We ended up staying 17 days at the Double Tree By Hilton Banthai. Our overall experience was amazing. All of the staff were extremely helpful, we contracted Covid on around day 10 and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us out. Brianne the Duty manager was so friendly, helpful and caring. Timmy, the pool bar attendant was outstanding, checking in everyday making sure we had everything we needed and even collecting our laundry and delivering us little treats each day, Timmy is an absolute asset to the resort and an amazing human. Overall our experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend this place. The location and proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and or course the intriguing bangla Rd is great.

First time visitor to Phuket. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by all the staff at Double Tree. Special thanks to Brianne, Bobby and Timmy from pool bar B, who went out of their way to assist us when we had to isolate after contracting Covid. Timmy checked on us every day to make sure we were ok and offered to get us food if needed. Timmy is an asset to you company and such a lovely person. I visited the mojito bar in patong beach. It was a really great experience. Very nice drinks and a good atmosphere. The people who worked at the bar are really polite and open for a nice conversation. A must visit if your in patong beach!
