The resort is about half hour drive from the airport(approx 17 km). The resort located near the sea side with lots of yachts parked. It has a super market nearby for buying day to day stuff. there are also few restaurants located inside the complex.

Room ok; staff ok; advertised wifi did not work. Pool area very large and quite attractive. Poolsie bar never open. Busloads of mainland China tourists who are ok - they leave early in their buses. If you do not want to be on the East coast this hotel is not the one but if you do it is satisfactory

Booked months ago...it took ages to get a confirmation from them, but this is in close proximity to the conference I'll be attending so we persevere. Upon arrival, they show me to a room in the midst of cleaning which has no access to fresh air. I ask for a poolside room if possible and they promise to show me... More

Great pool area for Kids and grown ups alike. Swim up bar in the main area of the pool. Great daily breakfast Buffet which was very affordable (purchased separate to our accommodation after our arrival. Very clean and well presented resort set in a world class marina. There was a wonderful restaurant we ate at on one evening but most... More

The rooms are scattered around the marina, remote from the reception area. If you arrive by car, you can park conveniently near your room, but if you arrive by motorbike, for some reason they won't let you - you have to take an electric shuttle bus. We were in a group of eight. At checkout, the hotel was incapable of... More

I was unfortunate to stay in this resort in Aug which was the monsoon season for Phuket. It rained everyday and we were stuck in the resort with hundreds if not a thousand mainland Chinese tourist. For all I know they may be less than 90 of them but their combined voices made it seems there were at least a... More

Very warm staff. The rooms near pool are a bit old-fashioned. We were allowed to change to a more modern room but always requires shuttle bus to travel between lobby (pool) and the room. However, we were glad to have a nicer room. The breakfast was not so impressive but dinner was quite good. It was a special area where... More

Rooms smelt damp and stale. Beds like concrete and restaurant was totally disgusting - inedible food. Staff were nice enough but obviously were use to complaints. The property was far away from everything thus you fell towards the diabolical restaurant as you had no other option.
