel from16-23 may 2012. We stayed in one of the Bungalows right on the beach, and was treated like royalty, with our breakfast delivered and laid out on our outdoor terrace. We had a waiter that brought us champagne in an ice bucket,...
