The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't your basic coffee/tea and toast. It was cooked fresh daily and plentiful (well for me). The entire place was clean and modern. I stayed in a single twin room and it was just right. I have no complaints about the room. The free wi-fi was also excellent and I had...

room, linen, bathrooms, house keeping at its best....very clean and tidy. in an aisle and not easy for taxi to get in to drop or to pick up, you have to walk to the main road around 50m. No lift and(but my kids like climbing stairs) no pool, if you want pool, its 10 to 15 min walk away called...

I would not give it 4 stars if I had not seen what dumps some other hotels are. So for Patong its definitely great. Locations is an easy 10 min walk to the main street. I had a single room, which was tiny and in practice had no window as it had a small one around 10 sm from the...

Pros - very friendly, helpful, polite staff; big and clean room; a lot of programs on TV with movies in English; supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel Cons - the breakfast was very simple (1 fried egg, 1 sausage, 2 tosts, jam, butter, fruits, coffee/tea) but apparently this is the typical breakfast in all Thai hotels; a bit further from...

We stayed 3 days at Ruen Buathong and we loved it very much! Stuff very helpfull, hotel extremely clean and has a perfect location for exploring Patong's nightlife or any other activities. The only thing they could improve is breakfast as far as there is only toast, 1 fried egg and 1 sausage. But everything else is perfect! Thank you...

My fiance and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. The staff were the friendliest people we met in Patong and were incredibly helpful and polite. It's located 20m down a sidestreet so it's dead quiet at night, but still in the centre of it all. There are two 7/11's right at the end of the sidestreet...

I stayed here by myself for 2 nights in a single room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and helped me out after my credit card was stolen. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very peaceful place to stay despite being right at Patong beach, would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very spacious, with balcony overlooking the street. We spend 8 nights here and the experience was wonderful. The staff is very prompt and and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe room. The place is clean, quiet, modern, nice breakfast and they provide beachtowels. The people working there were very kind and helpfull. It's a 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minuten for the busy nightlife of Patong. We had a great time!!
