Just returned from this Lovely Hotel. I have to say that it is possibly one of the most well managed Hotels I have ever stayed. It is always good to see the Hotel Director going around chatting to his guests with genuine care, very approachable and I am sure that if there had been one problem it would have been dealt with in an instant. we had no problems at all. From arrival to departure, it was seamless, very attentive service in every area. Nothing was too much trouble for any team member, all staff genuinely seemed happy in their work, and this comes from great management. Lots of lovely food, something for everyone, fab omelettes at breakfast and the restaurant on the beach was just perfect for a fresh fish at lunch time. Glasses were used for drinks at all times, and this is very refreshing for an AI. Also bottles of wine on the tables, and really nice quality too. We tried a couple of cocktails and these were also very good, as is the beer, coke & lemonade. It was end of season and very little occupancy, which meant even better service, so with great weather, a lovely pool area and very comfortable sun beds, it made for a really lovely & relaxing holiday. Beautiful soft sandy beach that stretched far on both sides. Horse riding and camel riding. Lovely massage. Never felt any pressure to tip, or join in any of the many activities with the animation team, which was also refreshing. It was lovely to chat with them. Our sea view room was perfect and kept clean every day. Every inch of the complex is thoroughly cleaned every day, and also noted technicians taking food samples daily for testing, which was reassuring. There were a few flies & mosquitos about, but not excessive, and expected here. My only small request would be to have a make up /shaving mirror in the bathroom as the light was dim, and so as a contact lens wearer, an expandable magnified mirror would have really helped. Also a few more teaspoons in the restaurants would be great, but these are just very minor things. If you are thinking of going here, then do, you will not be disappointed. Management, your staff are a credit to you-keep up the good work!

Ive been here many times and always enjoy this lovely hotel. Again this was another lovely experience. The food and service was excellent. It was fly season so thankfully the new hotel manager had the fly problem resolved. Another thing was the electronic room keys were were a nuisance aswell as the air conditioners on the wall. They didn't work in various garden view rooms hence a room change was required. The rugs needed hoovering by reception I noticed. My first impression on arrival. No chocolate this occasion with my welcome drink. Again there was reassurance given by management that new technology will be put in place soon. Hopefully, because its a distance to walk to reception each time Bck and forth when the the room key doesn't work and after a few days of it it's quite annoying. Prices there aren't as affordable as they used to be so you expect these mishaps to be working proper. Overall though apart from these drawbacks this hotel offers a good standard throughout and is one of the better Hotels in Hammamet. They need to keep their eye on the ball though and not let their standards slip. The animation are wonderful and the restart staff too. The walk to your room through the garden lovely with colourful flowers abound. The beach is always kept clean and there are always sporting activities there for you to join in with. Joseph and Pika are just great for bowls and aerobics by the pool. The evening entertainment I heard people say could be better as its repeated each week so you'll see it all twice if you're there for a fortnight and if u like Bingo we'll you'll enjoy the bingo nights. Don't forget you can always order a taxi from reception and go into the town. All in all I still love this hotel and hopefully they can fix the few problems for the next visit.

If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful, fun, beach resort in the sun then Orangers Beach Hotel will not let you down. This lovely hotel mixes the traditional with the new and is on the beach. Beach front bungalows have their own hammocks! Indoor and out door pools are kept so clean and the live DJ creates a great atmosphere.

Just back from a 7 night stay at this amazing hotel. The hotel itself is slightly dated, but beautifully maintained and very clean. The staff make this a wonderful place to stay they are extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. Inis, hamdi, dhakar and the other waiting staff ate exceptional as is the animation team, especially peca, and James who went out of their way to greet us each day. My granddaughter enjoyed 2hr horse riding in the beach with the equestrian instructor who was very knowledgeable. Our housekeeper for room 148 was fabulous, fresh towel and floral artistry each day . The lady on reception during the day was fantastic, very helpful and a great source of local information. Food is plentiful and varied the breakfast chef was great. Can't wait to return.

This was our third visit to this hotel and our first since Covid. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, yes the bedrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but it’s biggest asset is the staff. We were a large group, some with mobility issues and they were so kind and caring nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately a doctor was needed while we were they and reception sorted it and they visited within a hour. The beach is gorgeous and well looked after. There was a good selection of food everyday and the Al a carte restaurant is worth a visit. Downside quite a few flies and mosquitoes but that might just have been the time of year. Tunisia is definitely open and waiting for UK tourists to return.

We have just returned to England having spent a week in a bungalow at Les Orangers Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived the whole experience was 5 star. Mohammed had put us in the most beautiful bungalow and we were then met by Racil, who wanted to know what drinks we wanted and then Slim, who wanted to know what food we wanted. These 2 made our holiday, always so helpful and polite. We had b'fast and dinner on our patio. The gardener brought us fresh flowers every day and the table was always beautifully laid, even with candles in the evening. Lunch we had in the buffet restaurant which was excellent, with 4 chefs cooking wonderful stir fries and fantastic fish, chicken, salads and desserts. The charming General manager was walking around checking on everything and the whole place was immaculate. We had maid service twice a day, so always fresh towels etc. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk for miles.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August this was our second visit. We were given such a warm welcome which was lovely. The beach is beautiful and the two young men that worked there were brilliant. They always made sure we had a sun lounger and mattress nothing was too much trouble. The food most of the time was lovely. Breakfast and lunch we couldn’t thought. The chef at the wok and pizza station always made sure we had what we wanted. Dinner wasn’t always great mostly fish being cooked. There was a bit of a problem with flies in the main restaurant once we mentioned this it did get better. There needs to be a bit more variety when it comes to the evening meal. Jasmine bar was our favourite place the staff there are outstanding and a real credit to the hotel. The animation team are great fun and definitely keep you entertained. I would definitely recommend this hotel and It would be nice to see more English people coming back even though the other nationalities were lovely. Please make sure you tip the waiters/ chef’s they work so hard for very little money.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our visit in the Les orangery. it's a great hotel. The food was good not everything but still good. The beach is very beautiful except for the hot black tiles(wood) you should paint them white or something. The staff is very friendly from bartender to animation team all very caring people. I specially thank ragheb from the animation team great human being and Mohamed Ali the funniest bartender I’ve met so far on this planet. The people made the vacation 10 times better. 10/10 will definitely come back again. Greetings from Germany my friends.
