If you are vegetarian you don't get so much In Ramada Phuket, Room service staff are also arrogant..when I said clean my room in my presence so she said don't have time we will clean your room later when free...Not suggested to anyone's... every one complaint for breakfast items
We have recently returned home from 29 nights at the Ramada by Wyndam Deevana Phuket. The accommodation was great, the Service and Caring shown to us from all the staff was absolutely fantastic. A special thanks to Suzy, Aod, Yui and Yaya. These people went out their way to ensure that we were more than happy everything during our long stay. They should be commended for their service, as they could not have done more to ensure our stay was 5 star. We would recommend the Ramada by Wyndam Deevana Phuket as a place to stay in Patong.
Staff is not English friendly here, so They ignore people, Service here is not like 5 star, (do not vest your money here) TV : indian channel or OTT PLATFORM, It's boring if you have plan to stay here, We have lost our footwear here, They have no resolution about that, Pathetic service Need lots of improvements,
I've been to a lot of Hotels in Patong and wanted to try the Ramada Deevana. I stayed in the Deevana Patong Spa, which is located next to it. I consider the location as perfect because it's not next to the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. The Hotel is nice - I didn't use the Pool, but there were always people chilling and swimming. The room could've been a bit cleaner. There were lots of hairs from previous guests on the floor and on the furniture of the room. That's a big no. Even after housekeeping came in again, it wasn't cleaned up. AC was loud at night. Now the sad part: Front desk need to learn how to be discreet. Their behavior was inappropriate. I won't go back to this place - I know that there are better Hotels for solo traveler and will definitely go back to these places when coming to Patong again. FYI: If you book a room you can register 1 guest at this place - if you take another guest to your room you'll get charged 1500 baht per night. Around the hotel are many restaurants, grocery stores and massage parlors. Restaurant quality varies. Most of them are family owned Thai food restaurants which are pretty decent. Conclusion: Cleanliness wasn't the best and the staff needs to learn how to handle specific situations better. I didn't try the breakfast buffet. Location is in a quiet place and good.…
Staff where so nice. We stayed for 25 nights, My wife Jacqui and I Tom would like to make a Special mention to the following. Susie, AOD, Yui, Yoya, and Pat in kitchen. You are credit to this resort. And thanks to all staff even though we don’t have everyone’s names. We loved every minute of our stay. You are certainly 5 out of 5. Thank you all so much for our wonderful stay. Jacqui and Tom Smith
Wonderful hotel and even more wonderful staff. I'm staying here in this wonderful hotel and all what I can say " great vacation here at Patong" Staff is wonderful and they are so willing to help you all the time. It's also peaceful location and their Junior Suite is just stunning. Thank you Ramada for wonderful stay.
Pros: 1.Patong 5-7 mins walk Away from all the hustle & bustle yet close enough to walk. 2.Jungceylon 5 mins (temporarily closed) However there is lots of street food available during the evening. 3.Hotel is clean and spacious, friendly staff & room was cleaned every day. Cons: No pool bar Pool towels at restaurant on first floor Drinks need to be ordered by phone to the pool. I think there was a reasonable amount of guests at the hotel and therefore should have opened the pool bar. Menu: Thai / Indian Dietary: For anyone seeking a HALAL dietary this is NOT the place for you. They NO longer provide HALAL food as they once did. However there is Halal food available outside of Hotel. Breakfast Same thing every day, not refilled quickly having to wait at times. Over all I’d give it a 3.5/5 as it didn’t cater for my needs, my feedback is based on Point 3. To management: The lady who cleans the rooms on 6th floor building 1 provided us excellent service.…
I am sill staying here with my family 5 rooms we have. Housekepping no proper cleaning of rooms all used glass mugs are kept as it is. Breakfast also nothing for Indians to eat we are just having bread butter past 3 days. Panner masala or panner matar everyday with rice in morning Breakfast that also sweet. We asked for water which they are refilling in glass bottle that also they refused to give.Later when we argued with them they refilled the bottle. On fruits also small flies are sitting which they should cover and keep.would not recommend any one very disappointing. We requested for rooms next to each other as family senior citizens with us although same floor but scattered
Good hotel, nicely managed, Junior suites are great Good to go for junior suites Good to go for high floor Good to go for hill/pool facing rooms Good breakfast, very nice and clean property, good pool, near to beach ( 15 min walk ), Bangla road is 10 min walk Food and attractions are at nominal pricing Recomended for families and couples
Through March, April and May I spent quite a few nights at the RWPDP. It's not so much a thing going forward, but they were great at competently sorting out the admin around the SHA / Covid arrivals process. There were some great deals on room rates including sometimes, in junior suites. I stayed on the first night they reopened after being in Covid hibernation for two years. There was a lot closed down, but gradually things have been opening. Many things (such as buffet breakfast) were carried out by their sister hotel two minutes walk away. It's only a matter of time before they get everything back up and running. The rooms were the best feature for me, clean and modern, nice bathrooms, central and quiet air, balcony. They had connecting rooms which helped on one stay. It was very quiet, with the exception of one noisy bird that was hanging around outside! The pool area is small but nice, as the gym. Outside the hotel there was an ok selection of places to go and eat, I became a regular at a few. The beach a little far, at least 10 minutes walk. Bangla road was almost exactly 1km walk. I wouldn't recommend the taxi mafia at the end of the approach road - I consider 200b excessive for that 1km. Everything is negotiable, I got it for 50b once across the road. I would totally stay there again! Hi Yaya, Kim and everyone.…
