Loved our spaciuous room. Enjoyed sunrise and coffee on our huge deck balcony. Loved sunrise with our wine on the balcony deck ! Quiet until 9am, them hordes of toursists queiung for their Boat Tour Trips. The main part of hotel needs to be freshened up as does the open-air dining room----its tired and old looking. Great staff---warm smiles and...

Had a night at this resort. It is beautiful and rooms are well done except for the beds they are rock hard. The breakfast was very average and cold needs a lot of improvement. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel many times as my daughter used to study at the British International School (BIS) on the other side of the road (Highway 402). It is a convenient location for those visiting the east side especially this school, surrounding areas or even old Phuket Town. You need transport to get to most places and taxi...

Stayed at the Hotel Boat Lagoon having planned a couple of golf rounds and a day Yatch cruise. The hotel per se has simple but very clean and open rooms with a lovely pool flowing along the length of the place. The "usp" however is the surrounding areas -- so immaculately laid out villas and restaurants. The Marina is so...

We stayed at this hotel primarily for its proximity to the British International school which is only 10 minutes away (including traffic) by car or taxi. We stayed in the hotel itself and the rooms (on the ground floor at least) were spacious and provided easy access to dining and pool areas. The pool itself is very large and is...

The resort is about half hour drive from the airport(approx 17 km). The resort located near the sea side with lots of yachts parked. It has a super market nearby for buying day to day stuff. there are also few restaurants located inside the complex.

Room ok; staff ok; advertised wifi did not work. Pool area very large and quite attractive. Poolsie bar never open. Busloads of mainland China tourists who are ok - they leave early in their buses. If you do not want to be on the East coast this hotel is not the one but if you do it is satisfactory

Booked months ago...it took ages to get a confirmation from them, but this is in close proximity to the conference I'll be attending so we persevere. Upon arrival, they show me to a room in the midst of cleaning which has no access to fresh air. I ask for a poolside room if possible and they promise to show me...
