I had a really good experience at Baan Pron Phateep!! I paid only 1000 bhat a night for a really good hotel room. The bed was huge and comfortable. I had a lot of floor space and the room was "well-furnished." I was also delighted to have a porch outside the room where I could sit in the relatively "cool"... More

We stayed in a double room on the second floor which was supposed to be the "top spec" of the room choices. The room was spacious and relaxing and we had a decent shower and bathroom however we did have a problem with ants all over the work tops Which was off putting and you always had to be mindful... We stayed at this hotel two nights in a standard room. We are easy going people, but this was the first time we seriously thought about changing hotel. Pros: if you really want to stay in Patong (not suggested) then the location is ok, in a small quite alley. Good air conditionig in the room. Cons: the room was in... More

We stayed here for 3 nights first 2 nights in deluxe room and last one in superior room (as all the rooms were full). Its a nice place to stay just bang opposite Patong Beach and walking distance (5mins walk) to Bangla street. Its very peaceful away from the loud noises of Bangla street. The rooms are big and clean.... More

We spent 4 nights there. It's quite pleasant hotel with patio and very big tree. Room was quite big and clean with free WiFi. It would be very quiet place but not now. Now there are two big construction sites near the hotel. During the day it's noisy, maybe not in the room because the windows are very good but... More

I stay here for 6 night. Tjis hotel has great clean rooms. It's 2 minutes walk to the beach and the nightlife is also short distance, without having the noise of it. The breakfast is very good. Have variety of western and asian breakfast.

The rooms are clean and spacious, they are not luxurious but good enough for people spending most of the day out. The hotel is quiet and cozy, it is two minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes only from Bangala road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been to this hotel twice in the same year and... “Rooms on the first floor have a balcony that is level with a small parking area in the center of the complex. Second and third floor rooms have a more private balcony (although, all overlook the central parking and restaurant). If you want extra space, the upgrade to Deluxe room is worth the extra money.”
