Nice place with local Thai style decoration. Breakfast is provided at French restaurant next to the hotel (not bad) and available parking for guest, many restaurants around with lower cost of living in Rawai (compare to other parts of Phuket) cons: air-con does not work well, the resort accept credit card but 3% charged for Visa/master and 5% for AMEX,...

Just completed a 10 day stay at the Thai Palace with my partner, I'll start with the positive feedback - The resort is well located in the beautiful and quiet Rawai beach, a short stroll from the several seafood restaurants that line the beachfront. Be advised that while Rawai beach is beautiful to look at it it's not really a...

After our stay in Patong, this was a week for less noise, hustle and people. Our pick of Thai Palace Resort was perfect. A nice hotel, with lot of trees and flowers all around, squirrels jumping from tree to tree in the morning. Cute breakfast with buffet was included in the price. We took a room with private access to...

We stayed here in low season, the rates were so reasonable and they offered even better rates to stay longer, which we did. The breakfast is fresh and worth getting up for. The pool is in a beautiful setting and we were lucky to have it to ourselves most of the time. We got a corner room on top floor,...

Arrived at hotel and asked about scheduling transportation for departing. It was then explained to us that the shuttle was not free and that it would be a cost service. This was a little disappointing and the website is very misleading, as it does not specifically state the cost of transportation. The website should be clearly state the expectation and...

Nice setting among the tropical flora and poolside location but the room just had a feeling of grubbiness without appearing dirty. A few little things letting it down like the kettle not working, fridge having to cool down over time as the door key shuts off the power when you leave and air con struggling. Felt a bit unsecure with...

We stayed here over NewYear so very very busy down town. The Thai Place is a little oasis just to the side of the main road. The rooms are clean, plenty of hot water, comfy beds and stunning gardens round the pools. Sun beds can be a bit limited but hopefully people won't leave there towels there all day. A...

Went to Rawai Beach in Phuket from 24 to 28 Dec 2016. We stayed in two rooms with pool access on the ground floor. The five of us checked in with ease and were given rooms next to each other. The compound of the hotel is well shaded with palm trees and the two pools were always clean and well...

Really enjoyed the stay at the Thai Palace friendly staff rooms cleaned daily and close to all amenities in the area. We hired a motorbike from the hotel for Bht200 a day which was excellent value and allowed us to explore the area. Enjoyed the pool which was literally only a few steps away from our bungalow. Overall experience was...

Pros: Close to beach seafood restaurants. Good friendly service. Cons: Pebble beach & small breakfast. Location: Close to beachfront seafood restaurants . Stayed 26-Nov-2015 for 3 nights in ground floor standard room with breakfast. Bit of a wait checking-in whilst they compared single passport-names to joint-booking-names! Borrowed extra pillow without problems. Borrowed hair-dryer from reception however it had a broken...
