This hotel was a delight. From the moment I checked in tilll the time I checked out the friendly professional staff could not do enough for you. My room was bright cheerful and huge. It had a small kitchen, large living space and a terrific balcony. Location is great, just 10 minutes from the beach or about 15 minutes to the excitement of downtown. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

What can I say? Everything was just perfect. The pandemic makes everything so challenging, but the team here went out of their way to help us with the sandbox program. Prior to their help I was getting no where with the online stuff, but as soon as Alex the manager stepped in Bonn it all worked out. The room was awesome, the service was great and the location is perfect. Went to the beach everyday, got go all over Phuket and just had the best time ever. We loved it so much we are coming back in December. Highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived until I left I was immensely impressed of the service and facilities at BYDlofts.each staff member were fantastic and kind and to top it all off the food there is awesome catering to all. This was my first visit to BYD but will not certainly be the last and as I’ll be going back to Phuket in a couple of months I’ll be definitely rebooking.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at BYD. The location was perfect. Everything was a short walk away. The staff was outrageously nice and accommodating. Their use of technology for room service was also a plus. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Simply, perfect. I would 100% stay at BYD again when I visit Phuket.

Everything you want you find it at BYD Lofts, I have not even one complaint. This is the third time ( now for 2 months) I have stayed here since the last 12 months. Also all the members of the staff are outstanding, and what about the rooms, so big and comfortable. And also the location, if you want to go the beach, bars, restaurants or shops you just have to walk a few minutes. So I highly recommend this place for a wonderful holiday.

I have been to Patong several times now and every time I stay in this Hotel. I love the rooms which are spacious and well equiped. The staff are great - helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk to the central nightlife. Beach is also nearby. I don't normally eat in the restaurant as I prefer to get out and explore the town, but this time I did a couple of times (it was raining!) and I thought the food in the restaurant was great quality and reasonably priced.

We have just stayed at BYD Lofts for 4 weeks and have absolutely loved it. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was great as we had a large TV in both the lounge and the bedroom (we like to watch different programs!!). It is hard to believe that these apartments are 6 years old as they are kept in immaculate condition. Ours looked almost brand new. It had everything we needed including a coffee machine so it was nice to have a fresh coffee every morning. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that we have ever had. Whilst we were there we ate at the restaurant and found the food and service good quality. The position is good and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It also has quite a number of nice restaurants close by and only a 15 to 20 minute walk to Bangla rd. Our favourite one apart from the BYD Lofts Ce La Vie restaurant were The Austrian Garden, Nicky's Handlebar, Bavaria and Asprey. They are all within 5 minute walk. We also liked the Grillhutte German restaurant and Capri Italian Restaurant which are before Bangla Road. Also Molly's Irish bar if you want to walk a little further. We ate out every night and really enjoyed the food and prices. We have enjoyed it so much that we are considering returning for another month in September. Highly recommended.…

Second time at a seriously pleasant place to be. Serviced and boutique apartments spread over a number of buildings close to the quieter North end of Patong beach. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. The apartments are of the highest quality and the service is second to none. Their people consistently go the extra mile, lovely breakfast served in on site restaurant . Peaceful pool on the roof. Great value for money and we’ll be back. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service throughout out entire trip there. The room was clean and spacious, and everything could be ordered (ie. room service, room cleaning) through their hotel app which was super easy and convenient! They even prepared some decorations for our anniversary and had a cake sent up on my birthday along with the staff who serenaded me to the birthday song. Only wish the location was slightly closer to the nightlife along Bangla Road, but aside from that, everything was perfect.
