We picked this resort because Rawai was quieter and we wanted to be away from the craziness of Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Good location close to Rawai Beach however the beach is undesirable. Lots of food, a great travel agent nearby and easy access to massage, other beaches and transportation. Hotel has potential but needs upkeep on the grounds and...

Location for this resort on a grand scale is superb, right opposite the beach and Nikita`s bar, everything was within walking distance, staff were very friendly, helpful , spoke good English. Breakfast was better than I expected with the buffet ( always a winner in my eyes ) Was a bit difficult to find up the stairs above reception, had...

Maids smashed my notepad 3. And of course denied it. Caught one of them going thru personal belongings the day before. Pools need cleaning. Grout work in pools will cut you to ribbons. Grounds keepers must have been fired long ago. Breakfast is shabby.. mng offered 500 baht for 6000 baht brand new notepad 3. Ridiculous!

The hotel is excellent for its setting at Rawai. You are in the middle of the action but it is not too noisy. Nice bar, beautiful pool, lovely garden. Rooms are clean if you do not look closely at the sink and areas not immediately within the reach of a randomly swept dust-cloth, bedding really good, minibar fair priced, shower...

This is the hotel I will never go back to. Amateur services, too expensive for what it offers, terrible hygiene standards. The towels are of grey color unless you insist you want white ones (better to show them an example). In my shower there was a cashew nut in the corner, probably left by previous guests a couple of months...

We have been coming to Phuket Sea Resort for many years now. Main reason is to get away from Patong and to go to the Sunshine Bar. The poolside rooms are only 1100baht a night ($35) during low season which includes breakfast and wifi. This is their walk in rate which is cheaper than their website. It is a great...

Phuket Sea Resort met my expectations. It's a nice hotel, clean, modern and has two swimming pools. We had the suite which offered a separate living room from the bedroom. The breakfast buffet in the morning was well stocked and included in the price of the room. Proximity wise, it's close to restaurants and bars. Walk outside the hotel and...

With my husband we spent 7 days in this hotel and we really appreciate our stay. When we arrived the cleanliness was not very good but after asking the reception, housekeeping did the necessary. It's a real quiet place, with 2 big swimming pools. Well situated in the town, many restaurants all around We also appreciate the breakfast good, rich...

I am currently checked into this hotel. It has been less than 24 hours and I have received the worst treatment from check in to just asking for a sheet of paper. The bed has a ripped top sheet and even though the housekeepers came and re made the bed, they still left the ripped sheet there. If I hadn't...
