Luckily we only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We apparently had booked one of the nicest rooms @ the hotel, the MOOD room, guaranteed to put you in a BAD MOOD. The room itself was very basic and dirty. It looked like there was blood splatter on the bathroom door that had been there 20 years. In the bathroom you cannot flush toilet paper, you have to put your used paper into a small bin which was pleasant! When showering, the drain blocked causing you to stand in your dirty water. We were on the 3rd floor roadside room. At night there was blaring music from tuk tuks till 4.30 am. If you are tea drinker..bring your own as no tea bags supplied only instant coffee. The balcony was falling apart, with haphazard floorboards and balcony railing that had not had a lick of paint in 20 years. We chose breakfast daily and dinner, which was a mistake. Dinner, to our surprise was a fixed menu. With very limited offerings. Super small meals that were tasteless and expensive. Choose A B C or D. 2 option had the same dessert. Sticky rice and some mango heaped on top. Breakfast buffet was average . When first arriving at the hotel after checkin, you are greeted by blaring music from the pool bar with the chorus of the drunken. We went for a swim but we were unable to be provided with a pool towel. When we asked a staff member, we were told there are none left. The overflowing used towel basket, told the story. The hotel is literally falling to pieces, as the title says, DO NOT believe the internet photos. After being in Phuket for 6 weeks and experiencing some lovely hotels in the same price range, not sure why anyone would spend their hard earned money @ the Burasari.…

Went back after a 6 yr break, stayed 8 nights, Resort has changed a little in that time. Rooms have been updated, and are nice and light , mordernised a lot. Staff are all still friendly and so helpful. Great location , walking distance to the beach, Otop market and Many shops. Pool Bar is great, with happy hr every day. Taxi's always outside if u need to venture further. Would'nt stay anywhere else in Patong, This hotel is amazing.

Stayed here for 3 nights before moving on to Eastern phuket. Was looked after from the second we arrived. Great hotel, great staff. Big thanks to kwang and wit. Perfect location for trips anywhere around Western phuket!

I have been staying here and the staff have been so great. Shout out to wit, aunt, Kwang. If it wasn’t for them the Holiday would of not been the same. They were great company and were so friendly and helpful. We have been Cominh to every happy for nearly a two weeks now, because they are the best. The hotel is really lucky to have staff like aunt wit and kwang. Can’t wait to return and see them again.
